Horrible prefecture ever. I lost my job due to the fact that they took more than a year to give my printed residence permit (titre de séjour imprimé). No response to any messages and emails. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment here.

Slowest prefecture in France. They didn’t touch my deposit file since September, 2022. Now it’s already 1 year that I don’t have any updates or anything at all. Called, emailed, sent thousands letters still don’t work. WORST PLACE EVER

No one talks to us, no one tries to help us, we can't even get in the building, the police is not doing anything to help and they have bad attitudes. Awful experience, RACIST COPS!

Nice service but they take a long time inside for delivery any documents.
But the other scape and security is very nice I must say.

I have applied for my titre de séjour exactly 1 Year ago and until this moment my card have not been fabricated, i have sent emails , called their number i even sent « lettre recommendée » for the prefecture and still i haven’t gotten a reply about the status of card, now i am risking losing a job opportunity because i cant apply for a Passport talent while the card has not been issue for the old Titre de séjour, these people have no remorse nor guilt and they dont really care about anyone this is the worst nightmare of any foreigner living in the 94 was my biggest mistake

It’s been 8 months I have applied for card de sejour, till now no response. I did not even go to vacation and lost few job opportunities due to unavailability of my visa status. Don’t prefer this prefecture until unless it’s a last option.

The perfect place shows how terrible people could be with a little bit of power. The people work here are somehow anti-social and anti-human. So many people couldn’t get their jobs or study opportunities because of their incompetence and inefficiency. But all they do is just chatting with their coworkers, shouting at everyone and asking you come again.

The people of this prefecture are really very very bad parsons, there behave are not good,they always rude with general public 😞😞it’s shame 😳 they are not helpful with the person who don’t know French 🇫🇷 they don’t know how to make a good behave with people.the women are very bad, aggressive, racist, agressive quality.
