در سال ۱۳۰۸ خورشیدی و همزمان با احداث راه‌آهن سراسری ایران، اولین پل شهر اهواز، بر روی رودخانه کارون ساخته شد.
پل سیاه از نوع فلزی با فونداسیون‌های بتنی بر روی بستر سنگی کف رودخانه کارون بنا شده‌است و با طول ۱۰۵۰ متر و عرض حدودی ۶ متر دارای ۵۲ پایه‌است. در سطح پل دو خط رفت و برگشت برای عبور قطار وجود دارد و در طرفین آن پیاده‌روهایی به عرض حدوداً یک متری قرار گرفته‌است.
همچنین مدیرعامل سازمان زیباسازی اهواز از نورپردازی پل سیاه، قدیمی‌ترین پل رودخانه کارون در آینده نزدیک خبر داده و گفته‌است این نور پردازی با هدف زیباسازی و ایجاد فضاهای مطلوب، به زودی اجرا می‌شود.

متاسفانه موقع بازدید ما کلا تعطیل بود کف پل نیاز به ترمیم داشت که کار در حال انجام نبود! و دو طرف پل بسته بود
یکی از زیبا ترین قسمتهای ساحل کارون در شهر اهواز معمولا از سمت غربی کارون ( ساحلی کیانپارس ) دسترسی بهتری دارد
پلی با یک خط آهن برای قطار و دو مسیر عابر پیاده است که در سال ۱۳۰۸ خورشیدی در شهر اهواز ایران بنا شد. این پل متعلق به اداره کل راه آهن جنوب است. خط آهن بندر امام خمینی، در جنوب استان خوزستان و در ساحل خلیج فارس، را به راه‌آهن سراسری خرمشهر ـ تهران شمال وصل می‌کند.
از آنجا که از این پل در زمان جنگ جهانی دوم به عنوان مسیر حمل آذوقه، نیرو و مهمات ارتش روس استفاده می‌شد و از آن روی که در پیروزی متفقین تاثیر زیادی داشت به آن «لقب پل پیروزی» داده شد.ا ین پل بعدها به دلیل رنگ سیاه بدنه و پایه‌های آن به پل سیاه شهرت یافت.

The Black Bridge or the Victory Bridge is a bridge with a train track and two pedestrian tracks that was built in Ahvaz, Iran in 1308. This bridge belongs to the General Directorate of Southern Railways and connects the railway line of Bandar Imam Khomeini, in the south of Khuzestan province and on the coast of the Persian Gulf, to the national railway of Khorramshahr-Tehran North.
It was a great time on the bridge. The immigrant birds were very nice
The Black Bridge was built in 1308 at the same time as the construction of Iran's nationwide railway, and later became known as the Black Bridge because of the black color of its body and foundations. With a length of 1050 meters and a width of 6 meters, this bridge was built almost at the place of the historical bridge of Ahvaz (named Shadovan Bridge and dating back to the Sassanid period) on the Karun River to connect the Imam Khomeini Port Railway, in the south of Khuzestan province and on the coast of the Persian Gulf. This is very amazing and peaceful place. You can watch a beautiful sunset there. Besides there are boats, if you are interested in boating, you can take a boat there, which is driven by very kind local boatmen.

This is one of the most beautiful bridges in Ahwaz. The main spectacular Bridges, the White Bridge (Pol-e-Sefid) and the Black Bridge (Pol-e-Siah) complement each other. All Ahvazis have fond memories of these two bridges.

It is made entirely of steel with 52 piles that hold the bridge.It was registered as a National Treasure by the Iranian government for its beauty, age, and endurance. Despite its age, it is a normally functioning bridge.
During the Iran-Iraq war it was heavily bombarded but sustained only minor damages. It was used extensively by the Iranian forces during the war. It is an amazing, majestic bridge.

Ahwaz is a city of bridges, bisected by the mighty and magnificent Karun River. The city was built along side this river and over the years more bridges have been built to connect the ever expanding city. Along side the river, on both sides more parks are built to allow the locals to enjoy the nights of Ahwaz. Days are hell there. You often find families till early morning hours enjoy the air, the river, and being together. At nights, the bridge lights up with colorful lights that grace the stream. Take you late dinner there and enjoy the park..Don't bother going before 10..Everyone comes after this hours.

با اون پل طبیعت طبیعت تهران خیلی فرق داره و بیشتر بخاطر این که بر خلاف باقی پل های اهواز فقط محل تردد عابر و دوچرخه می باشد به پل طبیعت معرفی است عبور از این پل و از روی کارون حس خوبی رو به انسان می دهد

سال ۱۳۰۸ خورشیدی و همزمان با احداث راه‌آهن سراسری ایران، اولین پل شهر اهواز که بعدها به دلیل رنگ سیاه بدنه و پایه‌های آن به پل سیاه شهرت یافت، به طول ۱۰۵۰ متر و عرض ۶ متر، بر روی رودخانه کارون ساخته شد. تا خط آهن بندر امام خمینی،را به راه‌آهن سراسری خرمشهر ـ تهران شمال وصل نماید قدمت این پل به جنگ جهانی اول میرسد. در جنگ جهانی اول نیروی دریایی انگلیس برای کوتاه کردن دست شوروی از آب های گرم این پل را احداث کرد که بعدها به دلیل پیروزی بریطانیا این پل به پل پیروزی(victory) معروف شد.
