Very nice views and you're getting good "bang for the buck" as its a pretty quick ride to the summit. There are some short walking trails at the summit.

There are several fun things to do at Camelback Mountain Adventures! We went on the mountain coaster and did the zip flyer. We went on a Monday so a few of the different activities weren't available, which was a bummer. The mountain coaster was so fun, but we wished it was a little longer or that you could ride more than once. The zip flyer was fun. You take a bus ride up the mountain then zip down 4000'. You're in a sitting position and kind of glide down more than fly. They take safety seriously and check you several times, which is reassuring. It was quite expensive and not something I'd necessarily pay for again, although it was neat. The view is incredible! All the staff were very kind as well. Make sure you make your reservations ahead of time online. When you get there, you scan the barcode in your email on a machine and get a little cardboard voucher. It's super easy to check in. I would for sure go back. It's a fun place to go with kids.

The people were very helpful. We went on a Sunday to zipline and it rained just as we went up the mountain. Then had to come right back down. The kind person at the window gave us the option to either get a refund or come the very next day. We chose to come back the next day and try again. Success! It was an excellent ride. They do charge $12. to park too. Seems unnecessary! And $15. for a professional photo, that was worth it. We wanted to do the Utv also but that was way too much at $280 for Columbus day. Overall, a fun time on the Zipline!!

Nice spot to eat lunch or have a short walk. People walking their dogs need to do a better job of picking up the poo left behind. Bathrooms were clean and no lanternflies!!

September 2023:
Nice free spot to get above it all and take a walk or hike. Plenty of free parking, bike parking and a few handicapped spots.
Nice paved walking route, or rocky dirt paths. Pick up a map at one of the kiosks.
Vault toilet restrooms. Women’s locks, Men’s does not.
Watch out for rattlesnakes! We ran into a guy who had just seen two.
BBQ grills and picnic tables aplenty.

The family had a blast! We did both zip lines the vehicle tour and the coaster. Very cool staff with so much to do! Highly recommend this place the whole family had a good time

We’ve been going here at least once or twice a year for the past few years. Honestly, the more we visit the more this place grows on us. Clean and decent rooms. Love the fact the indoor water park is included. Only constant complaint would be how the extra charge for over night parking and their food is barely ok but completely overpriced. If not for that, I’d rate this place as 5 stars.

They raised the self parking prices by 20%
from $20 -$25
When asked if i want to park off location was told I can park in the bottom of the hill.
But you will get a ticket.
Not sure why the greed on me self park my car.

nicest playground I've ever seen.. by far. there is such a huge variety of things to do. all types of slides, swings, things to climb, things to discover... sandpits... it's amazing for kids all ages. all surrounded by trees that provide shade, picnic tables and a beautiful scenery. everything well maintained and clean, too. perfect!

Amazing views, great trails, and never crowded. Highly recommend doing a full loop around the parking lots (there is a small paved road that goes around, and there were rarely cars on it).
Go there you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful views with out having to hike.

We had an extremely unsatisfactory stay at the hotel:
More than half of the water slides were closed during our visit.
The staff was extremely rude.
The room we were given was in a terrible condition – it was dusty, and there were even hairs in the bed.
When we requested a room change, we were only responded to the next day and were told that they had no knowledge of our request.
Even the regular ice machines, which should have been available on every floor, were not working.
In addition, the water in the pools was dirty and green.

Aquatopia staff was awesome from beginning to end. Everyone who works there is helpful, welcoming and friendly. Thanks for the great customer service 👏. As for the indoor water park needs some updating. It is a little smaller than other parks in the area. But for small kids and toddlers walking or crawling it was perfect experience.

