Very nice staff worth a visit

Ich würde 0 Punkte vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Wir haben Stunden warten müssen, um 10 Minuten fliegen zu können. Die anderen Gäste haben weniger gezahlt und sind länger geflogen ( wir haben pro Person 100€ gezahlt (siehe Website) und die anderen die Hälfte) Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt vorne und hinten nicht. Währen den 7 Stunden gab es Ei mit Tomate aus einem gemeinsamen Topf für 10 Leute. Agentur ist unfreundlich und nur an dem Geld interessiert und keinesfalls an einer Lösung. Sucht euch eine andere Agentur!!!

Ich habe so etwas noch nie zuvor erlebt. Bitte bucht nicht über die Agentur. Wir haben 8 Stunden gewartet ohne davor darüber informiert zu werden, dass dies der Fall sein kann. Es gab nichts zu essen, außer für 10 Leute einen Topf mit Menemen (Ei mit Tomate). Zu Trinken gab es auch nichts, außer man hatte selbst etwas mitgenommen. Die Agentur ist überhaupt nicht kooperativ und ging auf Kritik nicht ein, im Gegenteil sie bestanden nur auf das Geld. Die anderen Gäste haben weniger gezahlt als wir und sind sogar noch länger geflogen. Lasst euch nicht verarschen.

I walked in, and there was one girl behind the counter, who did not speak a word of English. She tried to put me on the phone with somebody else who spoke some English apparently, but ended up continually getting cut off. There is no information in this tiny place! They had nothing to hand out and no information.

I experienced truly an excellent customer service with professional knowledge coupled with warm smile and kindness at Sirkeçi office yesterday (November 23rd, Wednesday). What else could you expect at the capital city of the global tourists destination? Please look at the photo showing my happy moment at the Sirkeçi Tourist Information Office! With two thumbs up, I proudly recommended all the tourists around the world to come and check Istanbul! Gürüsürüz!

They have been very helpful
about almost everything such as the promotion of the tours and how to find the meeting points using of transportation in the city also useful information about restaurants and payment transactions plus use of audioguides. Overall it was a neat transaction and we are glad of making use of their service

I had seen the good reviews of this place on google maps when I was searching for places on the Europe side to visit, since it was so close to the Grand Bazaar we decided to stop by.

The reviews are definitely well deserved, the man we talked with was extremely personable and friendly. His conversational English was great and it only took a few minutes to get all the useful information we needed, they also gave us free maps of the Europe side with labeled attractions to visit.

If we ever decide to do some guided tours when we go back, we would definitely do it with them.

Absolutely outstanding service, booked a fabulous trip to Cappadocia, Spa day and a Turkish evening cruise. So helpful, fantastic English spoken, great advice- both Ferdi and Lockman constantly went the extra mile to respond quickly and ensure everything was just as we wanted. My advice would be not to book with unofficial tour operators- go to the Tourist Information Office (Beyazit is easy to get to) and book there.

Zack and Han were the best thing about Instanbul so far. If you want the best information, delivered in perfect english with great enthusiasm - come see these guys first. Also great information about the hidden places, nightlife, where to go and where not to go. Purchased a few of their tours and it was top class service, organization and value for money. Don’t hesitate - it will make your visit a breeze.
