Lovely sandy beach 🏖️,providing long walking alley.Great place for kids and 🐾.
The least people friendly beach. Any dog walker walking along this beach on their own, any parent walking along this beach on their own and need to go pee, you have had it. This beach has no big enough bathroom so you can take your pram in. Or doggy. I am a mum and I went for a walk here and very quickly realised that if I need a wee I have no chance. Unless I try to carry 3 month old baby in my hands at the same time as trying to take my clothes off and go toilet. The cubical are very small for even one person, holding baby would be impossible. There is no nappy changing facilities neither. What are we supposed to do??? You must always make sure there is one more person with you to look after baby or your dog.
And all of this if you are lucky enough and toilets are even open. They unlock toilets at 9am. Bit late…

Beach was less crowded than other beach. It was calm and relaxing though the waves /tides were variable sometime low sometimes high so need to be careful. Weather was also nice. If you like surfing it's nice. Also there were playful dogs as well
Beach was getting ready for the 5k run but nice and quiet so we had plenty of spots on the beach to enjoy the sand and sea. Nice clean beach with amenities. Goats were a novelty too.
The most loved by me beach 🏖️ in England! A few kilometers long sandy beach with 3 pears. A big choice of sport activities and wildlife to observe. Stunning views from the cliffs and the beach. Oceanarium, small train for fun, sport activities organised by the council. Good restaurants near the beach.
A super nice long beach. The water was clean when we were there. There is a lot to experience here and the people are also very nice. From the beach you are quickly in the city and also the shops on the promenade invite you to stroll.
We have enjoyed Bournemouth airshow from this beach in the past and it was really awesome. I have seen other air shows but this one is one of the best. The evening show with fireworks was really amazing. This beach has many activities, bands, food stalls etc. We really enjoyed a lot and would try to go back.
Long nice sandy beach, dogs are not allowed from the first of May till September, however I’ve managed to bring my little dog without any problems, probably because is not high season yet, there are free showers and toilet and few kiosks for ice cream along the beach.
