Beautiful hiking trail

I found it to be pretty disappointing. I went this past Sunday, stood quietly for 45 min and while I heard a lot of birds, I did not see any inside the wetlands.

I saw an eagle in bird alley.

Best sunset on the Sound

I love Discovery Park but the attempt to place ponds here and near the other areas artificially is a flop. This is now a swamp which dries up in summer with cracked mud. But not as bad as the West Point Treatment Center where they put a big fake pond where once ducks flew in and benches looked over while l ate lunch while visiting. Now it's a green slime area even frogs croaked instead of croaking songs. In nature ponds are fed by streams or Brooks. A treatment plant overflow isn't a good idea....

Beautyful

Narrow path lined by Salal and blackberry, popular with birds and bird watchers.

Always wonderful to be in Discovery Park.

Take a walk and breathe the air, dont let the city draw you back.

I love Utah
