Beautiful even if under construction. We visited this october ‘23. A breather for the city. Homeless people are making it look bad, they don’t know how to throw trashes properly and just pollute and leave them. Limited roadside parking. $2 per hour maximum of 2 hrs

Perfect little park.
Excellent place to catch a breath on the Freedom trail.

Well-maintained grounds and safe atmosphere.
Beautiful house with a lot of interesting history and things to see! I've lived in and around Boston for over a decade now, this was the first I had heard of this museum and I'm so glad I got to see it. Most of the original house was left untouched, 80% from what I recall, it's a must-see. The tour was great and thorough. Keep an eye open for interesting letters, tools/knicknacks, and artwork!
I pass through here while on my way to the Laundromat so, it's my favorite little stop. The water that is constantly running is really relaxing and to see the people in the summer utilize it on a hot day is breathtaking. There are swings to relax along with a place to sit and enjoy a bite to eat from any location from the north end to the public market. Don't skip out on something as breathtaking as this garden and walkway

The aquarium is quite compact and spans over 4 floors upwards, centered by a huge round middle tank. Its very easy to navigate and the amount of fish and other creatures is amazing. I do recommend going in the week if possible as I went on a Sunday and it was incredibly busy.

Such a beautiful, serene and historic place. Very lovely. I feel a great sense of peace being here. You can tell everyone walking in the garden is really enjoying their time there as well. 🙂
Great walking space, water fountains, benches for a snack. That and cool local performances...
What a beautifully vibrant and clean park. First time visiting Boston and I found this to be a little sanctuary in the early morning with my fresh green juice from The Juicery. Definitely will be back!

This was by far the largest aquarium I've ever been to. Sadly, I was on cruise so my stop at Boston was short and their tickets sold out pretty fast, early in the day and only got to go in at 3:20pm but I enjoyed every second! They had so many beautiful penguin babies and a massive tank with loads of different animals, including a beautiful turtle. The touch tank was fun, and my husband got to pay a stingray. It's a three floor deal, and it has a pretty big entrance with a sea lion enclosure.
Very nice park, even on days there aren't any events. Noce place to walk and a.few good eats around, but these restaurants are pricey. Bring a picnic.linch and sit out on the grass, but clean up after yourself so others can enjoy the scenery and God's creations beyond the concrete and glass of it all. 😊

It was a lovely time. The weather was beautiful, there's a children's playground, swan rides, a carousel, and lots of small wildlife. Clean and family friendly.
Entardecer com vista linda de Boston...vale a pena fazer um passeio à pé no entardecer da primavera.

Amazing aquarium! The exhibits are beautiful and educational, and the aquatic life is so diverse. The staff truly makes this place inviting and there is plenty of space full of nooks and crannies with different wildlife and viewpoints.

Word of warning, buy your tickets in advance for a quick and easy entrance.

Second word of warning, if you are a guest and you can't live without a cigarette, then leave, don't find some hidden corner of the aquarium and light up thinking no one can see you or smell your stink - it's rude to everyone else attending, and it's rude to the employees.

Our tour of the house proved to be a truly wonderful experience. The unique charm of the house itself held our attention, and our guide's combination of personable demeanor and extensive knowledge enriched the visit further. The tour was informative, engaging, and allowed us to glean insights into the history and intricacies of the place.

While the overall experience was positive, I am withholding a star due to a few considerations. Accessibility emerged as a notable concern. It became apparent that the house might pose challenges for individuals with disabilities. Navigating the premises could prove difficult, if not outright impossible, for those requiring mobility assistance. It's important for prospective visitors to be aware of this limitation and plan accordingly.

Moreover, a word of caution regarding the timing of the visit, particularly during the height of summer, is prudent. While the staff made commendable efforts to mitigate the effects of high temperatures by providing fans, the conditions might not be conducive to comfort for all visitors. The sweltering heat of the season could potentially detract from the overall enjoyment of the tour.

Nevertheless, despite these considerations, I am enthusiastic in recommending this experience to others. The intriguing nature of the house itself, coupled with the expertise and friendliness of our guide, made the visit memorable and enriching. For those with an interest in history and a tolerance for the potential weather challenges, this tour offers a delightful glimpse into the past. The efforts of the staff to ensure a pleasant experience, including their efforts to keep visitors cool, are commendable and add to the overall positive impression.

In conclusion, the tour of this house left a favorable impression. The engaging guide, along with the historical significance of the location, made for an enjoyable and educational outing. While considerations regarding accessibility and the season should be taken into account, the overall experience comes highly recommended for those seeking a unique and informative exploration into the past.

