Beautiful view! Nice walking paths! Flowers! Trees! Clean rest rooms! Tables and benches! Lovely! Nice playground for the little ones!
The public beach/park here is quite high but with the weather being so warm lately, obviously quite a few people chose to go to the lake so it was super crowded. But my dog was still able to swim and had a blast!
We come here quite often during the summer. It gets busy, but it's usually not packed. The water is nice for swimming. There's often open picnic tables and shade trees for the sunny days. The kids enjoy the playground. Covered areas can be reserved for functions. There are some light trails, grass fields. A little bit of everything for everyone. Go have fun!
Nice space. Good for on-leash dogs and families. Lots of space for picnics and BBQ 's. Picnic tables and benches closest to the beach are rather gross though. Wish people would remember to not smoke near the playground.
Very suitable for families and picnics, fresh air, and there is a place for fishing lovers.

Nice park with a .3 miles paved circle trail that crosses the river twice.
Such a nice and cute place to visit. I love the little walk ways and grassy area. Perfect for short walks.
It's serves its purpose and gives a lovely view.. I wouldn't consider it a park though
O'Grady is the perfect location for a home!
It's cool, very scary and slippery during the wet season and no dogs allowed?!? 😭
This is a beautiful short loop with access points to the Green River.
Parking is very limited roadside and there are no facilities or services on site so plan accordingly.
The trail is approximately a 1 mile loop and takes you through some beautiful scenery.
This park is pretty run down. We went there to try to get a good look at Mount Rainier. We were able to do that, but I wouldn't recommend the park simply because it was a mess.

Past Google photos show that there used to be a statue of a deer in the park. That is no longer there. There was a rock/pillar that looked like it might have had a plaque of some sort on it. There's graffiti everywhere. There were empty glass liquor bottles on the ground.

Despite the actual appearance of the park, the location is nice. There's a clearing facing Mount Rainier. It's a beautiful view. It was kind of hazy the day we were there, but I'm sure it's amazing on a clear day.

What a great museum! Even if you aren't a Ford fan this is a must see! Josh, the director of the museum took time to visit with the wife and I. What a treat to talk with him! We visited on 9-26-23. And although I failed to get the young lady's name that worked the front desk and gift shop that day, she was most helpful too! Can't say enough good things about this museum and the folks who run it -- GO SEE IT!!
Great museum, Josh was so knowledgeable and friendly. What a collection of high quality cars and memorabilia!!!
You’re not gonna find a more “customer oriented” car museum anywhere. Josh and his entire staff go beyond the call of duty taking care of and showing off the multi-million dollar collection of cars and artifacts. Put the Ford Foundation Museum on your list to visit (and JOIN).

Visiting this place should be a requirement before you can truly call yourself a Ford person! So much information and items displayed like you've never seen before and probably won't see anywhere else! Worthy of a visit for sure, even if not a blue oval fan. You'll leave appreciating Ford more than ever before!

Iv been gone for a few years and went home for a family reunion and it was there it was a lot better when it had the pool but still a really nice park to go hang out and have fun with the family
This is an amazing place so cool and unique. My grandfather loved it as well we had a great time!
From the parking area to the river is over a mile down hill. Once at the bottom really no signs pointing you in the direction of the river. There is a wall of trees and bushes. Going basically straight through what looks like it could have been a parking lot we were able to find a path to the river. Lots of rocks and not much water currently. The walk up is pretty intense, my 7 year old son wanted to keep stopping but we made it. I'm not sure I had seen in any previous reviews on how much of a hill the walk would be.
Small scenic viewpoint of Mt Rainier tucked away next to a cemetery. It’s not a large location, so I imagine it can get crowded quickly. I came early in the morning, so no one was around. Nevertheless it was a nice view!
Great short little walk, .23 from one trailhead to the other.
Down for the 4th of July.

Security was nice and polite saying they needed to lock the park up but stated that we may park 100 feet away and walk back into the park!

BEWARE MILLIONS OF MOSQUITOS!!!!
It's a great lookout. Just turns into mosquitoe city once sun goes down.
Quarter mile of boardwalk through protected wetlands with an observation tower at one end. Parking is better on the end of the trail with the observation tower.
The Ford museum hosts a variety of Ford vehicles along with interesting facts regarding each one. Additionally, the highlight for our family was meeting Josh (the executive director). Josh's hospitality and kindness went above and beyond; he made our visit memorable and special.

