Boring commercial music being played, but still a relatively nice place to go for pre-drinks. One of the male bartenders was just adding tips (10%) himself. Not good.
they told us being two homosexual guys tbey won t let us go in! we ask if it s for being two guys they confirmed that they are homophobic and it is part of their policy

been there on 31st Dec 2023 and on 1st Jan 2024 and on 4th Jan, so 3 times in total and i had zero issues. everyone is nice and friendly at all times. drinks prices vary. means double gin on ice with soda water is somewhere between 14-16-28-29 CHF depends on taste of bartender how fit he sees you i think they just wanted to slow me down. i am into disco dancing with people and rave and that goes well there.

Ein unvergesslicher Silvesterabend im Club! Die Stimmung war elektrisierend, die Musik unschlagbar und das Personal extrem freundlich. Hier wird der Start ins neue Jahr zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. 5 Sterne!
Wie dort in diesem Club die Gäste behandelt werden ist nicht in Worte zu fassen. Sehr unhöfliche Mitarbeiter. Wir als eine grosse Gruppe mit Veranstalter werden diesen grauenhaften Club niemals weiterempfehlen.

Die Studentenparty war entgegen unserer Erwartungen ziemlich lustig. Wir waren eine etwas grössere Männergruppe, alle zwischen 25 und 35 Jahren und suchten einen Club zum Feiern nach dem Weihnachtsessen. Wir wurden trotz keiner Frauenbegleitung reingelassen, sehr freundlich empfangen und über das One-Way System informiert. Leider kann nur mit Karte bezahlt werden und das Durchschnittsalter ist 18 Jahre, was wohl an einer Studentenparty üblich ist. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit und kommen gerne wieder !

Die Behandlung war nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern auch respektlos.

Atmosphäre war top aber das mit den garderoben ist ein elend. Schaut doch irgendwie das ihr gleich viel tickets wie garderobenplätze habt. Vorallem im Winter es kan nicht sein das man so viel für ein ticket zahlt und so lange warten mus weil die garderobe um 12 voll ist...
Ich habe kürzlich meinen Geburtstag im Club Plaza gefeiert und kann nur Positives über meine Erfahrung berichten. Der Empfang war äusserst freundlich, und wir wurden angenehm überrascht, dass wir keine Gebühr für die Garderobe bezahlen mussten, um unsere Jacken abzugeben. Die Lounge-Reservierung verlief reibungslos, und wir hatten das Glück, eine sehr freundliche Lounge-Dame zu haben, die uns alles detailliert erklärte und regelmässig nach unserem Wohlbefinden schaute.
Was die Überraschung betrifft, wurden wir nicht nur von der Lounge-Dame gut betreut, sondern sie überraschte uns sogar mit Pizzen – eine unerwartete, aber äusserst angenehme Geste. Es war offensichtlich, dass das Personal grossen Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit legt.
Die Musik im Club war fantastisch, und die Glitter Gwitter DJs schafften es, eine grossartige Stimmung im gesamten Club zu verbreiten. Die Confetti-Duschen waren ein zusätzliches Highlight, das die Feier noch aufregender machte. Die gesamte Atmosphäre trug dazu bei, dass meine Geburtstagsfeier zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wurde.

I was here for a concert, the service at the bar was very fast and good, prices are okay and the toilets are so nice and looks clean, would recommend this place if you want to rent a venue, the design and architecture was just marvellous, I loved it!
I was disappointed by the children's Halloween event (31/10/2023) held in the Flamingo Club. The space was too small (too many people were allowed to enjoy the event) seating was limited, and popcorn and cotton candy were overpriced, not to mention that a glass of water for the kids was 5 CHF. The popcorn machine broke quite at the beginning of the event, and the entertainer performed only three spells. I was hoping for a much better experience.

Wouldn’t recommend this place if you are not white, blonde and blue eyed. Security is racist and it‘s a predominantly white club. If you are a POC you will not feel welcome. Security is rude, aggressive for no reason (sometimes you have to be aggressive yes I understand but not from the get go only if something happens) and won’t always let POC into the club for a fake reason. In conclusion it’s very racist and would only recommend for white people. To better the club I would recommend changing the security (especially the bald one). POC= Person of Color

This club in one word: terrible. The service is the worst. The staff is only kind to women, has no respect for (potential) customers and treats people like animals.

