These folks are awesome-energetic and engaging coaches that drive the perfect balance of meeting kids where they are at (developmentally and ability wise) and encouraging them to strive for their personal best and reaching individualized goals. Love the coaching style and programs here! Would recommend

To start, very poor Communication. They sent me a bill but no paperwork. We showed up to class to fill out paperwork and pay, they told my daughter she couldn’t participate in class because the paperwork(I had not received) was not filled out. The girl at the door was a little rude about it. At the same time let another parent enter that hadn’t payed.
I wrote to the owner she said she didnt want to argue.(even though it was me asking questions trying to figure out what was going on )And told me it was my fault that I didn’t fill out the paperwork. Then sent me a pic of her bill saying I viewed it(that’s not paperwork). Said she call the next day to sort it out but as you can guess, not a word.
Happy I read the reviews cause I can now take my daughter to a better place

When your daughter asks when she's going back to Club Jump ... that speaks volumes. She's 3 and this is going to be her 3rd round of Club Jump. All the teachers are so fun and kind. She has a blast in all the different activities she does there and loves to show us at home what she had learned. Thank you to everyone at Club Jump!

Scammers!!! Don't go here. I am embarrassed to say I got ripped off and ended up paying $200 for two classes back when we were in and out of lockdowns. The lady made it sound like I paid for private when it was always the impression there was a class going on and waiting for others to join. It was a very vulnerable time to begin with and I am not one for confrontation.

I am currently looking into finding a program for my daughter again and after coming across them and reading other reviews, I knew I had to share my experience. It was heartbreaking because she loved it and I would have appreciated getting atleast what we paid for. I told the lady, she couldn't continue going at that price and number of classes we got out of it. I should have challenged her on it but I will just warn people now. In hindsight, I can't believe I put up with that and didn't demand a refund. Please read and take these comments seriously. They care more about money than your children!

I am updating my review. I like the class. The instructors (blake and kira) are great. The facility itself is a little rough around the edges but kids don’t care about that stuff. My daughter had a great time interacting with the other kids

Kids have an incredible time at this facility! From toddler age to youth this is an interesting and interactive atmosphere. Fantastic, clean, and safe with professional staff.

My kids love Club Jump! They have definitely keep them busy and burn off their energy. Great place for boys of girls to have a birthday party. I heard the date nights are loaded with fun for the kids too. Looking forward to booking my son's next birthday party there!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Club Jump Inc. From the outstanding staff, to the special events and welcoming environment, this place is a win-win for any parent. Your child will have endless support from amazing coaches to achieve their goals and build their confidence. Class sizes are small enough that your child will get the attention they need and deserve. Okay and as a bit of a neat freak, I have to say...this establishment is sooooo clean and well maintained. Thanks Club Jump Inc for being part of my kids lives.