Everything you didn't know about the 30's thru 50's Ford cars. Really nice thing about this museum is that you can actually walk up to and touch the cars. That adds a flavor that you can't get from museums that keep you separated from the cars. Everything here is at or near museum quality so you will not be disappointed. If you are in Auburn visiting car museums - you really need to go here also.
Such a beautiful little place. Very calm and peaceful.

I love this park! Big old trees the river the secret old Bridge are some of the highlights to name a few. I found my first Indian spear head here on the river bank. If you need some quiet time to ground yourself this is a great place. I ran into a four girl smoking party this visit the aroma in the air smelled happy! Come check this place out
Always a fun little walk. There is a wooden boardwalk that traverses through a marsh. Unfortunately being close to the highway results in a lot of rod noise and the park is occasionally used as a resting area for a few of the local displaced. Lock your doors and don’t leave anything valuable in sight
Nice quiet tree-covered trails

Two trees recently fell and blocked the path but it's otherwise nicely maintained

Limited parking
This place exceeded our expectations! Relatively new location, excellent displays & informational. The 1936 Ford showroom was incredible!! Every year of the flathead was also represented. Did you know that a tool set came with each car?! 😳
After chatting with the owner, he talked about improving the museum with additional displays, events and attractions!
This is a definite must see for all car/Ford enthusiasts! 😍

It's basically a long, winding corridor of wooden planks and handrails that traverse a big muddy cesspool in Auburn.

If I said it is fun, I'd be lying... it's mostly for people who appreciate nature, or people who appreciate Auburn, which is like 5 people, and none of them live within a reasonable driving distance of Washington State... so generally for nature lovers

Rented pavilion for reunion, nice facility. Round tables, 8’ long tables and metal chairs. Nice kids playground. We played the frisbee golf 9 hole coarse was nice, lots of it under shade. Hot and humid out and no air, bring fans if renting this time of year. Nice areas outside and a walking trail. We enjoyed the park.

Beautiful park. Small with lots of old trees. Well kept path goes in a large ring around the whole park and is great for running, walking, stroller or wheelchair use, etc. There are a few covered areas with picnic tables, some uncovered picnic tables, swinging benches, frisbee golf, a swing set for adults, babies, disabled, and all in between, a large play place surrounded by mulch, and a small 2 swing set for babies. Dog friendly. Has public restrooms.

Very nice park. Always well kept. The girls have a blast. Great atmosphere with all the trees and creek running through it. Very relaxing. Love all squirrels too!
This is an excellent lake front park. There is ample parking, restroom facilities, pavilions, play gym, beach, and a wooden dock. There are stone/dirt paths that loop around the park. There is a wetland area along the northeast side of the lake. There is a raised wooded ridge on the east side of the lake. Overall worth a visit.

Fun park! Grew up around this area. This park has a lot to offer everybody as long as we all participate in making sure the park stays Safe & Clean for Everyone that has or wants to enjoy 5-Mile Lake Park! Thanks guys!👋☀️✌️
This is an excellent little spot right off highway 18 in Auburn. There is a 1200 ft raised boardwalk with numerous interpretive signs describing the protected wetland. Additionally there is a lookout tower offering views of the 207 acre preserve. There is enough parking for about 6 vehicles in the stone parking lot. There are great birding opportunities, but no bird blinds. There are no formal facilities, but the boardwalk and lookout are both impressive structures.
This spot is a good place to help reset the soul! Whether it's day or night the view can give you a whole new view on things!
Another great Winter hike alternative if you want to stretch your legs and snow is keeping you from enjoying the Higher elevations.
Little auburn moon viewing gem. Used to be called Mountain View cemetery. Right at hwy 167 and hwy 18 interchange. Come early as there is not very many parking spaces. Two benches and a table only. There is a statue of elk.
Green River Natural Area is a nice natural area to visit and photograph.
Nice walking trails to Green River.
Can hear the sounds from birds.
I very much enjoy this park. It's peaceful and creepy all at once. I come here with my family and dog often to appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining this place.
I really only drove past or around it because I was just driving aimlessly but I have Been there alot there are places to go I didn't go.but I was young and probably high on other things that are natural .
This time I did not go,because I don't have a discover pass to park anywhere a normal human from Washington would have . but I was young and probably high. But if I get a chance I'll review places I can't go anyway .

Our first time here. I have heard good stuff about five Mile lake. Wow!!😱 The best outdoor basketball court near Federal Way... The park was well thought. Nice and clean. Good vibes. Definitely going back to BBQ with the family. Highly recommend.
