Amazingly friendly and charming staff, great drinks and shisha flavors.
Both the inside and outside areas are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are kept very clean.
The drinks are a bit above average in price, but well worth it.

For the first time in my life I see such a level of service. One cocktail was simply poured on us. Yes, they apologized to us, but we waited another 20 minutes for a replacement for this cocktail and brought it only after we reminded the waiters ourselves about it. And to our reminder, they said: Yes, we know. And they didn't apologize for the long wait. The food on the menu is a different story. They order it from another restaurant and seem not to be responsible for what that restaurant supplies. As a result, they brought absolutely inedible pieces of bread with some kind of slurry. The waiter came up to us 2 times. And several times he came up and CHEWED SOMETHING. This is the ultimate disrespect for the customer. I went to the waiter to ask for the bill. And they didn't even come up after that for the money. A visit to this establishment ruined the evening for me and my friends. Thanks, that there are other bars in Berlin with good service that could remedy this situation. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

terrible place. there were a lot of wasps and the waiters didn't do anything about it. then a cocktail was poured on us. everything was quickly removed, but it took 20 (!) minutes to replace the broken cocktail. We also ordered bruschettas. bruschettas were brought to us 25 minutes later from another (!) place, and a delivery man from that other restaurant approached us and simply pulled out food in aluminum packages for transporting food. that is, the bar staff did not even try to shift the food to a separate plate. it was necessary to pay for the food immediately (!) to the courier. that is, food was not even included in the total bill. the bruschettas themselves were just fried pieces of bread on which they spread an absolutely inedible mass. disgusting place. I do not advise anyone
