I did a surprise birthday party for my dad and the event was beautiful. I was very happy with venue, decoration, and food. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly helpful. Mitzi and Gaby were absolutely amazing to work with and made this so easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend it!

Attended great performance by dueling piano duet at this location. Got premium tickets, and we were seated at the table right next to the scene. Ordered drinks and food and enjoyed the music. Helpful staff and good environment. Food was reasonably priced for location. Parking is either at the building (limited), across the building, or around the corner on old Georgetown rd. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice venue, good sound engineer and intimate seating. Service was lacking the night of our visit due to not enough servers and bartenders working.

Amazing party planners if you are looking to hired someone please look at them!!. Everything was smooth. Food and cake was delicious. And the decor was fabulous… will hired you again thank you so much

A wonderful performance by a Brazilian guitarist. Very intimate and beautiful. A small venue, which makes it even better.
A parking garage right below the venue is great, but very confusing. Took me 20 minutes to find my car on the way back. And be sure to carefully note where you are!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I was so impressed by the professionalism, the beautiful and amazing decor Rendezvous did for me!! Gaby and Mitzi were so helpful throughout the process and made my vision come to life! I’m so happy that I found them for my baby shower. It was just what I wanted! All my guests were impressed as well. Thank you so much for your amazing work! Will definitely book with them again in the future.

Rendezvous staff did an amazing job for my baby shower. They were very very respectful and professional. They arrived on time and we very friendly. They provided beautiful centerpieces, backdrop, tables, chairs, beverage dispensers, flowers, etc. I will use this company for all of my future events!

The adjacent parking garage was like a maze to drive in and out, so we ended up coming out from different side than we entered. Two elevators took groups of us to the 4th floor. We were attending a private luncheon. The buffet started with bread and fruits. The heated entrees came after. The hot and cold beverages were on the bar tops.

We had a beautiful celebration and hassle free event courtesy of Rendezvous. Everything was in order and organized. Communication and coordination was so easy. Thank you so much to Gaby and the crew. We will definitely keep you guys in mind for our next events.

This is a hidden treasure on top of the iPic movie theater - a small music venue with very diverse styles and artists. There’s a bit of a cabaret feel, with three levels of seating. The table seating (behind the premium seats) is the Goldilocks level, more affordable and more comfortable than the row seating behind.

The food selection is quite limited, but I like the chicken salad sliders with chips. You can order from a table, but I like to order at the bar, settle my bill, and take it to my seat - eliminates the need to pay during the concert.

Try it out - worth a trip!

Would not let the performers do an encore. Never experienced this before. There was plenty of time between sets. They actually called the performers off the stage when they came back on!
Waiter did not come by to take our drink order. Had to tell the sound engineer that we couldn't hear one of the musicians. The venue seems to be managed poorly. The performance was excellent thoigh!

Excellent team! Cannot recommend them enough. I had a different party planner last year, and the difference was night and day with how much better Mitzi and her team did. Wonderful working with them and my child’s birthday party was lovely - got so many compliments on the decorations and service. Cost is also no more expensive than most planners, even though you get a whole team, server and bartender (optional - you can choose if you want this), full set-up and clean-up, whereas standard party planners I spoke to only provide planning and minimal assistance the day of the party. I chose not to use their in-house catering (used my own venue) and ordered food from elsewhere, and the server set up the food in heated trays and served it. All I had to do was order and pick up the food, and get some random things for the party (specialty balloons, candles, and a couple other small things). They did absolutely everything else, including coming up with beautiful ideas for the decorations, which everyone loved. One note: the decoration set-up team is different than the staff that will actually be at the party serving food and making cocktails, and there may be a gap in time, so if you’re hosting at a venue that isn’t your home, you may want to coordinate ahead of time to ensure you have full coverage up to the time of the party. Overall wonderful experience and can not say enough good things about Mitzi, Gaby, and the wonderful staff. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Our experience in celebrating my wife's 50th Birthday at Rendezvous was unforgetable. Our guests and my wife the celebrant loved every detail of this major 50th Birthday event. Managers Mitzi and Gaby explained and walked us through every detail smoothly and stress free from when first meeting.
On the day of the event, the venue looked GOURGEOUS, lighting effects were BEAUTIFUL, the staff was friendly and professional. Seeing Gaby being on top of things and being presice really made the night perfect and assuring. We had the venue catered the event and the feedback received from our guest was the food was a great selection and delicious. Our Bar Attender Lucas never missed a beat attending to our guests. Coordination between the venue's management and vendors such as the Cake people [MundoCake], DJs, Photo Booth people, photography, videography, etc. was coordinated great where i didnt have to intervene at all on the day of the event. We want to thank Rendezvous, Mitzy, Gaby, Staff for staying up late till 2am with us and also to our friends, vendors and guests for making this an UNFORGETABLE and PERFECT 50th Birthday Celebration for my wife Jasmin! 💗💗💗🥳🥳🥳🔥🔥🔥⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was a guest here not long ago, I just forgot to leave a comment. I was very thankful that I came to celebrate my friend’s daughter party. It was really amazing especially the decorations and the people working with them(server) they were so nice asking us if we need something. If you’re looking for event this place is perfect for you!

One of the best music venues in the DC area. Due to Covid they are not serving food or drink, but the room is relatively small and the acoustics are fantastic. They have replaced the long tables with theater style seating which probably allows for more people than before, but we did not feel cramped in.

Outstanding performance by the Sean Heely trio. But two annoying things about an otherwise great venue:

1. The address is 11810 Grand Park Ave, but you can't access it from that door. You have to walk down the street and around the corner between the Gap and the iPic to find the entrance at 11830 Grand Park Ave. And if you push the call button at the door at 11810, you will get a very angry lady who will repeatedly just yell louder and louder that the door is locked and you can't get in, but offer no solution.

2. Even though you select seats and get a seat number on your ticket, you don't actually have a reserved seat. It is open seating, so make sure you show up early if you want to be near the stage. None of the seats are terrible, but some are definitely better. For two people, the high top tables on the side are excellent.
