Food was great, Good Vibe... Went here really late in the evening so everything was off a more expensive menu.. wish they had a better salad selection. However other food was delicious..
If you like Hookah, they have that too on the bar side of the restaurant. I do not smoke so Hookah is not for me. However, ppl seems to really like that.

Did I mention Music, so you can totally dance here, there is not an actual dance floor however ppl made the best of it..

Typical dominican restaurant featuring a lot of great options. The food is visually appealing and great portion sizes, however the food could use a little bit more seasoning, and a little bit more salt. Ordered multiple things and felt the same about the seasoning and salt. However, still worth a try!

The music was waaaaaaayy too loud. Come on. It was insane. The food was ok nothing special. It was a little overpriced if you ask me especially for Dominican rice and beans . They had alot items missing from the menu, and when you asked why, the waiters just had a dumb look on their faces and no explanation. It's not difficult to answer a question about a menu item. Probably won't be coming back

I want to start off by saying one of the most flavorful foods I’ve eaten in a while. I came here a few times and the food hit every time. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Will definitely be added to my collection of favorite cuisines.

While staying in NYC, I was in the mood for a hookah. The place a friend recommended was closed at 11 so I found the nearest place with Hookah.

The staff was nice and attentive, and replaced the coals quickly upon asking. It was also the quickest hookah to come out ... like literally 4 or 5 minutes.

However.... if you are used to smoking nicer German or Russian hookahs and dark leaf shisha.... this is probably going to disappoint you. The actual hookah kept having issues and wouldn't allow me to purge until I jiggled the blow off valve ... every few minutes. Even the strongest Shisha doesn't usually hurt my throat but there was something off about this one. It's much more traditional than I'm used to ....

Apparently, the Shisha served in NYC needs to not contain any nicotine so maybe it was that.

Al Fakhar Shisha was $40 and the few offerings from Adalya (Love 66) and Blue mist from a brand I'm forgetting off the top of my head were $45.

With the premium Hookah, one Rum and Coke and automatic 18% gratuity on the bill... it was about $76.

Would I visit again? .... maybe ... if I was nearby and craved a hookah that could be described as ... eh.

I HAVE GIVEN THIS PLACE 3 chances already and it just always disappoints. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE SECURITY TIL THE SERVER. I always have to ask other employees for drinks, refills & hookah & if they’re not the designated server, they always respond with “you have to ask your server” “i dont know”… the least they could do is tell our server to come by. There’s only 3 other tables to attend, place is empty, it shouldn’t take 35 minutes (we counted) to stop by and ask if we need anything.

Horrible service, food and cocktails. I usually order beers and they’re not even cold. The food tastes like it’s frozen food that they just microwave in the back and again takes forever to come out.

My group of friends & I are officially done trying this place.

Was here for my friends Birthday 🎂. Nice small place, DJ was good ,she played some of everything and just enough reggae for me . The food was okay. The drinks were really good. We'll be back soon🤩

Going to Harlem hooka with my friends was one of the best nights I’ve ever had. Good drinks. Good service. Good people. Would definitely go again.

If you're in the mood for something Caribbean, both in food and culture this is the place. A loud, but not too loud, exciting atmosphere smiling faces, and plenty of flavor in the air. The music isn't so loud that you have to shout over people but it is definitely apparent.

The food is priced well, cooked with expertise. Reminds me of some of my grandmothers cooking, and takes that as a high compliment in full esteem. The drinks were also great, maybe too good.

Bring your family, listen to the music, sip your drink, and eat. A good time.

The Go To! For hookah, good vibes, good music and Amazing food. Personally I had the crab cakes and chicken quesadillas which were made to perfection. And you can’t go wrong with Hookah at HH so choose your flavor. Don’t forget to look at the Pairings….you can’t go wrong with this spot

Customer service needs to improve and be more attentive. Literally having to call staff to get anything. Left after getting tired of calling to staff. When the bill already includes gratuity no one cares about service they are providing.

Hookah with a wonderful array of flavors for either inside or in the parklet. GREAT full bar, great drinks all around, and really good food coupled with a pretty groovy nightclub experience. Really great addition to the neighborhood, and probably the only place in town to be able to hookah, eat, and drink, at least Lower East Side!

Food is great! Service as well. Too busy on that day and food took some time, but overall pretty good. Especially the schrimp asopao. Loved it

The food was not bad, but there’s this worker there her name is Ashanti, she charged us more than we were supposed to pay for the food and hookah and when we confronted her about it she made it seem like we weren’t doing the calculations right. Our total did not add up to the bill she gave us, very unprofessional I do not recommend her for your service.

It’s a nice place with good background music, the drinks are good, if you are going to get a hookah save yourself the trouble and just get a pineapple head. It is 10 times better than the normal Hookah. I can’t speak for all the food because I only got one item on their menu, but the shrimp tacos are amazing. If you like spicy, you’ll love this.

I had an amazing time at Mazar Hookah Lounge! The atmosphere was perfect for a night out with friends – it was cozy, stylish and had a great vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our bartender Suzy was especially amazing! She made us feel right at home and recommended some delicious drinks that perfectly complemented our hookah flavors.

Chill vibe kind of like a club with live DJ. Hookah flavors were dynamic. They had the menu on a iPad real classy. They do ask for ID at the door. My friend was able to go out and come back several times. They have two bathrooms and the place is cozy. Table were pretty close together so as the night went on it was harder to move around. We didn’t eat but the drinks were on point and they kept them coming.

I luv the vibes at this spot! Everything nice & comfortable w/ a chill ambiance low key. The ppl, music & drinks: all on point! Shout out 2 the bartender - the drinks are delicious Sis!!

Let’s start with the highlights: the music was good, the wings were even better, & the ambiance is nice for a date.

The areas of growth: the air conditioning is nonexistent which is not great for summer time, the drinks were weak, & the service needs some major improvement.

Cute place plays music videos on tv and tiktok music. Haha.

Hookah options was on ipad menu, pretty cool. They have variety of hookah and flavors. Happy hours are on the ipad too. Two nice bathrooms.

Personally hookah flavor was ok, i had ice lemon mint added peach. Didnt taste much. But service waa very good and attentive.

Food was filling, i enjoyed the tacos, wish they came with salsa verde but it was tasty.

Drinks were strong.

We had a fun time- there were drink and hookah specials during the 90’s bar crawl that stopped here. I did have to ask them to make the music more 90’s since they were playing Latin dance music.

Great service, delicious food, calm atmosphere, location is very small, prices for brunch $32 with Unlimited with selective drinks for 2 hours until 4pm and after 5pm prices $10 on appetizers, live DJ. Manager is wall attentive and making sure all customers are satisfied as well as the staff members serving you. Great experience all together. The hostess at the front door wasn't very attentive and requeated security to do her job. security was nice and polite. Hostos should accommodate the guests with the best seats available per guest choice , do to the small atmosphere environment. comfortability is important, security did that for us, thanks. The pictures indicate how large the environment actually is, that's it.
