Okay place. Not finished building so you have to drive 45min to Islamabad to find clothes shops. Gas pipes missing in some places so make sure you ask if your building has them before applying for Sui gas. Maintenance takes a while to provide services. Overall safe and quiet place with a good zoo.

A project of Bahria Town, Bahria Enclave is in Islamabad with excellent town planning with all basic facilities. More than 1000 families have since been shifted from posh areas of Islamabad like F6, F7 E12 etc.
Best advicer
What can I say ? I live within the Enclave. The planning is great. It may be on the pricier side in terms of cost of living; however, totally worth it .. especially in the near future. A majority of the sectors are still being developed so expect some noise, dust and a lot of construction work. There is no shortage of water and electrics are stable with back up generators in case of IESCO breakdowns.
AoA Bahria Enclave Islamabad is the real place to serve with its best performance and belief there is no doubt the only Bahria Town Pakistan represented a natural and clean living style of life not only in Pakistan, the global world take also benefits in many fields of life to make its better and successful living for humanities. I request courts and other authorities to protect Bahria in favour of people of Pakistan
For me Bahria Enclave most attractive thing is its zoo. There are beautiful healthy animals and birds. And children most favourite pony ride is also available there. Highly recommended.

It's really a very good housing society project. Big and nice homes. All the streets and sectors are really attractive, clean and tidy. Enclave environment is peaceful and calm. Management is very good. Especially the beauty is the mountain in the surrounding and ups and downs of the roads. Although it's a very expensive society. Greenery in the enclave and along the roads and streets are charming. Security system is good. All other management services are regular and punctual in working. I found one thing very confusing why it has small and narrow roads for entrance to enclave. Entrance road should be wide from both sides.
