This is a late review, they are not what they used to be, 5 or 6 years ago they were wonderful, good people working there, accommodating and understanding. On my last and final rental with them, they were very rude, not good at communicating and felt like they were scamming. We had to pay hundreds of dollars for a paint chip which I was pretty sure was there already but they wouldn’t admit it, after the incident, they were silent when we ask for the repair receipt and took them a month to refund the deposit.

Please, I would suggest re thinking before renting with them.

I rented a pontoon boat for a week. It was pricey, but it was in great shape and we had tons of fun with the boat. I brought it back on Aug 21. They did the return inspection and said my $3K damage deposit would be refunded within a couple of days (had to wait for a manager to do the refund) and charged for my fuel top up on Aug 21. Now, 23 days and at least 9 calls later, I have still not received the refund on my credit card. I was told on the weekend to call back today (Sept 13), as a manager would be in. Today my call goes through to a voicemail. I have searched my credit card account today and see a refund of $1K on Sept 1. I am still short $2K.
Just turned 18 and took seadoo out like a boss. They re actually crazy so much power and speed. if your in it for the adrenalin this is the flex. Shout out to Ryan for the instruction on it.
On the eve of our boat delivery my brother passed away and we had to go back home. Having paid in full for a 3 day boat rental I was not expecting much....BUT to my amazement these GREAT folks refunded my credit card in full. The renting experience was made easy by the amazing staff and I would simply like to say that you will NOT go wrong dealing here. Thank you for everything !

This company has really gone above what my friends and I expected, I read some reviews and was skeptical but clearly these reviews are of some individuals not capable of responsibility for their actions.,... long story short, I damaged the boat. I blew the propeller clean off. They offered for me to search and get my own quotes to compare rates. These guys are on the button, full transparency, accurate invoice. I expected to pay more!! Sorry Boat Rentals Canada, didn't mean to damage your boat!!! But thanks for not making feel stupid about it.

Had a Terrible experience - went with a group of friends to enjoy a nice summer day only to have it ruined at the end when we returned the boat and got a $3k damage fine enforced on us - damages that we had nothing to do with. Proper procedure of inspections were not followed when the boat was rented to us and since this was the first time we were renting, we didn't know any better so we briefly checked the outer interior and made sure all was good. When we brought the boat back at the end of the night, the staff carried our their inspection and immediately went right under to point out minor scratches that, according, to them had appeared after our use. The way the inspection was done, definitely seemed like a scam and because of that we are trying out best to dispute the additional charges of $3k!! Please do not go and rent with them, they will try to scam you.
The manager will literally try to rib you off on everything. I booked online for 4 hours. I got an automated email confirmation. I called to confirm and was told that they don't reserve boats for 4 hours. It would be on first come first serve basis! That wan't mentioned on the website. Basically, you are booked unless they have a better deal on that day.

I was told the tube is $55 per hour. I had to remind the staff that the rate was per day. Again, the staff member had to call her manager to confirm!

Upon returning the boat, a staff member mentioned that the full tank refill would cost about $90. The manager charged me $85 for half a tank and it wasn't even half a tank. They haven't briefed my on gas when I rented. There is a gas station on the other side of the lake.

The staff spoke very good English but they were exchanging info in a different language which I found rude.

I had a wonderful time with my family but Boat Rentals Canada had nothing to do with that.

Awesome service. Nice new or near new equipment for all tastes. Whether you looking for affordable or exquisite family outing they have it all. Rented a small 7 person boat 115 hp and a seadoo. Place was very busy so we waited a bit, but patience paid off. Employee and manager were friendly and proffesional with a sense of humor. Got us in the water with a quick course of operation. I'd recommend someone who has no experience with boating to learn basics first. The lake and launch is busy place on weekends although no license is needed for the time of rental its good idea to have one.