I check in the bathroom door is locked so my kids and I waited over an hour for someone to come. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby .
We asked for room service 9am we return 3pm and no one came . The girl at front desk told us they only do house cleaning if your stay FOUR nights ??? Are you kidding ? In a children’s hotel with a garbage can the size of a lunch box ? Well she said she did me the “favor “ of requesting it again and they finally did it and we came back to our room not even locked. She had left it opened . Our belongings could have been stolen because of this!!!!!!
BLOOD CLOT was floating in the penguin park . I asked the worker if someone could clean it and what could that be ..she said oh yes it was probably the boy with a bloody nose. I felt disgusted and there were poor children under the age of 1 swimming in there so I left
OASIS bar is the WORST!! Heavy set girl was very rude and the lady with tinted glasses told a guest to “get out” because he didn’t have ID. She said to him “didn’t you read the sign at the entrance now get out” that’s no way to treat someone on vacation . He was clearly over 18 but that’s not the point the message could have been delivered differently .
I waited twenty minutes for my drink and I asked the heavy set girl at the bar if it’s normal to do so and she said can’t you see there’s only one person working ? Obviously she can’t be faster . She kept repeating how she couldn’t believe I didn’t understand that she’s alone and Our drinks were horrible . She added MANDATORY tip which I did not agree with since they treated me and everyone else so poorly. I did not return.
Buffet:
Horrible !! No labels god forbid you’re allergic to something . My husband doesn’t eat beef and I don’t eat pork and the workers do not speak English so we did not know what anything was . Nothing had labeling and the employees just stood around chatting and talking . The station that things were to be cooked on wasn’t labeled so no one knew there was that food option and no one was even standing at it. The desserts had flies on it. It was bad
For the amount I paid to stay here this was not the experience I expected . Everyone was so cheap . We asked for a cup of ice and they acted like we asked for a million dollar drink . We didn’t feel welcomed , pool wasn’t clean .. employee at the pool bar (heavy set girl and girl with tinted glasses) felt like they could treat people like TRASH because of the mandatory tip and it was wrong .
Will not be returning or recommending to anyone!!

Took the kids today for the first time and could not have been more disappointed. The water slide featured prominently on the website was closed, it was the main reason we selected this water park because we wanted to slide together. Only once waterslide was open with 2 different options to slide down, one purple & one yellow. Only one person in our party of 4 felt comfortable sliding down alone so the day was a complete bust. We let him enjoy the slide for an hour and then went and got pizza lunch which was delicious and then spent too much money on he arcade hoping everyone would leave happy. I feel the park should have disclosed in advance that only one of their slide attractions was working today or offered a discount on admission!

It was our first time here on Saturday. I read a lot of the negative reviews and thought we were going to have a bad time. There were some plus things and some negative things.
We paid for general parking which was 12.00. Waited only a few minutes for a shuttle to take us to the entrance of the water park. The lines were short so we got in VERY quick. They did a “pat down” of our bag. Some reviews of people were upset with them not thoroughly going through their bag. Me, I didn’t mind as I knew I didn’t have anything I wasn’t supposed to and it made us get in even quicker. We found a chair immediately by the kids section/ lazy river. One of the things I was hoping to find was an open chair to at least put our stuff on. We spent a few minutes at the children’s section with my grandchildren and they seemed to love that. Then off to the lazy river. Some reviews said there was a long wait for the lazy river. We waited less than 10 minutes. That was very nice. Then it was off to the wave pool. That was also very nice and Everyone in the pool seemed to have a blast! Next my son went on the spin cycle side and loved it. There was a little longer wait for that but still only waited about 20 minutes. I LOVED that there were bunches throughout the park to sit on while waiting for your children to get off the rides or to just rest. The park was VERY CLEAN. I could not tell you how the food was as we read reviews about how expensive it was to eat there. We ate a late breakfast before we got there and opted to grab an early dinner when we left. We did buy a bottle of soda, a water and a small bag of chips and that was 12.00.
There were a few slides not running. It didn’t bother us too much as my son wouldn’t have time to ride them all and yes food is pricy.
We enjoyed our first time there and we will be back next year !

I have to say I was extremely disappointed this time around coming here. Had to go downstairs multiple times for wristbands to work, took over an hour for housekeeping to bring what we needed (a few times we didn’t even get what we needed), person at register could not understand the questions I was asking about food and didn’t know how to give me 32 cents change, food wasn’t great, and there was mold in the middle of a Rice Krispie treat that we purchase. Had a great time with the people we were with but there was definitely a shortage of staff.

We were told we would receive a text message when our room would ready and we received 20 minutes after we we asked the front desk if the room was ready. Of course they wait until 4pm exactly to tell us the room was ready. We recieved our wrist band keys and one worked. The remaining 2 bands did not work. We went to the front desk and received another set of wrist band keys and now none of the 6 bands work. So now I have stand on line for a third time to get the issue resolved. In addition, they charge 25.00 per day to self park your car. This fee was implemented during the Covid Pandemic. Obviously 3 years later they still charge guests to park on their property.