This Victorian townhouse museum is an absolute hidden gem and was my favorite stop on my Bookish explorations of Boston. It’s where they filmed parts of Little Women, and as a Harry Potter fan, I found it to be a perfect dupe for Grimmauld Place! Curated and donated to the public by a gay author, the house is a slice of queer history that houses three generations of Gibson family members and dozens of servants between 1859 and 1954. The Gibson House Museum is open to the public year-round by guided tour. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students, and $5 for children.

The food is pretty good, but expect to feel that your presence there is an inconvenience. At one point we were told to stop ordering additional items because they were busy. We wrapped up the meal so we wouldn't further contribute to their busyness. Glad to be of service!

Nice aquarium worth visiting in Boston, with plenty of different aquatic species, as well as penguins and seals. The 3D theatre shows are great, especially the one about preserving the blue whale population. Admission is not the cheapest, but it's worth it to keep the animals safe. If you like aquariums, a must do while in the area!

Beautiful park! Lots of weeping willow trees to provide shade. Peaceful and relaxing if you want to have a picnic or read a book.

There is also a swan boat ride that you can take in the small lake.

A beautiful large garden.
There are Statues, flowers and more to see. Also the swan boats are there, but I was there early and they had not started running yet.

Very very crowded. Parents have huge baby carriages ans show no respect for other people around them. They run your feet over, clog walking areas, let their kids run around and bang on the fish tanks. Pretty expensive to go at about $40 a person. Timed tickets required. Best get a discounted library pass. The penguins are cute. Good Harbor views.
The stingray touching piece was closed when I went and that’s why I was so excited to go so you can imagine my disappointment when it was closed. I had planned for that day so I couldn’t go another day /: they should def offer a pass to this for the people who can’t go when it’s closed imo

There are lots of viewing spots for the main pool and you’re not crowded with people which is nice.
The line was rather long, I waited for a while. But getting the ticket was very quick. I showed my student ID and got a little discount. Maybe two dollars, but a discount is a discount.

Everything else was good, very clean. Staff was nice. I enjoyed talking with the two men at the shark jaw/turtle shell/ whale vertebrae station; they were cool.
The gift shop was cool, lots of items and the line was quick. Staff there was also very friendly.
Not the best but not the worse aquarium we've been to. This aquarium has the largest penguin exhibit we've ever seen and it was nice to see people in there cleaning the exhibit and the attention to detail while feeding the different birds. The flow of traffic through was a bit chaotic too, but I feel we were there at a busy time. I do highly recommend the whale watch associated with the aquarium, that was an absolutely wonderful experience and I'd do it again right now!

We had a wonderful tour. The house was interesting and our guide was personable and knowledgeable. I’m only leaving off a star because it would be difficult if not impossible for folks with disabilities and I advise not going in high summer, though they do their best to keep you cool with fans. Highly recommend though!

Gorgeous aquarium with an amazing pillar tank housing a spiral ramp to ascend levels. Fun Penguins play at the base while the iconic whale skeleton looms over head. The outdoor sea lion show is fun for the kids along with a "touching tank" of stingrays ain't tiny sharks. Clean and easily accessible this aquarium will not disappoint. Buy your tickets by appointment online and it is smooth sailing upon arrival. Parking is relatively close with a small walk along the harbor to the aquarium. Great family fun and memorable experience.

Very beautiful, easy access, historical park with seasonal blooms and calming water features. Ideal for an impromptu picnic or relaxing sit on a bench. Family friendly with plenty photo ops. A quick walk through just a portion of this magnificent park will definitely return for further exploration!
Perfect Water park and sun bathing space in June
Nice little neighborhood park. Be aware no dogs allowed here. Contains a BBQ stall in the middle with some seating. They occasionally have events on the green during summer.
Great tour with a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Lots of interesting historical details and objects. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the Rose Kennedy Greenway during a short visit to Boston in early May 2023. There was light rain and an overcast during my visit to this well maintained urban green space. It has walking paths and seating areas.

Nice set of play cubes they have.Small repair so everyone can enjoy.
Pleasant, we needed a break for our tired feet from walking so much. I definitely like Boston
Tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. It is a beautiful house. It does not take long, and it is low-budget. They have 3 different tours with different focus (I think). I am already planning to be back for a different tour.
I was there for a Friday prayer. Thanks to all whoever initiated this and whoever attends. Sound system and sermon needs improvement. I would expect more from a masjid that is 0.25 mile from best collages ever
A beautiful walkway by the water

I love Chinatown Boston, It’s small but mighty! Multiple bakeries with good quality breads, many restaurants and my favorite beauty story for Korean face mask! The gate is nice for pictures and it’s not too crowded even though it is at times when groups spot by for pictures.
Kinda of lame, 'cookie cutter' artisan stuff. I got a ring that was cute with my girlfriend

As a photographer, I always recommend the Chinatown area of Boston to my clients. The combination of traditional and modern architecture, vibrant street art, and cultural landmarks make this area an ideal location for capturing the essence of the city. Chinatown Gate is just one of the many stunning backdrops you'll find here.
Beautiful demonstration of co-existence and inclusivity by this Church to different religions. What a beautiful example of tolerance and cultural acceptance

