I bought my hot tub a few years ago and worked with Chris. He did a fantastic job of getting me a great deal and love my hot tub. Ask for Chris at the location on Cave Creek, awesome guy! Very responsive and takes care of you if you ever need anything. BTW salt is the way to go! I was back and forth on fresh and salt, so glad I made the decision to go salt. Less maintenance and feels great on your skin.

I had an old tub that was no longer usable. I stopped into Desert Hot Tubs to ask about disposal process and potential new purchase. Chris was super helpful!! He answered all my questions, came out to check out my current tub, gave me a contact for disposal and followed up a few weeks later on getting a new tub! Now I’m the owner or an amazing new tub that I actually use! Chris was always available for all questions and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Our house came with an in ground spa built in over 20 years ago by Sedona Spas, so we replaced it with a similar one with the same company. Shawn is terrific to work with! Yes long lead time and I wasn’t comfortable putting a deposit down but no need to worry, they delivered on time as promised! Even a year+ after installation, Shawn is available to help with any issues with the spa, or in our case, the disconnect breaker box.

Definitely the signature piece of our new pool/backyard. Met with Shawn to get the specs for our pool contractor so they could build the enclosure at the same time as the pool. We opted to have the glass 1x1 tiles continue from the waterline up and around the entire enclosure without using a cap stone for the top and it looks amazing. BTW: Shawn is about as good a guy as there is. Was super responsive throughout our pool build leading up to the spa install.

We had a built-in shotcrete spa in our previous pool and hardly ever used it because it cost too much to heat and was just uncomfortable to sit in. We use this spa all the time as it holds its temperature and is sooooo relaxing and comfortable. We opted for the high-end model with the Bluetooth App controls and extra spa jets with lounger on one side. Even with all the options, it was still about the same cost as a built-in shotcrete spa.

A COUPLE THINGS TO CONSIDER: 1. Shawn will likely remind you but make sure you choose your spa controls location wisely. Right at the most commonly used entry point has proven ideal for us. 2. Our neighbors did the same type of install and had their pool contractor install a sheer waterfall feature on the pool side to give that built in spa pouring into the pool appearance. Looks amazing. 3. The only con is that Sedona has a long lead time so do what we did and order as soon as you sign with your pool company. Your spa will likely show up right around the time your pool is done (that's how it went with ours). We've had it for almost 6 months now and enjoy it more and more each time we use it (especially now that it's colder outside).

Shawn initially came out for an on-site survey/estimate when I was trying to determine between a pool or spa. His attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm of his product sold me on he spot - I had seen 7 other pool/spa companies at this point. It took 8 weeks for my spa to be hand made but worth every second - this thing is exactly what I wanted. The first crew showed up about 4 days before the spa was installed - they killed themselves building out the hard structure that encases the hot tub (they had to dig out an oleander bush by hand to put this where I wanted it, in 110 degree weather) and we're done in two days. They were very respectful and professional. When the install day came the team showed up at 8am and I was up and running by 0930. Very impressive. I'd recommend them to anyone that is thinking of putting in a resort like spa into their back yard. Very happy camper here 😁

Great experience, great above ground spa. We have had our spa for a while now and enjoy the ease of the above ground spa. It is definitely one of our favorite parts of our backyard! Ross was wonderful to work with! Thank you Sedona Spas!

I shopped around and couldn't find what I wanted and then a friend of mine, who is in the pool business, suggested Sedona Spas, and I'm so glad he did!!! I don't write reviews but these guys deserve it.

I have a steep hillside lot. It was no problem for them. They set a beautiful in ground spa. They did what they said they would, had a can do attitude, and provided a great quality spa for a great value!!!!

Save yourself time go to the BEST, you won't be disappointed. Ross and Dennis are great to work with!!!