It was a decent place to visit. I didn't participate on any activities but my family did. They enjoyed every activity, the only complaint is that Even with reservations you can only use a ride once. Which was very disappointing. You're offered an hour slot yet if you cleared the activity in less than an hour you couldn't go back and do the activity again.

Lots of fun on the 1lk and 4k zip lines. Loved the mountain coaster and slides.

Do not miss the mountain coaster. It's worth every cent.

We really enjoyed Aquatopia. The whole place was spacious and clean. Really liked that. There were changing rooms. Showers. And large clean restrooms. I wish there was an elevator to get to the top for some of the slides. I have a bad ankle and would have liked to go on more of those attractions. But as it was, I loved the lazy river. The wave pool was wonderful also. My 7 year old son loved the splash pad and the hot tub where he could swim outside. The food was expensive but you get huge portions. I liked that they gave you towels there to use. And there were lockers available to rent to stow your stuff. We walked in to spend the day and found that you needed to buy tickets online as it's cheaper. So there is that. All in all, we did enjoy our time there and hope to go again in the future.

We did the zip line (3 adults and 3 kids) and the alpine coaster (1 adult and 2 kids). Cost a ton (around 200 for 4 people to go down the 4000’ zip line just once) and took forever (we had to book the nearest time, which was 30 minutes away and had to sit for a long time, then had to wait for an entire bus full of people to get their harnesses on, then the actual bus ride up the slope.) The coaster had a long wait too.
All in all it was fun. We all enjoyed it. But we were there for about 4 hours and paid over $250 to go on rides. Worth it? I’m not entirely sure but at least the kids made some memories and we all braved some fears.

It was a beautiful water park. It has a lot of rides and the views of the water park were beautiful since it was located in the Poconos. This water park is on the cheaper side, if you can get a cabana it’s worth it!

Outdated….
For the amount of money spent this place has to do better. First day I was given a room the had pet urine everywhere ( I am severely allergic to pets). The room outdated carpet is filthy. No accommodations are included with package besides a dirty water park. They need to shut down and power wash and sanitize the entire place. Hospitality….. worst I have ever seen went to use the bathroom and the dirty wash clothes and towels from the previous occupants were still there and wet. I wish I could give this place zero stars but I had to choose one. The are making money hand over fist and not putting it back in to the facility. DISGUSTING

First time here. It is comparatively small when compared with Kalahari and Great wolf park on the same area. They also gave the wrong room initially and we have to rundown again to get the correct room. Kalahari is the best for adults and family. Great Wolf is great for family with young kids.

I actually went to camel beach water park and it was very difficult to have any enjoyment whatsoever because there were way too many people there couldn't find a chair to relax in lines for the slides were outrageously long and the wave pool was so packed with people that everytime the waves came on everyone was being slammed into everyone else. Food prices were inordinately high $15 for a cheese burger and fries. They had protective sleeves for your phones but they were $25. So no space to relax, no room to enjoy the wave pool or lazy river, and extremely high prices. The ticket price was the only reasonable thing, and even that went wrong they were discounted if you ordered them online but whenever I tried to order them I got error message saying my transaction couldn't be completed at this time and the ticket counter person still tried to hock the online option even after I showed her it didn't work and refused to honor the discount that I couldn't get because their system was broken. At the very least take care of the overcrowding issue and I may consider returning until then if the only thing you care about is how much cash you can rake in by cramming past capacity I won't be returning.

Awesome place would suggest going there. If you’re visiting that area in Pennsylvania the staff was super friendly was pretty decent prices. The roller coaster was absolutely amazing. My family also did zip lining. They like that as well. A lot of fun things to do weather was beautiful they could have more food and drink options. They only have a small gift shop with very minimal things.

It was really fun and they have a nice staff. The only recommendation I would make is make sure you order your tickets online and fill out all the waiver forms at home before you even head there. Trying to do that on the ride there was near impossible with the lack of cellular service out there.

Outside water park was great, food was great, attractions where also great! Only booked for the water park but ended up doing zipline, mountain roller coaster, and more. Will be going back up for winter!

