Great shows! I just saw Young Frankenstein with my Sorority Alumni group and it was wonderful!

Love this little theater! Located the heart of Alexandria near great food choices. Great plays and musicals in a comfortable intimate theater. Buy season tickets!

Our home church. All our welcome, the pastors and staff are friendly and we enjoy the music at the 9.30 contemporary service. There's a more traditional service at 10.30 if that's more appealing.

I just had the pleasure of seeing Sister Act along with my 6 year old daughter. The performance and cast did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend it. The Director extended an invite to my 6 year old daughter to meet the cast after the show. He was very kind and the entire staff was truly very accommodating and friendly. He made our first experience attending a show at the Little Theatre of Alexandria one that we will never forget and always cherish. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Thank you LTA.

Nice cozy theater. We couldn't take photos inside so sorry, nothing to show. My only "not so positive" feedback is that I wish there were more bathrooms and that they allow water bottles in the theater or provide some during intermission (only one water fountain). It's a long time with nothing to drink for me. 😁 Other than that, it's a great place to see a show.

Great local venue for plays! Caught a presentation of Tiny Tim's Christmas Carol and they did a great job. 🙌

Have been going to Little Theatre for years. It’s a small venue so every seat is great. They’ve followed Covid protocols in such a good way-they used cardboard cutouts between sets of seats so the theater felt full but no one was sitting next to or right by you. We had “cats” behind us! It’s a comfortable space. The caliber of the performances is terrific. This is community theater and the acting, sets, directing, etc are always very very good. It’s excellent value for dollar. The staff is super helpful. Can’t recommend it enough

The Little Theatre of Alexandria is one of the best community theatres in the DC Metro area. They have their own building (which makes them one of the only community theatres in the U.S. that has one) with plentiful rehearsal rooms, a lovely Shakespeare garden, and a stage with dazzling chandeliers. They have fantastic classes taught by incredible teachers (some highlights include Voice Acting with Mike Baker and Improv with Keely Kirk). If you are interested at all in theatre, I highly recommend looking for opportunities here whether it be performance or otherwise. It has been a joy to learn and perform at LTA. The costumes are of the utmost quality, and the sets are stunning. The lighting and stage crew are all extremely professional and they have fabulous Directors for all of their shows. Great black box theatre space, with many cutting-edge and family-friendly performances by different groups, some resident at Convergence. Brave Spirits Theatre is particularly good for dark and visceral classics (Shakespeare and Elizabethan/Jacobean contemporaries).

Local community theater inside a school auditorium with hit-and-miss productions. I like to bring my children here for the kids' shows; it's a good way to introduce them to live theater without the expense. Last time we attended, the sound system cut out repeatedly. But, I do like to support local initiatives and will continue to attend the shows!

"Are you now or have you ever been.." is a reminder gov't efforts to quell free speech can destroy lives and our founding principles. Excellent play, flows like a poem set against the blues.

Beautiful facility. Was there for a play, the air conditioning was out on this 90 degree day, and the sound system was on and off.

Nice place on the inside, looks can be deceiving when you first look at the exterior. I was working as a electrician back in 2000-2001 assisting in construction of this place. Memories!

Saw an excellent cabaret show tonight. Wonderful. Intimate theater. Excellent sound.

Intimate, "Woke," and at the creative fingertips of one of the most incredible people, Producing Artistic Director, Carolyn Griffin. Endless great reviews available, and my first hand experiences have never left me anything less than marveling at the talents of the actors to take you into the story.

Great local venue, minimalist decor, limited NON-assigned seating (127 seats, not a bad one in the house), with a dedicated parking lot. Serves wine & beer that you can carry into the performance. Right in Old Town Alexandria, so tons of pre-show dining options. Check this place out for quirky, quality performances!

Always a wonderful, well done, production! Great stage designs too. They always give 100%. We've seen every show for the past several years. Love the children's productions. We wouldn't miss it.

Families favorite! The quaint amount of seating allows for easy viewing and audio understanding. The staff were friendly and the price was fair. You don't have to fight for parking so the location is ideal.
