愜意的綠地公園

It is free after 5pm on Saturdays. Closes at 8:30pm that day. Otherwise, it is 30NT. The space is well designed with some rotating exhibits.

There is a gift shop and a museum dessert shop across from the museum building.

incredible space with great service! i’m totally in love with the courtyard located in the middle of the museum, and this museum is really big! only 30 NTD general admission to enter, so worth it if you love all things arts!
Great art museum to pop in, depending on what exhibitions are running. The cafe on site (outside the main building) is fantastic too. Worth dropping in.

Buckle up students because you can enjoy this museum for free only on Saturdays! Don’t forget to bring your student ID with you to show the staff before entering the exhibitions. Really interesting experience from the different floors available.
I went there alone around 7 pm. Surprisingly, it’s free after 5 pm. (but I don't mind paying. It is worth paying.) There’s an Edward Yang exhibition now.

The whole museum is well-designed. Remember to allocate at least 2-3 hours for your visit.
Nice place to beat the heat. Ticket price is super affordable and staffs are super friendly. Everything is clean. They have water refill station nearby toilets.

Sick underground rave outside and no bother by authorities
Beautiful park. Night view is amazing. There’s a vending machine for you to buy drinks and rest if you come here for biking, jogging or running. Also public restrooms for you to use, and plentiful places to sit and rest on.
There are currently two riverside bars nearby for you to explore.
Mind-blowing exhibits during our visit. Expect to spend at least three hours here if you love art. I wish we had more time during our visit! We arrived after 5 pm on a Saturday and were surprised to learn that admission was free by then.
A cute li'l experience where you can learn the history of paper and paper-making. There's a shop on the first floor, an exhibit space on the second, a lab on the third, and a workshop space on the rooftop. Museum-only tickets are NT$150, but I recommend going for the workshops (NT$200+) to get your money's worth.
Very nice park, you can spend couple of hours walking, biking & taking great photos or just relax and enjoy the view, sometimes there is activities there, biking trail is very long, from Dan shui until Xitze (Wu Du)

Beautiful, large park along the river with very scenic views throughout. Several sports fields along a walkway or promenade, with a great dog park towards the end. Not very accessible by public transportation, and it's a rather long walk from start to finish. We took a taxi to get there, but to leave it's a fairly long walk back to the entrance where you can find a taxi.
Nice long roads for running and biking. Be careful. Some entitled cyclist charge down without thought.
Moody at night, good for drama shooting.
It’s beautiful, and peaceful. Fantastic for plane spotting, for seeing flowers, for watching people do all sorts of activities; walking, running, biking, picnics, playing instruments, or group sports.

It’s also great for riding a bike (either your own, or one of the ubiquitous ubikes that are part of public transit and easy to rent)

The park connects with the riverside parks all around the city, and so you can go most anywhere, while avoiding traffic and enjoying nature.
Overall it's a place very suitable for families and kids to learn the basic knowledge of papermaking. Totally 4 floors in the building of paper museum. Only the 2nd and 4th floors are allowed to take photos. There're tables for visitors to write calligraphy personally in the 2th floor. The 3th floor displays the history and characteristics of paper. The 4th floor is a outdoor teaching place for paper-making. First floor is shopping store and ancient papermaking machines display.
For $180, you can view the museum and participate in a paper making workshop, where you get to make a sheet of paper...

Both workshop and displays are highly informative and interesting. Good for adults and children. Gift shop has a nice assortment of notebooks and kits to make your own paper at home. I highly recommend coming here!
It's a very special place where great views over whole city can match with relaxing walking tours and great variety of food and drinks which is just 1 Min to Yuanshan MRT entrance.
I juggle here at night. Very safe and friendly people hang out there.
Nice place to jog or cycle around. A place where you can get fresh air!

Quiet spot by the Keelung River but nothing much to do.
This was a nice visit for our kids. The place is pretty small, but the making paper activity is fun. Not much else to see in the museum part, and they have a small gift shop of paper products at entrance. Price to make paper and visit was NT$600 for all four of us.
The old Taipei Amusement Park, can dated back to 1960s, now becomes a good place for a simple walking tour. No amusement gears but those big old wheels still there for "look-only". The Park links to 100m hill-trails to an old-Taiwanese houses area which people can walk to another populate and crowed park.
The museum is small, but very interesting. You can make diy paper at certain times of the day (10:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 15:00). There are a lot of hands on activities and all the explanations are bilingual. The staff is very friendly and happy to answers all the questions.
The park is nice. It’s right up on the river where you can see boaters sometimes. You can get really great views of the city or the mountains to the north. There are basketball courts, tennis courts & a skating rink. The extends into other parks on the east and west and if you cross the bridge you can access football fields.

I would give it five stars but too many of the bikers, especially on weekends, are not aware of their surroundings and it can cause problems when you are trying to exercise. Also during commuting hours you might have to avoid scooters that illegally use the pathway to avoid traffic signals while coming to or from work.
it is beautiful place for a morning or evening walk .. the crowd is very less and gives ample of place for kids and people who wish cycling in empty roads. the view from this park is mesmerizing.
Had a pleasant walk from National Revolutionary Martyr's Shrine to Yuanshan park. So many murals along the riverside road. Kid friendly. Good place for jogging, cycling.

Most of the time I am here for walking my dog. It is a great place to do some relaxing activities, for instance, biking, jogging and playing balls, etc.
You can enter the park from Keelung River gate 16. It is near exit 3 of MRT Jiannan Rd station. Then get a YouBike and enjoy biking along the river.
Happened to be an exhibition of folk prints. There were many groups of young school kids visiting to learn something about making paper. Seemed they enjoyed a lot the vivid talk of the guide and hands-on experience.
What a delightful little museum! Excellent exhibits about the history of paper making, about the different qualities of paper with lots of tactile experiential opportunities (paper making, ink rolling, notebook making, etc.), beautiful paper art. The second floor had a cool installation contemplating the senses of paper. I really didn't think we'd spend HOURS at a paper museum, and then ended up wishing we had more time!
Biking along this Riverside you can see lots of wonderful views and very relaxing suitable for family and beginners.
You can also play different sports or have a little picnic. A must visit place.
Looks like a great place to ride a bicycle. The path goes for at least 20 or 30 kilometers following the river.