Good time with the grandkid indoor Waterpark is free if you stay at resort. Decent food good size arcade. Nightly free entertainment in lobby. Only downside is the $25 a night parking fee. Clean rooms, lots to do. Will definitely return it the future.

Clean, orderly. Nice staff. Fair price considering all the staff, buildings, kitchens, water, electricity, chairs/cabanas, umbrellas water treatments etc. Very fair price. Easy to find. Close to inter-state 80.
Parking options range from $12 and a FAR walk, to $30 in front of the doors.
The restroom at the end of the day was still well kept & stocked.
Now for the ugly...
The website was not done by any type of expert. O so many FAILS.
I had to call and ask for the park map so I could see the layout. Per the person on the phone, I had to call the direct local number & then the woman Said there is no park map layout on the site. Very odd.
The website should easily contain and easily show a calendar for you to select the date you want to purchase your tickets for.
They have the audacity to add gratuity to every check at 18% AND THEY ADD IT TO THE TAX. Clearly amateurs in the hospitality industry. You don't pay TIPS on a tax portion of your check.
Side perk to add on.... Cabanas range from $200+ to over $440 per day (they're open 9-6.) Way over-priced for basically "shade".
We spent about $220 to have 6 lounge chairs with Terry cloth cover & fresh towels. It included 1 large umbrella per 2 chairs. Towels were fresh/clean. But there is free seating without umbrellas.
Hope images help.
They don't sell tickets at the gate. All is done online. Which is effective and keeps them from handling/mishandling cash and they can see revenue totals with a click.
We were 5 adults and we spent a total of about $575 in the few hours we were there (tickets, chairs & 3 snacks).
I think there's another water park in the area & we hope to try them soon.
Hope you enjoy your time in our neighborhood.

The whole experience was good.
The employees were great.
But the paying for parking was a surprise.
I have been a quest for years and I never pay for parking. Next time please give me the head up when I do reservations. Good luck!!!!

Had a great 4th of July in the Poconos with my family. Beautiful place with great memories to create.

Great place for families. Can be pricy depending on activities. The outdoor water park is fun. Food lines are long due to lack of organization. Ride lines are bearable and go very fast. There are huge safety concerns for the bear lift so BEWARE. My kids and I went on the bear lift...the bar which is suppose to be secure lifted while we were in the air. We could have fell. I informed the attendant... she was nonchalant and did not follow. We even mentioned it to the front desk at the hotel...they apologized. I would not recommend the bear left and will be reporting this incident to the State.

Our stay started with a few kinks, but the Lobby Bartender Lynn was able to give us a few pointers to maximize our vacation. There’s plenty to do at the resort, and the food at Trails End is very good! It’s definitely worth another trip!

We really enjoyed the indoor water park! There were activities for all ages. We were able to go and swim and my 4-year-old loved the slides. We went during the summer and it was excessively humid. We tried to eat there and were just dripping sweat. I would not recommend doing anything outside of the water for significant periods of time.

I went there on Saturday (July 22)
The ticket was $59.99 adult, and I paid $12 for parking a little bit further to the park, but they have a little bus passing all the time they can take you to the parking to the park wich was great(parking nearby is $50)🙈
The food is delicious 😋 and not so expensive.
People are friends, and the place is very clean.
We really enjoyed 😉

This park was awesome! There were probably 6 or 7 different play sets suitable for all ages. Just a few minutes from Camelback!

I love this place! The Outdoor Waterpark offers everything for everyone. Pharaoah's Phortress is easily the best little kids water area ive been too, plenty of slides for kids of all different ages! The wave pool is better than most ive been too! All of the attractions for older teens & adults was also great! Highnoon typhoon, sandstorm, dune rider & rival racer all favorites plus more great rides! Camelbeach was a wet n wild fun time for the whole family!

It's really fun, but some of the best rides you'll need an express pass or is gonna be at least 30 min wait, that depends on how many people want to ride and how full is the park, we went on a Wednesday and it was pretty packed, I can't imagine on a weekend.

I'm not disappointed. The cost was reasonable. I went on July 5th and purchased the fun 4 pack (a bit of a discount) for the outdoors waterpark. The park was kept clean, and there was something for everyone to do. I think that weekdays are the best. I'm assuming that it gets crowded in the weekends. We were able to find a spot under a large umbrella relatively quickly.

