Visited just before the war. A beautiful Orthodox church. Did not take photos of the inside but definitely worth going in.
Great and memorable experience in the superior surrounding. Awesome atmosphere, excellent staging and musical accompaniment. The story about Dr Faust was quite impressive,-)

Wunderschöne Kirche mit ihren goldenen Kuppeln. Ist der Eintritt wert.
Great place, I love the architecture. Carmen-Suite is a great show. You can visit it when you come to Ukraine, I hope I have a chance to visit here again.

I walk to this church almost everyday when I was living near this church. I go there just to admire the beauty and tranquility it offers. Interior architecture is nicely done.
It is a handsome church on the outside, but the inside will take your breath away. It was decorated by several famous Russian painters and it is absolutely spectacular! Video and photos are allowed for a very small fee, and scarves are available for women to cover their heads.
A small place with a lot of different species. A corridor with sharks and turtles swimming above your head, but it’s always a bit crowded.

Unbelievable architecture. When you enter the Cathedral you will see magnificent athmosphere. Recommend to visit strongly…
Eine sehr schöne und heilige Kathedrale. Es wird drinnen sehr schön gesungen und man kann hier Seelenruhe finden. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich echt näher zu Gott. Die Kirche hat sehr schöne Dächer und ist sehr gelb. Direkt gegenüber kann man in einem schönen botanischen Garten spazieren gehen.
This was a nice little aquarium. There was a lot of fish. It looked like some of the fish are too big to be in that small of an aquarium. Between all of the freshwater, and saltwater species it is good.
Beautiful Cathedral, always brings peace and harmony. Weather you are a religious or just looking to visit a historic and my importantly a place on the list of place to visit in Kiev this is a must see. The art, the culture traditions are all of the things you will definitely see and experience at the St. Volodymyrs Cathedral.
A beautiful and historic Orthodox Church. A marvel of art with numerous icons present. As a Reformed Presbyterian I do not agree with the theology behind much of what is present in this church building but it is an amazing church from the standpoint of Christian history. Most certainly worth visiting.
Lovely building bought cheap ticket in the top balcony around £4 pounds just to get into the building and see from inside also ballet as well but expected that from 4th floor maybe won't see anything but actually view was not bad at all, would highly recommend.
This place is related in my particular place to many romantic moments and awesome ballet shows which give me these unique possibilities to relax and admire art. Also building is great with all these architectural details and great mosaics on the floor and due to relatives working there i had few chances to explore areas closed for visitors - magical place in overall.

Extremely inexpensive. Our seats were £2.50 each! Asti was reasonably priced.
Top class performances. Beautiful venue. Stunning backdrop. Gorgeous!

I took my son here for his 3rd birthday and he was over the moon. Everything he's read in books suddenly came to life. A very educational and fun place to visit.
It was Outstanding!!! Truly a first class experience for me attending my first ballet performance! The performers did just fantastic and all had super amazing skills! Same with the very talented orchestra and their conductor! Blew and my wife and I away!!! The historic theater is really something to see and experience! The box seating area on our balcony was kind of tight sitting 2X2 four rows deep. By the end of the 3 hour program, I was ready to go!
It is really a "Fairy Tale", a magic place. When you are inside, you find yourself in a different world. It seems like you are a scuba diver, floating in a deep ocean with all of those wonderful creatures: fish, turtles, sharks, murenas, belly-fish, octopus and many more. If you have kids they will be in a great delight.

Mesmerising to see the architectural wonder of 17th century. Marvellous civil structural engineering is evident from the material (brick and mortar) used from its geometric arrangement. The descriptive relic on the wall is a treat to eyes.
Nice cathedral that has quite an interesting history. I assumed it was pretty old but because of the many wars only rebuilt in last few decades. Impressive stuff.

Superb opera house located in the heart of the city. I saw 2 shows here. Beautiful performances. Deane lake bake was the best. Elegantly decorated inside the hall, nice stage and soothing music. Prices for seats are different. People love opera and bale, just they are crazy for it.
Beautiful experience and Cathedral. Something you really need to see in person to appreciate.

very well done aquarium with exhibits. good for families or casual unique date. located in classy shopping area. the location itself is underground and has a cave like atmosphere.

Amazing place! Well run, clean, friendly staff, amazing exhibits and just enough facts to keep young and old learning and enthusiastic. Would have given it 5 stars but it is expensive. We were able to see everything in a few hours. Kids loved it. Definitely a great place for a family visit.