Nice place to visit, great view of downtown from the path.
A warm community that is very welcoming towards people across the world and teaches and preaches right.
I've visited several times in the last couple of years and I have always enjoyed the walk, especially at night 🌃 with the lights. Well kept gardens, the huge water fountain that kids play in, the carousel 🎠 that I so want my kids to ride, the spacious lawns and what I enjoy most, other than parking 🅿️, it's free 🆓!! Well, yes, taxes pay for it, of course. I don't see 🙈$ going to waste for such a beautiful place.
If you can, stop by and check it out. If it's a hot 🥵 summer's day and you have kids, bring their swimsuits and play ▶️ in the fountain. If you can visit at night, I highly recommend it. Thanks 🙏 to the Boston/Massachusetts tax payers for this park!

What a great gateway to Boston's Chinatown. Just a wonderful well kept symbolic gateway to begin your time in the area. There are tons of restaurants in a few block radius. Visiting with my cousin who lived and worked in China for a few years. He commented on how it smelled just like he remembered from China. While there the Chinatown Business Association was putting on a traditional storytelling concert which was very cool to hear. There we're some older Chinese Ladies, sitting at the Arch playing some sort-of cards which was fun to watch.

We were in town for a small getaway from CT for the weekend.
Never been to Chinatown prior. Let me say, it's different than NYC canal st Chinatown.
Very much controlled, cleaner, and it made much more logical tradition wise and heritage wise.
The Chinatown gate is a amazing feature and represents a great story.
Definitely worth checking out.
It was quiet when we visited. Pretty park.
I have found St. Paul's a warm community whose programs combine deep commitments to both social justice and personal spiritual experience. The congregation on Sunday mornings is very diverse and reflects the Cathedral's location in the heart of the city.
Nice and quiet park in the Seaport District, corner of D Street and Seaport Boulevard. A barbecue restaurant, Larry J's BBQ Cafe is on site. Not too many visitors to the park. There are some sculptures around the park. Benches, chairs and tables are available for visitors. Dog is not permitted according to the notice.
Great oysters!
The Cathedral is a home and support system for everyone from any religion, creed, race, gender, or country. People are supportive and provide mental, physical, and belief support. Go and find companionship and support. You will love it.
The cathedral is indeed a house of prayer for all people - it's carved into the stone wall in the lower hall - and has kept its doors and ministries open through rain, sleet, snow, rain and pandemic, serving food and providing unhurried space for anyone, resourced or not, sturdy or not, believing or not.
Genuinely welcoming to all, beautiful prayers, woderful music and thought-provoking sermons. I visited many Episcopalian churches when I first came to Boston and found my place in the gloriously diverse community that is the Cathedral.

Beautiful park to get engaged at! The beautiful fountain makes for the perfect spot to pop the question!
Small park, they have a little kiosk and portable restrooms. Great view of the Boston Fish Pier and the construction/development of the World Trade Center Boston to a commercial place. I saw a little jazz concert there.
Hidden Statue Gem of Boston.
Situated right on the heart of Boston, the Cathedral Church of St Paul houses a collection of inclusive welcoming ministries, all of which grow out of a concept of radical acceptance and an expansive heart.

Your knowledge of the Scriptures doesn't have to be perfect, your singing voice, your past, your faith - none of these have to be perfect. You don't have to be perfect.

This is a house for God's table, not our own, so all - repeat - all are welcome. You will find joy and love and understanding through these doors.
A welcome relief from the city heat with the cool breezes off of the harbor. It is a great place to sit down for a minute and gather your strength before exploring the bustling heart of seaport
A rare statue of a real-life, named, historical woman.
Great selection and amazing prices

Lovely greenway and market. Great use of space with fun sculptures and food trucks as well as an outdoor beer garden. You wouldn't know you were in the city if you didn't look up at the skyscrapers. Great use of space where the "big dig" used to be.

Peace Anne.
This is a great market and a wonderful use of space of the greenway. Plenty of tents featuring artisan goods and unique items.
A nice little green space in a busy and expensive part of town. Near the silver line T station, as well as the institute of contemporary arts and other major Boston attractions. Host of the Boston Jazz Festival. Nice space but parking is on street and limited. A few benches and tables to sit at.

Great park to walk through and view some local history but is honestly more of a rest stop then anything else. You sit on the cool stone seating, view the fountain, and then continue on the Freedom Trail or whatever else.

Offers some really nice grass to rest on so I can't hate the place.

Pros:
- Nice grass and cold benches
- Lots of historic features
- Along the freedom trail directly after the longest walking portion

Cons:
- Dead next to a busy road way
- Fountain isn't always on
