Ho avuto modo di conoscere questo luogo per un evento ed ero tra gli ospiti.
Personale disponibile e cortese forse un po troppo veloci, la villa è tenuta bene curata in tutti i minimi particolari.
Il Catering era dir poco favoloso abbiamo mangiato benissimo dall inizio alla fine con una torta nuziale delicatissima e di gran gusto.

Grandi eventi e opportunità lavorativa per giovani talentuosi,,,affezionati al luogo fantastico immerso nel verde, a tutti i proprietari dal più grande e mitico,,,al più piccoletto di casa,,,, nulla da dire, ammiro questo, mi dà tenerezza...
L'unica riflessione che facevo è ' che i giovani di buona volontà e onesti (non è da poco,!!!!,,,,,,)andrebbero di pari passo con retribuzioni un po' più creative per il peculiare lavoro messo in campo, che li invogli, anche nelle giornate più afose e faticose,, a perseverare e a non mollare,,,a dare il massimo!!!!!! Incontrano persone splendide e si gratificano,,,,
Era una semplice esternazione ,visto che anch' io mi occupo di giovanissimi e della loro formazione.
Auguro a questi ragazzi felicità lavorativa e non solo,,,,,,

Stunning location for events and big celebrations. Hands on one of the most beautiful villas of Rome.

Beautiful historic building. The grounds are very well maintained. My son's wedding took place here on April 30th, 2024, I highly recommend this place as a wedding venue.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in the Marriott collection (Titanium elite member). The combination of an extremely friendly staff, nice room and ideal location make this a perfect catch. Try to grab with points if you can.

This may be an outstanding place, but it is the people who make you want to return or go there in the first place. Especially when the goal is to be a boutique hotel chain.

Granted that we booked a non refundable room for 7 nights thinking nothing will make us cancel an anniversary trip to Rome. But when your pet is diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor, do you hesitate when deciding to stay with him and offer treatment? We did not, yet the management at this property decided to charge us for all 7 nights. In response to a request to cancel, we were offered a discount on a future stay. A future stay? No way!

I honestly could not have picked a better hotel. I’m an Ambassador Elite with Marriott and the extra touch is typically given with this status. The entire staff at the Pantheon was extraordinary. I stayed from Dec 22-24 and every single staff we encountered was legit phenomenal. Status is less cared about outside of the US, so it wasn’t the status. The staff treated everyone with such care and detail. I’m really impressed. This hotel should be rated higher than it is. Thanks for the amazing stay.

We had an amazing stay here and I honestly can’t think of one bad thing to say about this hotel.

First of all, it’s perfectly situated in the heart of Rome yet manages to be quiet from the hustle and bustle outside.

The hotel itself is what you call luxury from the moment you step inside. The reception staff were so welcoming and took our luggage up to the room for us unprompted. We were given free welcome drinks at their lovely rooftop bar and free nibbles to accompany any time we visited.

The rooms were so clean and had everything you could want from toiletries, slippers, robes and even sewing kits etc.. every day a treat was left in our room. From wines, to cakes to sweets!

If you don’t mind paying a little extra and want somewhere comfortable, luxurious, friendly and in a great location - this hotel is amazing!

Thank you for a lovely stay. I couldn’t fault it!

Had been considering the EDITION or other luxury brand hotels for our stay in Rome, but what a gem The Pantheon Iconic is. We had a group event at the W and this hotel is so much nicer for a much lower price. The rooftop hotel with breakfast included is peak Italy, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The location is just close enough to walk everywhere, but still on a quiet street. Everyone we interacted with was gracious, but never overwhelming. Will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Italy.

We visited this hotel in early August when temps were quite warm. This hotel was such a welcome respite after a full day touring in the sun and hot temps. Beautifully appointed, robust air conditioning and attentive housekeeping all set the tone for a 5-star experience. We chose a junior suite for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and the two king-sized beds were excellent. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and they helped us secure transportation several times. The rooftop restaurant/bar offered a spectacular view and was a wonderful place for an after dinner drink once the heat of the day passed. Due to this hotel's central location and 5-star amenities, this is not going to be a budget option for dining or drinks on the roof, but the ambiance and views are breathtaking! All-in-all, I highly recommend this property and plan to stay again when back in Rome. Perfection.

