They do not deserve any stars. Not even a single one. But i cannot write a review unless i chose one star.

When they have to collect rent they will keep sending you reminders. But when you report an issue you will have to call them 3-4 times and then finally when the maintenance arrives they take their own sweet hours to come up with the most temporary solution be it for the AC, or a simple tap in your kitchen or water collecting in your balcony.

So they can literally waste your whole month resolving one small issue.

The maintenance team manager himself came to check our AC and knew that it could not be fixed because of the amount of sound and leakage yet he asked us to wait 2 days and sent another maintenance guy to waste our time instead of replacing our AC they keep sending the maintenance every other day with no proper permanent solution.

The manager of this so called office who appears to be a female in abu dhabi office does not even have the customer care because when I told her I am going to report this concern in Ministry she very rudely said go ahead do whatever you like.

I will surely not renew my contract or prefer anyone to continue with them.

Don't trust them they keep telling you to give them a days time and will come to no solution to resolve the matters.

I've experienced ongoing frustration with unresponsive customer service and maintenance from MAK. Despite logging numerous complaints, they claim no record of them no action stupid answer for urgent concern and tell you wait 24hrs. Their disregard for tenant concerns and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. NONSENSE Maintenance no knowledge of their job. Waste of money renting this property. I will surely not renew my contract here! Dont trust them and they will comment here like they did not receive complaint check your call log and system.

Worst Real State ever! No concern with tenants. If you raised any maintenance complaint they will not attend it promptly knowing the urgency of the issue. I have new born baby and we have no electricity and no one come to fix it as per the rude and horrible customer service I can do whatever I want. Also, the flat has so many issues water leaking, flooding of water in the bathroom and many more. Monthly there is issue that never been solve it takes ages for them to send maintenance.

bad management, they dont know how to handle anything, they have interviewed me and accepted me and sent a confirmation email, then all of a sudden they told me we cant hire you !!and they didnt even tell me why (they stopped responding), to find out later that someone form another company told the owner not to hire me!!!

Bare in mind that I know the owners and I worked with them before and they wish someone with my experience to join them! the are the ones who interviewed and accepted me and sent the email.!

WORST AGENCY SERVICE YOU ARE GONNA EVER HAVE. Once they have the money they completely forget about you. I have been one year with them and at the beginning they were following the process up, but after a year I had to renew the contract and once they got they agency fee, THEY LITERALLY DISSAPEARED FROM THE MAP. Trying to contact my Agent (Sir Muhajid) and he doesn´t reply to my messages. My contract is about to expire and the only thing they did with the 1000 aed of agency fee is call me to tell me to renew it and sort it out on my own. 0 PROFESSIONALISM, 0 GUIADANCE, 0 SUPPORT.
VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Very worst service providing real estate, Please do not chose the family or ladies especially. Even purely unsafe situation makes this place.
I have raised many complaints but they are not even responded.
Many times I saw they are doing unhealthy activities.

We are paying high rent and charges comparatively to others but no quality and commitments providing these people.

Please dont choose.

Very nice accommodation and plus nice location.But coordination between the owner and watchman is good. But their selection on the tenant is to be concentrated more as there are problematic people who don't even adjust and implement their things even when notified.
So personally it can be conveyed.
But overall it is good

Excellent services by IHG management. I never faced any issues regarding the maintenance for the past 10 months. 24 hours security with cameras. Quick and fast maintenance team.

This company does not answer queries/requests on time. And will most likely treat the tenant with hostility when they decide to terminate the contract.

This company are amazing. We dealt with Jessa who was an absolute dream. Nothing was too much trouble as she showed us lots of different apartments in different buildings.
We closed a sale on an apartment on the 2nd day. There was no pushing us to settle on an apartment which was nice as no pressure.
Would definitely recommend this company
