Simultaneously laid back and professional service! Visited from Perth to do my PADI open water certification and had an exceptional experience, gear is all well looked after and the trainers were very well informed and experienced. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would happily recommend to friends and family.
The experience with Queensland scuba dive was excellent. They are very friendly and caring. Specially Arjuna was eager to help everyone in waters. Keepnit up.
Wonderful experience! "Embarking on the amazing scuba diving tour from Queensland Scuba diving company was an absolute thrill from start to finish! The instructors Ricky and Chris were incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring both safety and an unforgettable experience underwater. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, this tour caters to all skill levels, providing personalized attention and guidance throughout. Don't miss out on this exhilarating adventure – it's an absolute must-do for any diving enthusiast!"

Visit here often, calming. Bigfoot was my favourite resident until last month...Sorry big guy, but this lil one stole my heart 😍

The times I've here, toilets are clean (and well stocked with tp) BBQs clean. Plenty of seating areas. Playgrounds for the kiddies. Great spot to chill in the shade for a bit before returning to being a "grown up" lol
Laura is an amazing dive instructor! Always felt safe with her doing my open water course. She really knows her stuff & also makes it fun! Thanks Laura
Did the PADI Open Water Diving certificate March 6-9 2024 at QLD Scuba Diving Company. Had Laura as our instructor and she was excellent. She had patience explaining and demonstrating the skills and was very thorough. 5 out of 5 for Laura. Thanks
Amazing! Recommend it a 100% 🤙🏻
I just got my open water license.
The instructors and people on board are nice and they make you feel good.
I learned with Laura for two days and my third and last day was with Georgia.
They are the sweetest and are both aware that as a first time scuba diving, some things can be scary (for me it was the mask removal underwater 😬) but Laura helped me through it and was almost more excited than me when I succeeded. Two amazing teachers and the nicest people. 😊
Also, the prices are very reasonable when you compare it to other places.
Had the best time doing an Open Water PADI licence. The instructors Lara and Matt were amazing and made the experience truly memorable. Would highly recommend getting your certification here.
My kid love it here :) so much enjoy running around. Two playgrounds in the park. Pond and waterfall, very shady
A quiet park without any hustle. The beach is just a bridge walk from the park. Best for kids. It has lots of birds. Nice place for a picnic. Has toilets as well. Nice and shady place. After a swim at the beach one can just come here to rest in the shade.

Came today using 7 day pass. I’d say out of all the parks not my top. It was bad weather also today so lots of rides closed. But the shows kept. Over Waited 2.5 hours for the new wooden roller coaster. They did a repair and couldn’t be bothered to tell us while waiting and noticed on the theme park app while already waiting over an hour. Food not many options. More options for little kids and rides.
My favourite was the seal show and of course the dolphin show.
I’d come back to watch the shows otherwise I’d just go to movie world or wet and wild. Even the polar bear was not visible. It’s not the same as it was twenty years ago!!!
Beautiful place. Serene and cool with beautiful birds around. Lots of shades, good for picnic.

Overall a good park, but I think it's a bit overpriced. If you saw packed parking either come back another day or buy the tickets with fast track; otherwise you will be waiting in queues for up to an hour for a 1 minute ride. There are some shows and performances at certain times so it is better to use their app to schedule your visit. I liked the aquarium with different fishes. There are options to snorkel in the pond if you like close encounters.

If you love biology / zoology, this is definitely worth visiting, especially the snorkelling with sea animals. The only downside is the divers (instructors). They are late arrivers and not very well organised. They need to work on explaining things to those customers who are new to snorkelling.
Nevertheless, great infrastructure and five-star experience.
Recommend underwater camera.

It’s a good place to visit unfortunately weather is not on our side. Not only most shows are cancelled, we didn’t even make meaningful use of the fast pass. As several rides are closed for renovation and some cannot operates during severe weather. Kids were playing by the reef and thunder alert. All water activities are closed.

The Spit has soooo many activities for people to do on their own, with a small or large group of people.

The beach at The Spit is “dog off leash” beach & is easily accessed by parking your car in a sealed carpark & walk to the beach.
You can walk to the lighthouse & see people surfing, people on jet skis, all types of boats cruise by & the ocean is spectacular to watch & listen to.

The sunsets are amaaaazing because the moon shimmers on the water at night. The sunsets are often varying colours eg pinks, oranges, yellows.

There are plenty of grassed areas to sit & have a picnic, sleep, relax etc.
There are also many tables/chairs for groups of people to sit & eat, relax, watch the boats & yachts & fishing trawlers & party boats.

The carpark gates close at 8pm!
If your car is still in the carpark, it may be locked in ……..to avoid people camping there overnight.

If you like to walk, bicycle, roller skate etc. there is a cement pathway for kilometres.

There’s plenty of rubbish bins OR take your rubbish home with you.

Good place to visit with kids and family.
Dolphin and seal shows were pretty great.

The food is definitely overpriced there, so just bring something with you.

Easy to spend 2-5 hours there, without getting bored.

A fun, free place to explore with incredible views. It will be a great place for whale watching during migration season. Amazing views of the skyscraper skyline in the distance. We rented the Lime Bikes to get there and it was so fun cycling down as the surface is all flat. Highly recommend to see this part of Main Beach.