Okay so it was quite an experience. The place is ENORMOUS. You hear music from far away. It’s further from the city. Inside there’s a never ending sea of people, they let in everyone and as many as possible. Nothing is checked, no id’s or bags xD Everything feels like a fight for life xD Queues? Non existent! You can suffocate inside from the amount of people (when I was there the terrace was closed). Nobody speaks English (good luck damn tourists) Some people can be quite aggressive. LOVED IT XD

I rarely ever write bad reviews, but I could not hold myself back from writing what a disappoint this Marriott hotel was in Rome. We have been members of Marriott for over 40-years and never had such a bad experience as this one.

For starters, they absolutely rob you on the wine pricing. We had been traveling in Italy for 26 days by the time we got to this Marriott dinner. At not a single meal prior to this one were we charged more than 20 euros for a bottle of wine. This Marriott rooftop restaurant did not have a bottle of wine for UNDER 60 euros on their menu. This is ridiculous. And when we asked our waitress about it, she responded with: "well this is a 5-star high class hotel. This is what you pay for." That is ridiculous Marriott. What are you doing robbing your clients in Italy when the wine is made less than 100 miles from your restaurant. And to add to this ridiculousness....The retail prices of the wine are ONE FOURTH the cost the Marriott is charging you. I understand a little mark up, but FOUR TIMES the retail cost? Come on Marriott. And what disrespect from our waitress. See photos attached.

While they have a beautiful rooftop with great views, don't get too excited because for some reason they decided to orient some of their tables to point at the waiters station...see photos attached.

They had an "avocado salad" listed on their menu. We had all been craving avocado after being in Italy for so long and not having any. When they brought us these salads, it did not have avocado, it had "guacamole spread." Our waitress claims that is what it was and said we read the menu wrong, even though the menu says the word "avocado" on it. Nothing like telling a customer they are wrong....great service Marriott. Additionally, the lettuce in this salad was legit RABBIT FOOD. Absolutely disgusting. We told the waitress it legit tasted like diesel and she said: "okay, that's your opinion." and took the salads away and left them on the bill at the end of the night.

Got Martini's and were told they had Blue Cheese Olives for them. They brought out the Martini's, we bit into the olives, they had pits in the middle of them....not Blue Cheese Olives. Charged us on the bill for Blue Cheese Olives though.

We received our pasta dinner and it WAS SERVED COLD. It was legit COLD. And we had to ask the waitress to heat it up for us. They then proceeded to make us an entire new pasta dish and then DIDN'T COOK THE PASTA ENOUGH. We did not have the heart to tell them of their failure.

Overall, summary of our terrible experience:
- Marriott ROBS you on the wine prices here. See photos attached.
- The staff is NOT accommodating OR nice. Very rude people. A lot of eye rolls.
- The food sucked. It was so far from good and so overpriced.

Very sad to see from a brand that we have stood behind for over 40-years. Expected to feel at home when going to dinner here and finally comfortable outside the country. But sadly my family felt the complete and disappointing opposite.

Stayed on our honeymoon in August. We have Titanium Elite status with Bonvoy. This hotel did not have any upgrades available for us. No acknowledgement of of status and did not try to do anything special for our honeymoon. This was not a big deal. However, other hotels on our trip really went above and beyond to make our stay special. We Had to fight for the complimentary breakfast and late check out but eventually got them.

The rooms were small but really nice and modern. We had some issues with the lights turning on in the middle of the night and early in the morning and were not able to turn them off. The lighting controls were really modern and did not seem to function properly. We called maintenance twice to have them reset the panel.

The restaurants are all exceptional at this property, and the rooftop view Is amazing. I really enjoyed breakfast with views of the city and having drinks on the rooftop to wind down after exploring the city.

This place is pretty amazing! We attended an evening event here and we felt like we were at a party in a legitimate palace. The garden courtyard was beautiful with a gorgeous fountain in the center. Inside are several rooms which have a very baroque/renaissance feel. Exquisitely decorated and very well equipped for an amazing party in regards to lighting and sound. This was one of the most unique parties I've ever attended.

Best techno artists. Very good sound system, but a bit too loud. Two things i did not like: it's packed as sardines, even at the back of the room, and it has only 1 toilet per gender. There is a security guy at the ladies toilets that allows people in by batches. People were pushing like crazy when they were allowed in. Never witnessed smth like this in other clubs or festivals.
There is also a terrace, that one was nice.
The ventilation was good enough, because the windows were all open in September and the room is very tall.

