A bit mis-labeled on the map, this is actually Crissy Field West Beach. But hey, the view of the Golden Gate Bridge can't be beat! This beach is also just downright beautiful, and because it is dog friendly I often recommend it for my photo session clients with pets. Both sunrise and sunset are gorgeous, though it is most peaceful early in the day. The farther you walk to the east, the more alone you will find yourself!

Very unique district with gorgeous houses ($$$$) along side of the street and wide side walks, bike lanes. You can see golden gate I full view from the beach. Beautiful and so lively! Come Take a walk here!

Park on the street, $3 for an hour. Stroll around the area, spend some time on the beach and have a great time. Very busy over summer weekends, sand has lots of woods particles , may not be the best cleaned and sophisticated beaches but worth every penny for the golden gate view.

Wunderschöner Weg zur Golden Gate Bridge. Alles super sauber gehalten und sehr angenehme Wege auch zum Fahrrad fahren.
Views are amazing even on cloudy days.

Not a beach person or the ocean type but you have an amazing angle of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Lots of people and dogs and there’s a picnic area that you can use.

Overall would love to go back on a clear day.
I always come here when in town. The view is amazing and it makes for gorgeous photos. You can go in the sand, or have a picnic, or just walk around enjoying the atmosphere.

I think that this beach is one of the most under rated Golden Gate Bridge viewing spot, it’s so near the palace of fine art and near crissy field, when I got there, the beach is almost empty on a weekday afternoon, cool breeze, a little fog over the bridge, it’s super comfortable
