Prag hat eine der schönsten Altstädte rings um das Rathaus. Anziehend zieht es viele Besucher an. Die Uhr am Rathaus hat mit ihren erscheinenden Apostel Figuren besondere Funktion zu jeder vollen Stunde. Alle Gebäude wurden aufwändig saniert. Gaststätten, Läden und einige Geldtauschservices laden die Gäste ein. Vorsicht beim Tausch- Kurs genau beachten. Die guten Eindrücke von Prag bestehen lange.

Sehr klein, es gab überhaupt keine Broschüren, nur so etwas wie Vitrinen mit Souvenirs, keine Toiletten. Dafür Rollstuhlgerecht und gut einsehbar.

It was the worst one-on-one tour of my life. I asked the agency several times about the documents the day before leaving the Czech Republic for an excursion to Germany. I was assured that nothing was needed, but I collected all the documents, because I knew that we would cross the border. On the day of the trip I was met by a "guide". But in fact, he looked more like a taxi driver who was indistinctly talking about the places that we passed. The name of the "guide" was Vitaly. He conducted the excursion as if he needed to tell something through force. Before the trip, I warned that it is very important for me to visit the Königstein Castle. But first we went to the Saxon Switzerland park. Then we went to the castle. Upon arrival, it turned out that there would be no excursion, because we could not even be due to the guide who did not have a vaccination passport or a covid test. It shocked me. We spent about an hour trying to deal with this situation and the agency's irresponsibility. In the end, they promised me a refund for the excursion that did not take place in this castle. But that didn't happen. The money was not returned to me. And two weeks later they said that they did not owe me anything and they did not want to return the money to me anymore. What shocked me even more, because the excursion was very expensive. Due to the lost time, I could not get into the castle premises, which upset me very much. This agency is scammers who charge a lot of money for their services that they do not perform! I do not recommend anyone to contact these scammers and liars !!!!!

They saved my trip! I lost my luggage on a public bus. It was Christmas time and I had to travel back home in a few hours! The guy helped me calling by himself several places... It was very helpful! Go there if you have travel issues.
