Absolutely disgusting!!!
They have everything set up to take your money but when you ask about getting a wheelchair to be able to live some kind of a life they practically laughed at me. I mean why should they help anyone in the USA get anything.

Ive called twice and both times its been super rude . I called to know the details on how to donate clothes and bed sheets to this shelter . The lady that answered the phone told me she does execpt clothe but wouldnt give me the address. Then the second time i called she clicked on me mid sentence. Super rude and unprofessional. All im trying to do is help but i guess i would have to donate elsewhere.

Called here to get information and the rudest person answered the phone. I don't understand how people get these jobs. Education isn't everything when hiring staff. I understand that not everyone that needs help is easy to deal with, but when a person is calling for information and is being humble they should de treated as such. You put out what you want back. When interviewing prospective employees look for signs of humility and empathy in a person. Because whomever answered for me today isn't it.

Takes part in the violence women EXPIERENCE daily. I'm disgusted to my stomach really though. Have clients who need women services very distasteful for a women agency. The owners responce says everything. Caring about a rating rather than sharing resorces with another women. Not asking me if I need help and you suppose to provide women services? Crazy times were living in. If this was my establishment I would want people with bad experiences to come back so I can change their mind but not everything thinks like me and I can't expect them to.
