Wasn’t a real clear day for a good view so just took a couple of photos Near the car park.
iPhone 15 pro max fully zoomed in on second photo. Amazing.

Amazing spot with spectacular views over Melbourne. Not recommended if you have toddlers or young kids as it can be dangerous in certain spots. No toilets or amenities exist. Quite raw and virgin.

Beautiful view. Hard walk up the fire track but worth it for the views.

Spectacularly unique experience. Observing how flat Australia is!

It is a spectacular location to see the landscape of Melbourne. Melbourne skyscrapers are vividly visible as tiny dots. If you look with high attentiveness, you can even see Geelong! Having moved to Australia from Europe, I am not used to being able to see such a flat land.

It is a very cool experience and definitely recommended. Also, there are beautiful local pubs or bakeries to complement your trip! Probably a day should suffice.

Burkes look out is probably second only to skyhigh look out, it’s worth the drive but do yourself a favour and don’t bother to try get a park at look out only about 10 spots and over weekend many people visit. Best to park at Singleton Reserve a easy 3 minute walk up the road. Plus their are a couple of picnic benches if you wish to eat and relax. No dogs allowed 😀

Short walk from the Burkes Lookout car park. Scenic views over eastern Melbourne all the way to the city and Port Philip Bay. Access via Osprey Road. Very limited car parking. No facilities at the lookout or nearby. Worth the stop though!

Absolutely awesome little spot with some super impressive views. I believe you could see Geelong from here on a clear day. New years eve would be awesome here. Very peaceful lots of places to sit and eat.
The walk is about 200 meters easy enough for everyone. Wheel chairs are ify.

I couldn't fly the drone for aerial shots because of the super high winds. I will come back to get some.

Beautiful scenery with views of Melbourne's east. Great for simply enjoying nature or going on a walk. Easily accessible from the car park. The walk down to the picnic area is not for the unprepared hiker. Don't ask how I know this.
Could be so much better. There are hardly any tree identification signs left, ivy and blackberries are encroaching and very few trails and benches, absolutely no signage about the history, species planted. A little bit of TLC would go a very long way. Nevertheless it’s great to see so many old mature trees from around the world in one place.
As with a number of Parks Vic managed parks in this area they have been neglected for 10 plus years. Understandably the grass and weeds are out of control due to weather and covid from the last few years.
Lovely views and walks. No toilets. Two large decent picnic tables near carpark. An old rotting Park bench further down on the path.
Often no one else there so a good place to picnic and avoid the crowds. Also close enough to walk to Sky-high if you are short on a bob. Walkers don't get charged, only cars etc
Incredibly peaceful, but can be boring for certain people or children because there isn't much to see. There are two benches near the entrance with great panoramic view. Plenty of parking spots available and a bus stop nearby, but the bus has one to two hours frequency, so plan ahead.
A beautiful, quiet spot with good parking. There are so many quaint spots to just sit and relax, but great for a bit of a walk too!
Picturesque scenery. Great for a lazy evening walk.
Beautiful place with variety of different beautiful trees...not very big area though, but we had a lovely walk there with our dog.
A tree museum! Big majestic trees on display. We were there during winter, so I wonder if there would be more trees in different seasons. Spent 45 minutes walking around just admiring the trees. The branches, barks, texture and shape.