Very overrated place. And impolite receptionist in the door. She was going to slap me because i have a small bottle of water! The music is repeatative. Each song js repeated for one hour. It is all about techno.
Die Mitarbeiter des Gallery Clubs wissen wirklich, wie man Gäste behandelt. Ich habe mich immer gut betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt.
Ich war heute im Plaza Klub und leider hat mir niemand geholfen als ich mich an einem zerbrochenen Glas geschnitten habe. Ansonsten kann ich denn Club weiterempfehlen sehr tolle Atmosphäre und gute Musik.

Für all jene, die eine erstklassige Location für private Veranstaltungen suchen, ist der Gallery Club eine klare Empfehlung. Qualität, Vielfalt und exzellenter Service – hier wird alles geboten.
Diese Bar nimmt keine Bargeld mehr an. Als jahrelanger Stammkunde hat mich dieses Lokal für immer gesehen. Ich kann nichts anfangen mit Handlangern des digitalen-finanziellen Komplexes.
Im Gallery Club habe ich mich stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind herzlich und zuvorkommend – das macht den Aufenthalt dort besonders angenehm.

Der Club ist halbwegs leer und das Personal ist äusserts frech und herabwürdigend. Frauen werden dort von der Baar Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr starch belästigt.
Wie beim einten anderen Kommentar auch... Wurden an der Bar abgezockt - Die, die sich als "Geschäftsführerin" ausgab meinte ich solle eine Mail schreiben und die Belege mitsenden... Habe nie eine Antwort erhalten und somit mein Cash auch nicht zurückbekommen!
Viel zu teuer, wir mussten am 00:40 noch 30.- bezahlen, keine leute, schlechter sound.

Ich war Kunde von icon club aber ich empfehle niemand dass sind Unprofessionele Security sehr arugant und aggressiv und dass menagment von diesen Clubs sind sehr unfreundlich und Unprofessional Ich wurde auch beleidigt von Security nur weil ich eine Behinderung habe dass ist einfach eine Katastrophe und eine diskriminierung von diesem Club und hab reklamiert aber sie unternehmen nichts schade

Leider ishes sehr stickig und echt chli dett inne. Atmosphäre ish immer ca. Die glich und git nöd gross abwechslig. Itritt amigs au Verhältnismässig tüür. Trotzdem halt so für mal en abig guet, machet eu am beste selber es bild.
Ish mega chillig, netti Barkeeper und sound ganz i.o. Nur leider hett er echli früener zuegmacht als das online eig akündet worde ish, sush echt top gsi. Chan ich wiiter empfehle :)
I recently visited this club and had an amazing time! The staff were friendly and welcoming, I liked the music, and the drinks were delicious and well-made. Es ist dort an sich ist zwar sehr klein zum Feiern, aber die Stimmung und Musik war der Hammer, als Stahlbox37 da war! Die Menschen an der Bar waren auch sehr nett und die Security überraschenderweise auch! Als eine Freundin von mir ihr Handy verloren hat, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und wollten gerne helfen. Nur bei der Garderobe war eine absolut unfreundliche und miesepetrige Frau am Arbeiten. Taschen durften angeblich nicht abgegeben werden (obwohl noch Platz wäre) und es waren die ganze Zeit so weirde Ausreden zu hören, wieso sie nichts mehr annehmen kann. Drinks waren auch in Ordnung und halt der normale Preis dafür. Der Club befindet sich unten, sprich unter der Bar Wunderbox, die oben auch offen ist.
Ich behalte das Plaza als Gast gerne, und später als Arbeitnehmerin noch lieber, in Erinnerung! Ich habe hier tolle Zeiten erlebt und erfuhr als Gast und Mitarbeiterin gutes Management und ansprechbares, zuvorkommendes Personal. Jedoch finde ich die Musik in der Plazabar viel zu laut; man kann sich kaum mit Freunden unterhalten. Fürs Karaoke Sonntags komme ich trotzdem immer wieder gerne zurück. ;)
Zu meinen Lieblingsevents gehören immer noch die Bourlesque Abende, Boyakasha und das Exctellent.