The hotel is very nice. We had an excellent stay, with great service and a very walkable location. My only gripe is that the rooms are TINY. I thought we had a relatively middle of the road room as far as cost, it definitely wasn’t the cheapest, but it was really small. The amenities are very nice though. Great gym. Great little rooftop pool.

The location is wonderful. The service was perfect. The breakfast was excellent and extensive .
The architecture of this hotel is beautiful, our bedroom was surprisingly roomy and well-appointed, unfortunately the carpets and most of the furnishings are worn-out and in poor condition. The hotel seemed to need a good cleaning. The carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago. We explained to the management our disappointment for a 5 Star hotel and they were respectful and accommodating, making an adjustment to our room rate. They explained that there are plans in place to remodel the hotel in the near future.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our 4-day stay. The staff made all the difference.

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms, great location, and good service. The staff are friendly. We LOVED our experience at the hotel lounge/ bar (ORVM). Daniele was amazing at making very interesting and unique cocktails. You MUST try it and have a drink made by him. He was also very informative about the history of the hotel and the “Cardinale” cocktail. Daniele impressed us a lot!

We treated ourselves to a hotel that was over our budget because we just arrived from JFK and wanted comfort and style. The W Rome staff were all very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Antonella, the night concierge...unfortunately, we were robbed while out at dinner (NOT AT THE W) and the security staff and management was very helpful and empathetic. Thank you.

The room was definitely on the small side, despite being a "Sensational" room but it was comfortable and cool with the AC. And quiet. We were able to use the gym shower when we arrived early in the morning.

Despite our being robbed, the stay and the accommodations were the best part of Rome.

Beautifully designed, great location and amazing service from the employees. They all go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and that you enjoy your stay. My daughter and I stayed at the Excelsior for a week. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The amenities, like a bathrobe and slippers were appreciated. What made our stay exceptional however, was the helpfulness of the staff. We interacted with the front desk, the concierge desk, the restaurant staff, housekeeping and room service. Absolutely everyone was friendly and efficient. I only remember the name of the front desk person who helped us several times, Simona, but everyone (oh, I forgot to mention the doormen and security that gave us directions and called cabs) was friendly and helpful.

The service at the reception is very strong, concierge was okay. The rooms leave much to be desired. The once yellow carpets are in really poorly condition and bare thin. Beds and towels are comfortable, really just the condition of the rooms could use maintenance. Location strong.

I am a lifetime Marriott titanium member and traveled a lot and I do believe this was the single best hotel I have ever stayed. It combines everything…beautiful comfortable rooms, world class restaurant, great fitness facility and the most important of all a staff that is courteous and super attentive.

I could go on for paragraphs but strongly recommend you stay here. All of this combined with a great location make the W Rome simply the best.

Not a five star hotel. They did not have fresh bedding in our room which we were not aware of until day 3. The mattress cover was stained and it was not our doing. I was extremely disgusted by this, for a hotel that claims to be 5 star that is unacceptable.
Also one of the sinks and the tub both did not drain so the water just sat, there was no way to drain them.

We had to call room service every day to ask for glasses because they were never replaced. The hotel rooms had a mildew stench and the carpet was covered in stains.

The only nice thing is that you get complimentary coffee service in your room. This is not what you would expect of a Westin hotel, it is nothing like a U.S. hotel so look elsewhere.

Also housekeeping runs the vacuum as late as midnight, happened 2 days in a row. I was woke. Up by the sound of the vacuum running at 12:30am.

Rooms are very large for Rome and the hotel is clean (housekeeping was very good) but the hotel is badly in need of a renovation.

Service at the hotel was above average. Upon arriving at the hotel the service was exceptional, the bellman (new to the staff) who helped us was wonderful.

However, when we were leaving the hotel, I was surprised to see the bellmen just stand there and watch while I moved six of my own bags into a taxi.

The room was spacious, but it definitely shows it's age. Our air conditioning never worked, and if it did it simply wasn't enough to make the room comfortable. It was quite difficult to sleep as a result. The room really needs an overhaul. The shower door wouldn't close completely, nor would the bathroom door without locking it. The people really made the difference for us. Very helpful when we needed assistance. All and all not a bad choice, though after we were in Rome, it was evident that we could have found the same or better for half the price.

This is a beautiful hotel with great service. Breakfast is either inside or in a nice courtyard. Breakfast is very good although coffee took a while to come. The gym is very nice in terms of aesthetics and equipment. I worked out every day because the gym was so nice. The room and bathroom were spacious but one could hear people in the hallway easily. I love how they kept free water bottles stocked in the room every day. The location was a short walk to the Spanish Steps or the Borghese Gardens.

