Rooms are at distant places you need a battery cart for coming to the restaurant or other services sometimes it takes too much time.

But if you want to enjoy the property it's an all inclusive deal..

Well maintained properly with exorbitant price. Child less than 4 feet will not be permitted for zip line and even an adult will have tough time to go through training and then do self zip line,but if you will do it it’s worth it. Carry your own water bottles. Gandola is the best !

This is one of the best properties I have stayed so far in Jammu.
Their premier rooms are very well maintained, staff is courteous and activities are amazingly good for all age groups( keeping security in place ) . Gandola ride is surely a plus point to add in their kitty.
Only recommendation- Improvement in food taste is required. Rest is perfect

Very rude and inhospitable staff. Geysers provide hot water for very short time. Toiletries provided are very difficult to use. No care is taken of privacy and comfort of guests. Staff does not cooperate at all. Only one buggy cart is there so you have to wait for very long time.

Exceptional experience for lifetime! The view from height is mesmerising and takes away your breath when you see absolutely picture perfect view with your eyes It’s nicely maintained and organised doorway unlike many other places in India where rush push doesn’t happen at all staffs are well behaved guides us properly my special thanks to Rishi this guy is guide us all about the activities & property including local side seen like sudh mahadev & sanasar lake too. When you get down and see the place you would forget Switzerland 🇨🇭 and only remember skyview .

Worst place to visit. Don't ever visit. 1450 rupees per head for 15 min gandola ride and tea pakora. Not worth at all

Sky view is Asia's highest gondola ride which is a 20 minute journey one way and the mountain view from the ride is killing.
The safety precautions are taken care of here and you can visit downside also in the gondola end point with beautiful views and other adventures are also available here like zip lining, archery etc .
The car facility is also available here to move from one place to another in the end point

I visited this place with my family and friends, firstly booking experience was pathetic, sales department was very rude and unprofessional.
Now coming to check in there was no one there, no one to welcome though we had booked the highest room category.
Checkin was not pleasant.
Coming to the hospitality it was below average. Food only few items were good in main course. You have to order before 10 pm and sleep off.
Breakfast other than South Indian everything seemed to be cooked by a amateur.
Staff was talking in local language with casual attitude, singing songs in front of the guest.
Total lack of professionalism.
To my surprise the staff of the gondola ride looked and sounded more professional and courteous.
So if you coming ahead and thinking it’s a 5 star rated resort it’s not.

It's an awesome property with amazing staff , amazing view and chef (Mr . Sharma ) made us feel very special by serving us with. Yummy cuisines .
Specially the Thai curry it was just awesome
A must visit and upcoming property with 15 mins ( India's largest Ropeway )

Visited in the month of June. Nice view, Clean and good food. Slightly expensive and there is discount for senior citizens.

we did gondola ride there, it was fun

It was a good experience on the rope-way. It felt safe and the people onboarding/off boarding you from those cable cars seemed well trained.

Taking 15 minutes to reach the Empyrean office located on either sides of the cable, you can enjoy the adventure sports, food, etc in their facility.

This review is mainly focused on rope way and not any other items. We reached at 05:15 PM, when they start finishing their day. So recommended time is from 10 AM to 5 PM

Service provided was best.....fabulous work being done by management even following Covid protocols strictly.
Must go place for all. Although could not get to see snow this time, may be next visit I shall plan accordingly
