I was looking for something light and nutritious and was delighted with the freshness and quality of the food, the size of the portion and the price. I enjoyed the chipotle chicken bowl very much and appreciated that I could customize to my taste. Will definitely be back!

Honestly a good fresh find! They have specials depending on the day ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ yummy smoothies from fresh fruit!! I recommend on a hot day after work (^｡^)

The pitaya bowl was really good! Normally smoothie bowls are expensive with limited topping options, but they give a good amount of toppings for the price. A great place to grab something healthy to eat!

Reduced Portions..

Usually love the smoothie bowls but just got this delivered - same price as usual (15 bucks before fees / admin etc) - seems like lot less food / fruit than the usual bowls.

No mention of the change on Uber eats or any price reduction - bit of a con! I don’t like it, won’t be buying again unless they go back to the original size or reduce the price I’m afraid.

I try not being biased because I love this Toronto based local franchise. Popped in after a bike ride for a nourishing meal. Did not disappoint. Fresh produce & tasty protein (chicken). My go-to for a healthy bowl. Local staple!

The food here is phenomenal. I ordered the char chicken bowl and pb breakfast smoothie. Both were made very quickly and the quality didn't suffer. The char bowl had a variety of flavors and portions were very generous. The smoothie went down smoothly. Chicken was halal too which is a huge plus. Will definitely return, likely making this my go to lunch spot.
