We moved in December into a house that Reliable has and they have been quick to get things done.
They've came out about 5 times no problems.

I wasn't aware our condo association changed from Reliable Management Realty to another company. I was having my HOA payment taken automatically each month. When I noticed it hadn't gone through I emailed and called Reliable several times. Never received a response. Not very professional or responsive!

Reliable management has turned around our condo association for the better.

We've been using RELIABLE for about 7 years now and I'm very happy with how they have turned around our association and continue to help us save for future projects and help beautify our buildings. Don Fumo, although a little grumpy at times, is GREAT at getting things done, talking to contractors and keeping them honest. He's saved us thousands of dollars by negotiating prices on every job/contract we have and is good at not taking bs from contractors.

I'd recommend RELIABLE to other associations.

Reliable Management uses abusive methods to evict elderly, sick and disabled tenants that become a burden, by false violations, than fines and thousands in unsubstantiated attorney's fees and than the law-suits for a forced-entry to those units. I demand that Attorney General of the State of Illinois investigate that management company for its abuses and violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act !!!

Don Fumo might as well be the cockroach everyone is complaining about. Poor excuse for a property manager, but cheap, so people hire him and then everyone regrets it. If you see his name anywhere near your paperwork, don't sign it! And run!

We moved in and for the entire year went without repair on our stove! We had Nicor proved the stove was leaking gas and they refused to replace it. We also had no light for several days at a time because the fuse box is in the basement which we don't have access to. Hallways are always dark. My rent check was lost 6 times!!! Then they claimed I owed them late fees and I had to prove I paid every time with receipts that were given to me by them!. This place is a joke!