Location - great. Bar, facilities - all pretty good. But DJ is very bad: yes, now I have a sleeping collection of tracks for Toni, but that's not the point of a club to play undancable music! DJ hasn't looked at crowed even ONCE to see that people are really struggling to dance under his list...
Hint: if your music doesn't work - try some ultimate hits like Linking Park, Madonna, Rolling Stones, Elvis or try the most modern hits from whichever radio.

Wir waren zu Silvester dort und es war von Beginn an ein Reinfall. Obwohl wir im Vorhinein Tickets gekauft hatten, mussten wir über eine Stunde anstehen, da es keine ersichtliche Abtrennung gab. Auf die Frage wo die Schlange für die Gäste mit Tickets ist, kam nur ein unfreundliches "rechts" vom Türpersonal als Antwort wobei dies in der Menge überhaupt nicht erkennbar war.
Drinnen war es ebenfalls enttäuschend, viel zu voll und sehr stickig. War innerhalb von einer Stunde wieder draussen und werde bestimmt nicht nochmals kommen.

I would like to give 10 stars to rate Klaus instead of 5 because Klaus is MAGIC!!!! All the staff and the 3 owners are incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly, the music is fun-tastic and the atmosphere wonderful.
I just miss the comfortable sofas they had in the beginning ;-).
For all reviewers criticizing that they were not allowed to get in: thanks to Klaus' membership policy, they have the best crowd ever in the club. Feels like family. And I like that people sometimes are a little bit crazy (in a positive way) :-). I never ever experienced any trouble with the guests during all these years. Compared to other clubs, everyone is smiling and up to a nice little chat if you are in the mood.

Wir wurden vom Staff nicht respektiert und nach sexistischen Aussagen anderer nicht unter Schutz genommen. Damit unterstützt der Club und das Staff unangebrachtes Verhalten gegenüber Frauen. Nach wirklich nett gemeintem diskutieren wurde uns das Geld nicht rückerstattet und die Sexisten die sich vorgedrungen haben, wurden vor uns reingelassen.
War am letzten Samstag dort und noch nie hatte ich so einen freundlichen Türsteher wie dort. Der Türsteher mit der Glatze hat uns so freundlich und auch professionell empfangen. Hammer!! Fragte uns bezüglich dem Musikgenre und unserm Jahrgang. Tipp an die den Club nicht betreten konnten, wenn ihr nicht wisst was für eine Musik läuft oder einfach zu fest heraussticht in der Schlange steht nicht an. Der Club ist sonst NOICE
I like the club in general, music, drinks and ambiance is nice. In combination with bar and down stair club, just perfect. But what is really annoying me is that they let the people smoke also on the dance floor. And it looks like, that those who smoke down stairs got already used to this, other clubs enforce the non smoking policy, Zukunft unfortunately not.
Yesterday night they had a very famous guest and they just overbook: you aren’t even able to move. Way too many people stuffed in there. Also the sound quality was embarassing.
My group of 4 had a great time!! The bouncer was awesome, the drinks were good, and the music was so fun. It was music we could actually sing along to, not the boring techno stuff. Definitely recommend.

You can literally not move one inch! Also you need to hold your people in the crowd or else u get lost… We were there for 5 Minutes, that costed us 25 CHF. It is not even organized a little bit, so disappointed .
Maybe the club is nice, but I don’t know. The bouncer just didn’t let us in for no reason. We were sober, respectful, of age, everything (even mixed, not just guys). He said we can’t let you in, and when asking for a reason, he just said we can’t (although his friends were going in without any problems). When bouncers act all elitist with whom they let in, and you see people begging and pleading to get in, expect to see this when going to this club.
Ich habe hier schon öfters Konzerte von unbekannteren Künstlern besucht. Die Akustik und Atmosphäre ist ganz im Ordnung. Die Grösse der Location für diese Art von Konzerten ist optimal, die Clubeinrichtung mit Lounges hingegen weniger. Die Toiletten sind sauber und in genügend Anzahl vorhanden.
Auch die Getränkekarte ist in Ordnung und bietet für alle Geschmäcker etwas. Unsinnig empfinde ich, dass kein Bargeld mehr akzeptiert wird.

