My entire process from start and ongoing, has been seamless and efficient, with no issues regarding payments (Mind blowing). This team exceeded my expectations! I acquired my house with the intention of never relocating. However, not quite a year after purchasing my home, I was promoted at work and required to relocate out of state. Mr. Eyo, manager of Stress Property Management, was the property manager I chose after interviewing others. Hiring him and his company to manage my property has taken a significant burden off my shoulders. They respond to any difficulties that emerge with elegance, promptness, and professionalism.

I am a neighboring renter who had an unexpected and costly experience following a bedbug treatment conducted at a property managed by Stripe Management. After the treatment, I had to pay $200 out-of-pocket for pest control at my own home, as it falls under my responsibility as a renter in a row home. I reached out to the pest control company and confirmed that the service at the neighboring property was indeed a bedbug treatment. However, when I informed Stripe Management about this, they denied that the treatment was related to bedbugs and recommended the same service provider that had been involved in the initial issue. This situation highlights the importance of transparent communication and responsible pest management to prevent impacts on surrounding properties.

Eyo and his team have been great. Eyo took the time to personally answer all of my questions prior to beginning the rental process. Once started, he kept me in the loop and my home was rented within two weeks. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a tour of one of this company’s properties using their provided availability, which they immediately rescheduled without asking if the new day/time worked for us. Then they canceled the showing via text 9 MINUTES before the new time, after we drove 90 mins to get here and were sitting outside. I understand they rented the property out so no need to show it but clearly that happened before nine minutes of the showing otherwise they would have been at the property themselves (or on the way). Unprofessional and self-serving.

From the beginning to right now my experience with Stripe Management has been extraordinary! Starting with a professional follow-up call on a Saturday morning, Eyo and team explained their business model and process for finding tenants. From there we partnered together and they literally did all the work to get the property rented in a timely manner to the ideal tenants. I bought a house that was serviced by Sigma 6 months ago. Being proactive, I called as soon as I closed to get the info to set up payment for HOA dues. The property Manager nor Sigma knew that the house actually sold! I'm in the process of buying another house and I need all documentation concerning the HOA dues, mind you I send the HUD to both properties and I still haven't received the welcome package! I called Friday 9/4 at 10:30AM and Monica Busic took my info, told me she would get back to me and here it is 9/8 and still no phone call! I left a VM today. I'm practically begging these people to let me pay my HOA dues!!

Not even sure where to begin with this sham Mgmt company. Rates go up nearly every year yet they do not add any value to our community. We pay $270 a month for two parking spaces, lawn services for a community that is barely big enough to fit into 2 football fields and water. No clubhouse, no pool, no park, and no access to the facilities owned by the neighboring condo community despite years of "a work in progress" agreement. As many other reviewers have said their billing is horrendous and they never answer the phone. First moved into this community in 2014 we had another mgmt company who did news letters and quarterly meetings. No idea how these jokers picked up our contract but they are a con artists in every sense.

I would wish there is negative star as well. This company does not do their job, the lady on the phone was mean and did not want to solve the problem. I also tried to contact the property manager, through every way, but never succeed. I sent him an email, no reply. I called the company and asked the operator to transfer to him, he picked up the phone, answered, and I confirmed it's him, I introduced myself, then he hung up the phone!!!! I called again immediately, no one answered, I left him a message, no response!!!

They need to go out of business a complete rip off. One community they so call manage has nothing, no community center, no gym no pool and TAKE over 200k yearly from the condo communities alone. Are unresponsive and do not respond to owners. I mean if I’m paying you over 3k a year I would expect professionalism and being able to see where I’m spending my monies but i don’t

Prince George's testing center. It was convenient and very comfortable. I felt comfortable and did well on my exam. I surpassed the result I was anticipating!

I am in utter amazement that people here still have a job after ignoring their own customers for weeks upon weeks and then claiming ignorance. Run, don't walk, away from this company. They are useless.

Is there a negative star rating? If so, this company deserves one. Save yourself the aggravation, DO NOT consider hiring this firm to do anything for your community. In 30 years of working with contractors and vendors, I've never encountered a more inept, non-responsive, unprofessional staff from the leadership down to the people that answer the phone.

Just say "no" and keep looking, it will be in your best interest.

This is the absolutely worse place to handle your HOA Services. They take your money each month and do no work on your property. In addition, the bookkeeping is horrendous. They cash your checks then send a notice that you have not paid for last period. The coupons state what month you are paying for, which often goes overlooked. When you call, they say "oh my bad" :( Don't trust this company to run your HOA Services.

Absolutely unbelievable that a company will take management funds and then become unresponsive to the needs of the community they are serving. Very unprofessional and we are now looking into legal counsel for assistance against this company for mismanagement of the association.