Sooo much fun. We took our 4 year old. Highly recommend. Also make sure you take bathers or swimwear. You can, and will get wet in some of the areas. Great fun for the whole family!
Highlights, the dolphin and seal shows. The park has a good mix of thrill rides and animal enclosures. There is a huge areas for seals, dolphins and sea turtles.
Our family favorite was the pirate ship and water park. The little ones enjoyed that especially.
Food and stalls every where. Come with deep pockets, I'll be honest, the food is pricey, but it doesn't diminish the overall experience. Plus you're going to a theme park, you know the food is going to be pricey. There's a great little food court, with stalls set up with carnival type games. It's good fun. 😊

Pretty good experience unfortunately they had majority of the adult rides either closed on not even on they didn’t really have try the seats before your enter which sucks because it wasn’t great trying to get on a ride and getting told to get off because of your height and body size definitely sucked on that part or else I would of went somewhere else. They need to be better than this next time not coming here because I only spent 2 hours the most here.
I got my dive master license there.
As you get a dive master license it is adviced that you pick a dive center that you are familiar with as you are not only do the training but also part of the employee there.

But I just Google and decided to go there. I'm glad that I pick there as all the staff there are very friendly and nice especially my mentor Tomo.

Learnt a lot of things throughout the process and it is always different experiences when we go out the sea although we always dive in the same spot. But the view under always different.

Great place to get your license or try the discovery scuba diving.

Recommended!

Firstly, it was way bigger place than I thought. Before I went there, I was thinking maybe this place is for kids, but it wasn't. It's a really fun place for adults too! We did a 5-minute(there's longer options) helicopter tour and was great.

Awesome day with the family! The Dolphin and the seal show were a must see. Other highlights were the ray feeding (line up early if you want to feed them as these are limited, but you'll still get to touch them), and watching the polar bear feeding from the underwater viewing chamber - so amazing!
The rides were more tame than movie world and the turn around times very slow and could be managed much better. However, this did not detract from the excellent day overall.

Wasn't very busy when we went, very short lielnes for rides. Dolphin show was a standout! They were doing deals on some experiences so our kids got to do the reef snorkel for $45. It was amazing! Even though my daughter was very nervous, she was supported by the lovely ladies running it and it was a highlight of the day. We spent a full day here, enjoyed everything!

Amazing. Went with family 2 kids and 2 adults.
Fair pricing and fun for the kids. Something fall all ages. Kids loved splash pool and the kiddie rides. Adults loved the roller coasters and the shows.
Only downside was to see the monorail shut.

Highly recommend going during the week, NOT on the holidays.

It's an amazing place. Spectacular animal performances and great enclosures of some of the best sea creatures there are. The dolphins, seals, and penguins are the best, and the colourful sea jellies are so pretty.

Their rides are great, with options for children, teens, adults, and those with a low thrill tolerance. There's also plenty of water activities as well to do on a hot day.

In this place, we can meet a polar bear, mini penguins, dolphins, and many fishes.
And there is an exciting roller-coaster, too. It is really really fast but not scary. At the top of the roller-coaster, we can see all the landscapes of this beautiful area.
I had lots of fun here. I couldn't go around a lot because I didn't have enough time during my journey. Hopely, visit here again next time.

A wonderful experience for the family. There were some rides down for maintenance when we were there, but plenty of others, in addition to the plethora of shows and animals, to keep us entertained for the whole seven hours we were there. We used an interactive map, but did find there were a lack of signposts and directions for different areas. It is worth doing some planning beforehand.

Another great day out. Lots to see. The dolphin show was amazing and highlight for me and my family. It's really great for small kids. But there is something for everyone if you enjoy that sort of thing amd a few good rides for the adults and bigger kids too. 5 stars. Thanks sea world
I was on the Gold Coast doing a dog/house-sit. We took Champ to The Spit, where there is a designated off-leash dog beach.

Champ had so much fun!! Everyone was very respectful. Champ is nervous around other dogs, and pet owners were very understanding.

Champ stayed on his 5 metre lead but still had so much fun.

Highly recommend!!
I simply loved this place. The highlight for me was getting an opportunity to feed the birds and interact with them!
There are quite a variety of birds, including peacocks, water birds, and of course, pigeons whom you could feed out of your hand!
The beach is a stones throw away, which you can reach by simply crossing the bridge. Lovely place to visit with family and friends.
Free parking is available on site.

Aw gosh! I don't even know where to start with this review! I have been obsessed with going to Antarctica since I was a young girl and still haven't made that dream come true...yet... but this experience livened that dream right back up again! The keepers, the experience, the fun, the playfulness, the education about plastics and our ocean and the species of penguins and more was beyond what I expected.

The highlight was having willow befriend me and just stay near me and wouldn't let me stop patting her. Absolutely adorable and helping them build their nests. Highly recommend this experience, I will definitely be doing this again I can not wait. It was an absolutely highlight of my birthday weekend.

Thank you to the crew at seaworld this truly was a very special experience and one I hope so many more can have.

This park and beach is a really nice and calm place. Usually, beaches are overcrowded in nearby areas but here not, here you can always find a place for you and even on weekends too. Due to this, it's a really calming place and with a stunning view of the ocean😍.

Lovely parkland on the beach with amenities block, close to Seaworld and Peter's fish n chips for a hot treat after a swim. Beaches are clean and not too crowded. Very family and dog friendly
Absolutely loved our experience it was for my daughters 10th birthday..will definitely come back and do it again..
My favourite park. This is one of the best park on the Gold Cost. Beautiful place and nice facilities, two playgrounds, two public toilets, BBQ, lots of benches and shades.
Lots of car parking space too. It's so nice place for walking around and picnic!

Definitely worth a visit to see the little penguins
Views from up the top and under the water too
