OK nice view .the sad bit is you never get to see inside the tower
Along the Pembrokeshire coast there are many strongholds and Martello’s. All are amazing and over the years I’ve visited many and explored more than I care to mention. If you are in the area I wholeheartedly recommend you come and have a look at these. You won’t be disappointed. Although in private hands it is worth going for a look and to photograph.
Not much to see in the area. But a free car park if you do fancy a stroll
A good place to park have your chips etc can get busy, Also a good fishing spot
Lovely walk. Definitely a hot spot to sit down and enjoy the scenery. Plus side is the shipwright is right across from the martello Tower where you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine (when the sun shines ofcourse, it is Pembrokeshire) 😂 but all in all, its lush.
This is a beautiful tower. You can't go inside ad it's closed off to the public. But there was a machine gun on the top. But it got blown over by the bad storm we had. Hopefully the council or who ever owns it. Put it back up again. As its the part of the history
Stony beach. Love walking along with my dog. Great place to watch yacht club races. Ferry coming inn. There are some tables you could picnic on but one of these damaged by vandals needs replacing. Good mudlarking spot
A nice place to bring the dog, and a nice place to visit when the sun is setting. Shame that the fort isn't open to the public as it has a very interesting history.