My stay was excellent. The cleanliness, staff, service and property were above and beyond. Unfortunately my husband had an accident and ended up in the hospital for 11 days, knowing this the General Manager, Mr. Marc Lannoy, sent a note to my room offering his assistance. We met in the lobby, his hospitality and kindness meant so much during this experience. I felt comfortable in this warm and sincere environment. I will always be grateful for the time, patience and understanding of the Excelsior. I will never forget the support and kindness of everyone. My husband was also very grateful that I was well taken care of. Gracious Hospitality is the highest form of guest service and that is what I was given.

Had probably one of the best cocktails of my life.
Our booking on the rooftop pizza restaurant got rained out. But the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They did try to call us to let us know, but our phones weren't on roaming. So they got us a seat at the bar. Their cocktail menu is refined and exquisite. Had two cocktails and they were incredible, a real journey.

Special mention to the concierge and bar tender who served us on Monday 12th, excellent service.

The room was fine. It’s modern and clean. The rooms are small but larger than most other European rooms. The hotel in general is trendy and not really meant for the retired folks traveling through or with family. They are very focused on their nightclub atmosphere and could care less that the music is so loud that their overnight patrons have to suffer. I mean really loud music. Their breakfast staff doesn’t check back with you and so your food may or may not arrive. You will not be asked if you need more coffee. So for 3 days in a row, we left with subpar service. Like I said above, this is a trendy and modern hotel but it is not luxurious nor elegant. There are issues with their quality of care unless you’re here to party. Then it’s probably a great hotel.

Very nice location in the middle of a green hill. Very clean facilities, but… my tiny room was very austere and tatty. The bathroom had seen better days. Tiny shower with shower head spraying in all directions and held together with tape. The mirror cabinet lacked shelves and was dangerously sharp and the doors kept falling open. Some towels were worn to the thread, skirting boards were falling off, the glass curtain was hanging off the rod, windows had shutters that were closed on arrival, only to notice when you opened them, that you were looking at a wall and had no view. In addition, the rooms were very noisy. Every sound from the hallway and adjacent rooms could be heard. The bar was closed as the bartender was ill with Covid, so it was said. No replacement, no possibility to have a drink, no room service, no bar nor safe in the room. Only a vending machine in the hallway at the reception. Maybe there were better rooms, but in a group you don't have a choice, so for me it was a disappointment.

Terrific option for staying in the heart of Rome. The service all around was excellent, and the staff was all very friendly. The food was surprisingly good, including the breakfast which included a beautiful buffet and choice of Sicilian-influenced egg dishes from the kitchen. Room was small (typical of the city) but extremely comfortable and gorgeously decorated, and had everything one might need — including several little touches like extra toothbrushes and a steamer, which most hotels don’t have. The bathroom was luxurious and surprisingly large. Highly recommend if you want an upscale, comfortable, and very convenient hotel in Rome.

Nice place, appropriate for company parties, like the one we had.

Location molto ricercata, in un contesto Romano unico. Ho partecipato al 5gItaly evento di grande interesse e ben organizzato.

If you are highly interested in arranging any party in a suitable place, this will be perfect for you. Foods are served with great hospitality and maintenance. The building is well decorated too.

Luxury location in Rome. Interesting choice of placing a contemporary art display in an old palace.
Visit with experienced guides, friendly but prepared.
We had dinner in the garden, delicious dishes and great service.

Good music, great sound system, but no true techno lovers.

People dance passive aggressive, and out of a group of 6 people, two people got robbed.
iPhone and AirPods were stolen. Seems like the club doesn’t care too much about that…

One of my favorite locations in Rome - Villa Clara - is a wonderful historic estate with amazing collection of beautiful things. Luxurious suites, the dazzling dining room, intimate garden... this location is perfectly suitable for small events or for beautiful vacations in Rome. Love this venue and looking forward to turn back there!

Quite and amazing view a lot of green space

Location eccezionale nel cuore dell'aventino. Ho frequentato la Residenza Lavernale per un corso di formazione. L'interno è bello e accogliente e l'esterno fra prato e arbitri è bellissimo. Curato nei minimi dettagli è sicuramente una location adatta per cerimonie e feste.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here during the summer, it was everything we ever wanted and more!!
The venue its self is absolutely stunning and the staff were more than accommodating. Luca was so attentive, he was able to go above and beyond for us!
We really couldn't of ask for a better venue. Every guest has commented on how fabulous the venue and staff were.
We would give the Palazzo Brancaccio higher than five star rating if possible! Fantastic!

