A growing United Methodist Church in northern Lafayette, LA. A young excited pastor, with well delivered sermons that are relevant to life today. A place for every member of the family.

Very enjoyable and excellent church to worship. I know that the swings purchased and donated by Rene Deffez and Brett Mayeaux will be enjoyed by the children.
We went to see the AUMC performance of Handel's Messiah a couple of years ago. We had recently moved from Chicago, and have seen world class performances of the Messiah and other pieces. We thought the AUMC performance would be OK, in the keeping of the Christmas spirit, but not remarkable. Boy! were we wrong! It was world class, and as good as anything we have ever seen. We now go every year to the Christmas special at AUMC.
Great sermon by Rev. John Cannon. We came to thank Asbury Church for their generous donation to Westlake United Methodist Church for our Hurricane Laura repairs. THANKS SO MUCH!

Many meetings such as Sierra Club, enter through doors on the Johnson St side from parking lot at, ground level. Thanks to the church for hosting.
I love the children's program! So much to do and truly friendly people. I also enjoy the choice of traditional services or a more contemporary service.

I was a member there many years ago and I had the honor of singing in the Asbury choir under the direction of Dr Lee Cooke and his wife Jan he was a inspiration to me then and also a very good friend.
Love the amazing music at contemporary worship in Spiritwind every Sunday @ 11:00 am. Loving people and great leadership from their pastors!!

I only visit this church because the Delta College held their graduation there!! Didn't actually visit the church itself!! But it is a beautiful church!!
We had so much fun at the pumpkin patch yestrday !!! We bought a pumpkin & took lots of photos!!

We went here for the Quilt guild, they give presentations of quilt designs, how can do, options , great people, very talented.

Asbury is the place to be. Everyone is friendly and there’s an awesome family atmosphere. I joined last summer and I was immediately welcomed into the Asbury community. There are plenty of programs to get involved in, and many ways to meet new people. I’m truly grateful for my Asbury family!
Not a member, but the Church is very generous in letting us(different congregations) have Bible Study there. A beautiful picture of true Christanity.
