My infant and I tagged along with my husband to a work conference at the Hyatt Regency and upon arrival the superior service blew me away! The bellman Mariano was hilarious, down to earth and so helpful with all our baby stuff both arriving and leaving. The front desk staff was so gracious and helpful with all my questions about baby friendly activities and already had a REAL CRIB in our room when we arrived!!! That never happens!! It was such a relief walking in the room and being able to put my baby down immediately!
On the resort catering staff serving my husband’s conference, Jen was wonderful! She gave great recommendations for exploring the city and her joy was radiant 😊
When we went to dinner in the resort, we were met by Bryan! Wow! He was the best server we’ve ever had! So energetic, enthusiastic for his work and knowledgeable about the resort! He spoiled us with free wine that paired well with my husband’s birthday dessert and took our picture clear upstairs actually caring about the shot.
Then there was the wonderful housekeeping woman! Oh I wish I knew her name!! She let my baby and I stay in the room well past check out time so my baby could sleep while my husband’s conference wrapped up, such a blessing when traveling with a baby!
Is the resort under renovation which bring some inconveniences…yes. But the service was exceptional from beginning to end!
Expensive and not quiet. We booked this expansive hotel ($300) in order to enjoy our last days in AZ. However, the room is not soundproof at all. Whenever someone is talking outside, we could hear very clearly. As a result, I cannot sleep. This hotel room is even worse than the $70 hotel I booked days before
They are going through a renovation right now and they are still open. I took my wife out to dinner and it was GREAT!
A nice romantic dinner. Just the two of us and the staff. It was quite. Our dinner was absolutely delicious!
This was the best night out we have had in a long time.
Gainey Ranch visits have been relaxing. Location is not too far from downtown "old town" scottsdale. The grounds are a Desert Oasis. The pool area is big with an adult pool to go with it. Adult pool has its own bar. In the pool area ther servers wallk around taking orders. The kids enjoyed the water slides and pool volleyball. We took an evening gondola ride there too. I wouldn't hesitate returning even though we have been 4 times.
Was fortunate to have a visit to the Spa. The most fantastic host (his name is Kami) I've encountered in a pampered- environment setting (no joke!) He provided for our utmost relaxation during our day-stay.

Poolside service, lots of sunshine & shade available, along with prosecco, plunge (super cold) & normal pools, i would recommend a massage because they truly know what they are doing.

A top tier experience.
We did a staycation so the kids could play in the pool. We were greeted with margaritas at check-in, we loved the large patio attached to our room, and the pool had a beach area that's perfect for toddlers. It had real sand and a gradual, shallow entry. I know they're renovating the pool now, so fingers crossed they keep the faux beach. It was also nice that they had a separate adults only pool so, we didn't need to feel too guilty about kids splashing and screaming.
Location was great rooms were good size clean set up was nice, the Hotel itself overall is very nice. The biggest and number 1 downfall was the fact that we booked the room a 3 of days specifically for the pool for our kids. We get here and we are informed after checking in that the pool is closed for construction. What??? Construction does not take place overnight it is planned months in advanced yet the hotel makes no effort to disclose that until after they have locked you in. Meh already called a Hilton with a pool and a slide minutes away for the rest of the weekend.
Visited the spa on a day pass. The hotel is older but very nice. We were limited to the spa pool since the resort pool was closed for updates. The resort pool is one of it’s most popular attractions. They have 9 pools at the resort that make up one large pool area. The spa is nice but the pass was a little expensive not to be able to visit the other pool which is normally included in the pass.
