Susan Sampson from the Barracks Road Branch was absolutely AMAZING!!! Not only did she help me open my account BUT she also helped me set up my online banking and helped me set up my ZELLE and helped me send money from my account to my Son!!! I can't say enough great things about my experience there. I HIGHLY recommend Susan Sampson for all of your banking needs at Truist !!!
PS. I should add that this all transpired at 5:00 p.m at the end of the day and she still was an absolute delight to work with!!!

It's really hard, and kind of scary, to find a place to put your hard earned money. This is a great bank! I trust them with my money. I have had very positive relationships with the bankers. I really like working with Jean Ware, Nancy Gregory and Kevin the manager. Thanks for all the help keeping my money safe and sound!

Both tellers were extremely helpful. The female wasn't abound I wasn't familiar with starter checks. The branch managers are always helpful when they need to get involved. The male teller ran my energy drink to me when I left it cause I was preoccupied with other things on a hot day in a suit.

Is not trust bank ... charge me $400 overdraft

Awesome bank. Really friendly/helpful staff and they have free popcorn on fridays! Everyone is always super nice and accommodating in there. Only drawback is if you travel you're not gonna find an ATM in a lot of places but that's true for any regional bank.

Please be advise do not get accounts here they are worst than Wells Fargo...
They have lost a lot of good people and probably because they have crappy service

They are more willing to work with you over the phone then in person. God for bid you loose your wallet and have no identification they won't even talk to you. Their a lazy group of individuals. Don't even use their atm it miss counts and then your screwed. Ivy road is better.

Some of the rudest incompetent people I ever experienced! I went to open a 6 figure account and they were so rude and when I line told me if I wasn't a customer I had to leave! F these people!