Galleria del Cardinale stupendo palazzo, fa parte del palazzo Colonna. Situato nel cuore di Roma a pochissimi passi dalla famosissima fontana di Trevi. In via della Pilotta, 16 , Sale immense e giardini pensili da favola. Se avete la possibilità va visitato.

Palazzo storico dei nobili Colonna !!! Sede anche del Papa per un periodo storico. Grande fascino della nobiltà passata ...in ristrutturazione continua

Ho avuto il piacere di tenere un corso in questa location meravigliosa, in zona Aventino, a Roma. Un parco esagerato, bellissimo e ben curato che é perfetto per il coffee break e per il lunch, servito all’aperto da personale in smoking (catering nella norma, ma credo dipenda dalle scelte del cliente). Sala corsi molto bella (per trenta persone almeno), e scenario incantevole. Conferenze, feste, cerimonie: luogo stupendo e tutto il personale perfettamente adeguato. Bravi!

Ristorante molto raffinato, personale cordiale e gentile, si mangia molto bene. Adatto per ricevimenti.

Luogo incantevole consigliato a chi vuole incorniciare il proprio evento all'insegna della bellezza

Beautiful location, but people going there have no clue about techno raves. If you come from the German or British scene, you will be very disappointed with the Italian scene. Police man and cameras are usually there to supervise the dance floor and that makes you feel like you're in airport where a terroristic attack might just come. Great sound system though.

One of the top wedding venue in the Eternal city. At the core of the vibrant Rome city center but hidden by trees at the top of the hill is surrounded by a renaissance park. Perfect peaceful oasi if you are looking for an event reception venue as well an all-in-one-location wedding historic residence. Perfect for timeless photos- indoor or outdoor reception - breathtaking view.

Sempre come in un sogno...!

Ci sono stata 14/04/2018 per un battesimo. Il cibo era ottimo . Aperitivo a buffet vicino la piscina , i camerieri molto accorti ai dettagli. Poi ci siamo trasferiti nella sala per la cena. la Location fantastica e si adatta ad eventi eleganti. La struttura di sera diventa mozzafiato. 😊😊😊

Beautiful rooms, lavish ornate ceilings set in fountained gardens. I was there for a dance event. The floor was nice and smooth and the sound decent, but I found the layout a bit closed. The areas to chill out were few and disconnected from the main room and the bar was as well. The staff were polite, but could have been a bit more friendly.

Un posto incredibile, di una bellezza mozzafiato che penso sia sconosciuto ai più. Un tipico esempio di quante bellezze nascoste vi siano nel nostro Paese.

Sono stata ad un matrimonio la scorsa estate. Il posto merita veramente molto, è un bellissimo giardino all'Aventino, un piccola oasi in centro. Ho trovato l'allestimento molto curato ed elegante. Complimenti, spero di tornare oresto

Il posto non è male, peccato che mi hanno creato dei grossi problemi organizzativi: nonostante avessi opzionato una data per un matrimonio, la hanno data ad un altra persona senza neanche avvertirmi. Lo ho trovato un comportamento davvero poco corretto che mi ha creato molti problemi e considerando che la serietà degli interlocutori è un elemento essenziale per organizzare un evento, non lo consiglierei in quanto a serietà e professionalità.

Con riferimento alla vostra risposta, la scorrettezza è stata infatti proprio quella di avermi allungato un'opzione quando vi ho chiamato con questa richiesta (a cui avreste potuto tranquillamente rispondere che non era possibile), per poi darla via al primo cliente che si è affrettato a pagare (perché probabilmente gli era stato detto che c'era la nostra opzione) e dirmi che la vostra parola non conta (ma solo quella scritta). Per quanto riguarda le stanze mi sembra ovvio, avendomi voi per telefono datomi disponibilità ad allungare l'opzione, che le avremmo confermate insieme alla location. E se posso darvi un consiglio per il futuro, avendo anch'io lavorato in una struttura ricettiva, un cliente che chiama per chiedere di allungare un'opzione non è un cliente disinteressato. Ci sono stato in occasione di un banchetto di nozze. Devo dire che tutto ha funzionato bene, il luogo poi e' molto carino e offre anche una discreta vista su Roma