Good vodka matte but the entrance was a bit expensive (we paid 25.-) but it might be the same everywhere in Zurich though.

One of the best techno clubs in zurich especially on Rakete. Never had any poblems getting in. Always nice sound on saturdays but also very piercey even for zurich. Very nice decoration on special events.
Very lame club, filled with under age girls, waited 2 hours to hear them bouncer say I can not get in, just to see a under age girl pass to get in.smh.kindergarden. They claim the club is for adults 21+
A great Thursday night with amazing techno music, cool vibe and people, nice intimate place.
This was just one awful experience. The lines to get into the club was divided into 2, one for regular guests and one for not so regular guests- didn't understand what were the criteria for this. However the 1st class guests seemed to go in only to go out after 10 minutes to share a 2L bottle of Fanta in front of the club while the "regular guests" were kept in a huge line in freezing cold. We gave up after 1.5 hours and went somewhere else. Never again
Best club in zurich hands down. Had an amazing time! Dj was bomb and the clubs atmosphere is amazing. Definitely will be coming back!
I have attended a concert of modern Swiss music in Kanzlei: the stuff was very friendly, the space is beautifully decorated, the bands were cool!
P.s. It’s unbelievable to experience live music again, after 14 months without any public events.

Nice club in Zurich...some times is it hard to get in because it to many people... the music is good and the drinks quite expensive.... in case you don’t get in there are many clubs around in the area so there’s a variety you can choose...... worth the visit though
This place is growing on me. I like the multi-floor layout, I like the music and the quality of the sound system. It always feels pretty relaxed to me, and I've had quite a few late nights there. Drinks are reasonably priced, water is free and easily available. I've never seen any arguments, or fights, and although the dance floors are relatively small, it kind of works. Entrance is reasonable (~CHF25) and queuing for entry hasn't taken me that long on the 4-5 times I've been there - several times no queue. My favourite club in Zurich.
Fine bar - in the evening Jade is a bar, not a club. Which is totally fine, compared to the club.
I love the Klaus definite high point of Zurich....in fact internationally it's one of my favourite Venus it's just the right amount of alternative sprinkled with tonnes of warmth and a hint of opulence!
however although being inducted in May 2016 and rarely going as I am not living in Zurich; I turned up yesterday to find two new bouncers in the true sence of ' bouncer' that dumb mindless attitude you find at every run of the mill club ... they were both stuffing their faces which meant she had to put her sandwich down to pick up the pad to check my name .. for some reason she didn't find it , I then pulled out all my mails from Klaus, she then insisted it was always up to her discretion. If so then why ask me if I was a member in the first place ? Then the rather large blubbery guy started getting in my space ! Completely unKlausy .
Anyway very disappointed actually sad hope the old guy comes back !

Had a good time once then I came back with lots of friends thinking that things will go smoothly as last time. Really unprofessional security, had to wait on the line even if we were on the guest list, were told we must not pay for the entrance if we have memebership but all of a sudden were asked to pay 30 chf..If there was 0 stars to rate I would give it. And ya, don't believe any text you receive from the club thinking that you won something, most probably the whole club has received the same text as you! No such thing as VIP because everybody's.
I Absolutly love this place!!! When I travel to Europe from LA I always make it a point to spend at least one night in zürich so I can say hello to my friends at flamingo!this place is magic...great music,amazing Atmosphere and a staff that seems to love what they are doing.
I can't wait to be back in town and have the wonderful Mr.Mobetie and his crew woo me with their ecellent sense of style and exquisite taste in music.....thank you for throwing such Amazing parties .....see you soon on one of my favorite dance floors in the world!!!!
