The customer service from the start to the end of the night was phenomenal, however there was no DJ so they had like a playlist on and it just seemed a little off but otherwise I had a good time, didn't have to pay for extra coals or remind the young woman of when our coals needed to be changed. Also its very tight in there, so go early if you dont like a crowd because it will be hard to get out the door if you wait to late...Will go back though...We had a blast !
Every morning, I have to clean up vomit, pick up bottles, cigarettes, hooks tips , trash, clean me windows and store front from people leaning on it and putting their cigarette butts out on my beautiful clean storefront that is open early in the morning, shortly after they close and don’t clean up.
The landlord doesn’t help me and the owners don’t care.
How would you feel after 5 years of dealing with this?
It’s an outrage.
However, I’m working with the city to try to clean this up. It’s tedious and ever ongoing.
I wish they would have the decency to be respectful.
I have so many photos. I may start posting them if they don’t take care of my property.
Yeah, probably never coming back here again. Was hoping for a relaxing night out with my fiancé at my first hookah bar in years and, needless to say, this was a huge let down.

In addition to the fairly excessive price just for two patrons, the place isn’t even clean. Just walk in and look up at the ceiling- caving in tiles that bend way too low toward the floor for comfort which are also COVERED in dust, ceiling vents and grates also encrusted in dust and grime, ceiling fans that were too (and weren’t even on so thank you for the circulation) and, to top it off, no dividers, no rules for separation, no capacity limits, just one dude pretty much running the shop who also doesn’t really care at all- it’s just not worth it.

Lastly, forget if you left something behind at this place accidentally; they never answer their phone, and if you go down to ask, they’ll literally have you check in the dark with your own phone flashlight after telling you “good luck there were a lot of people in here last night”. That just SCREAMED “I don’t clean”. Beyond disgusting dude.
This is a fantastic institution. The staff is really professional and courteous. It's in a really lovely neighbourhood. The proprietor is fantastic! Always trying to impress others. If you haven't gone before, you should absolutely do so.
Absolutely amazing establishment. Very professional and friendly staff. Located in a very nice area. The owner is awesome! Always aiming to please. If you haven't been you should definitely give this place a try.
Every Hookah lounge has different processes and I have to say this was one of them. I went twice while in Baltimore. Once on the weekend and once on the weekday. During the weekday there isn't a cover , on weekends (Friday as well) there's a $10 cover for each person and $10 minimum for each person. They take your DL/ID and debit/credit card at the door and tie it with rubberband. I can semi understand why they do that because I have never seen so many people walk in and out of a Hookah lounge while they are smoking there Hookah. The place could of been cleaned more on the back of the seat where the blackwood panel lays (visible trash seen). The Hookah was nice a flavorful. I did notice on the weekday they had the tough plastic PVC hose and on the weekend they changed to a plastic cheap one.

FYI: While in Phase 2, they have a max of 15 customers inside.
The spot was pretty large- they have two locations and the first one is small and tight. The second one was large but the seats were tattered and uncomfortable to seat. The positioning is also close to the door and when it’s cold or hot outside you are getting blasted with that temperature change. It’s a nice place cus you get free popcorn as you smoke but the set up is mediocre and could be better with newer furniture.
Was enjoying the place at first but it was so crowded and we were sat right in the middle of the isle to walk back and forth so we kept having to move. Which was fine at first but when a spot opened up we asked if we could move there and the girl said she’d ask and then never did so we asked again and she said there wasn’t room when there clearly was. After that waitresses had a attitude with us the rest of the night. Food was great after we finally got it. We placed our order at 12 and did not receive it until 1:30... we kept asking and they just kept saying it was coming. Customers were super friendly but service was awful. They are only worried about their regulars and people spending a ton of money. Not to mention they added a tip and we only had 2 people there.. we got one hookah and food and the bill was $35. I would not recommend this place.
