All was great! Airboat ride was very good. We had a private tour so we weren’t on the large boat which held a lot of people. Our captain Manny, was very informative and we saw alligators, birds and lots of interesting plants. The show was very nice and the boardwalk was pleasant. Nice little gift shop and restaurant. All was organized, neat and orderly.
My sister-law and I visited while in FL for a cruise. I had been here before, but she hadn’t. We had a great time! Saw lots of gators and so many birds. The guides are so knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I’m in FL again.

We really enjoyed this ride as we had a fantastic time, and were able to see a lot of the Alligators.
Not only that, but Captain Lou really did a good job educating us about the wildlife and plants that are in the Everglades, as well as how everything fits in the ecosystem, as well as the current risks.
Overall a great and safe experience that we really appreciate and helped us to understand the climate and impact on the pollution and man intervention.
An incredible alligator tour experience!

Captain Luis made it unforgettable with his super-friendly and informative approach. We were fortunate to spot a couple of alligators, and the ride itself was enjoyable. Definitely worth the drive from Miami Beach. A solid 5-star recommendation!
Cheers Luis
Go there at warmer times. The ride on the boat is fun, the gators during the safari aren’t much, because in our safari (we saw 5) but neither of them moved or interacted with something, so be prepared to that. Other that if you have time in Miami then go visit this place
Given that I have visited a number of national parks, this is probably a little underwhelming.

The great part about the park is you get pretty much in the wild. The not so great part is because you are stepping into a swampy marshland of Everglades, you don't get to see much wildlife. Rather it's pretty much hidden.

As far as the safari is concerned, I think there is some room for improvement. They can improve their restaurant a bit and include a bit more diverse menu.

We had booked a private tour here with the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). We had Loo as a private captain and he immediately had a very friendly vibe upon arrival! He had a lot of knowledge of the Everglades and taught us and our oldest son a lot about it. What our son loved most was how he taught him how Indians used to make bandages from the plants that grow there. We also had many history and nature lessons. All in all the best WE could wish for this trip! Thank you again for this unforgettable experience! If you book a private trip, ask for Loo as captain!
Had a great time here. We booked the private air boat because we wanted to do a longer ride and didn’t want to wait in the queue and it was well worth it. We didn’t see as many alligators as we hoped to, but we still saw 4 or 5 of them. The ride itself was enjoyable and our guide was very familiar with the park and all of the nature. I highly recommend brining sunscreen with or you might fry in the sun.