Love love love this place but LORD the prices will destroy the bank. Getting the season pass is well worth it because day passes can get up to $175 per person. They don't allow outside food and drinks so look to spend $50+ for meals. I have a family of 6 and I spent $85 on one pizza, 2 burgers , a hot dog and 4 drinks. The portions are a nice size so everyone ate well. It's definitely a good place to go with the kiddos as there is tons to do!!!

Our family had great fun experience trying their 1000ft zip line (4000 ft was out of order as it was struck by lightning), and mountain coaster. Buy tickets online for a better price and reservation.

We travelled from Toronto, and it was worth every min of the time we spent on a road trip to treat ourselves with this beautiful resort. Amazing indoor facilities, extremely courteous and friendly staff, and great choice of restaurants to choose. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor Waterpark and activities. Especially the graffiti pizza place

We had our daughters Wedding at Camelback resort. It was AWESOME !!! Getting married on top of a mountain with spectacular views is the perfect way to start a future together.
The reception at Summit House was wonderful. The service was great, as was the food and drink. Jennifer was awesome! She guided us throughout the whole process. She was there the day of the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. I can’t thank her enough. It was just great experience!!!

Pretty good area. I personally live in PA so being on a mountain overlooking trees isn't exactly a rare sight for me, but still it is a good place to eat with friends.

Business conference trip. Resort amenity hours were way too short. Conference food was mediocre. The evening meal was at their nicer on resort restaurant and it was riddled with issues. Their performance in the middle of the snow season may be fine but it was a miss this time!

This is just for the indoor water park portion. It's pretty awesome. Pretty small, but lots to do. The people were cool, food is available, you can do everything in like 4 hours, and just relax by the bar for the rest of the day. Lines for the slides weren't too long, even though it was indoor, the ceiling is all glass, so it was well lit. Bring sunscreen!

Absolutely a great park to enjoy your day with the kiddos and family

It’s really nice place for picnic or taking pictures or just enjoying the view you have from top of the mountain. Also perfect for sunrise and sunset.

The mountain coaster was fun; however, the fact that you only get one ride for $18 per person is a little disappointing. The ride up takes about 4 minutes and the ride down is about 1-2 minutes. I feel that you should get two runs for the money not just one. Also, it costs the same for kids who cannot go solo due to not being tall enough, which doesn’t seem right either. Overall, I am glad we did it once but would not spend the money to do it again.

Beautiful soothe place. Nice view. They should make a tower to see the distance Mountain View’s. Overall good

Best place to go before water parks open at 10am! So many playground sets and space to run and play

Beautiful park & ample parking. If you plan to walk around the top parking lot and check out the sites, sneakers would help. Lots close at sunset, and apparently, they close a gate. Bathrooms are pretty much filthy because people don't seem to clean up after themselves. There are also a couple of picnic tables.

Great big park with lots to keep the kids busy! Bring a picnic and make a day of it 😊

This park is so large and inclusive. It was clean and nothing was broken or.too dirty. There were so many different structures and activity areas, that I'm not sure we even got to see everything. My kids had fun for hours!

Awesome place for kids and adults! Very clean and well maintained. The playgrounds are based on age with plenty to do in each age category. There's plenty of shaded areas, along with a couple of covered pavilions with bbq areas. There's also an ample amount of benches and picnic tables. Love love LOVE this park! We've only been to one area, but it looks like there's so much more than what we've seen

You can drive till almost the top from where the double diamond ski trail starts

I searched upon this park while on a vacation with the kids the weekend prior, when we got there our eyes lit up. This park had everything; beautiful trails, full and mulitude of playgrounds for the kids which I even got to be a part of and actually got to play with my 2yr old and 10 yr old. This was such a peaceful park. Our family will most definitely visit again if given the chance!

Nice

Embarking on an exhilarating adventure to Camelbeach, Pennsylvania, I was immediately captivated by the awe-inspiring vistas that stretched as far as my eyes could fathom. Nestled among the grandeur of the mountains, the lazy river meandered gently, offering a tranquil escape. As I ventured further, the resounding echoes of laughter led me to the mesmerizing wave pool, where towering waves crashed with thrilling splendor. Every moment at Camelbeach was a symphony of excitement and serenity, a perfect harmony of nature's beauty and water park thrills.
