The rooms are great, the location is perfect, i don’t ever need to get a car since i am so close to the mall and the train station. The staff is great. I have been coming for many years, but i missed the last year, but Alan in the breakfast area greeted as a friend and it felt so good. Long makes the best breakfast spread. I always leave very happy.

Superb hotel… The staff always looks after their guests very well. Nice organic buffet breakfast in the lobby. Mr Alan at the restaurant is full of enthusiasm and very attentive to his guests and provides great service . Keep up the good work at crown plaza Copenhagen.. Will be back.

This is a great, modern and clean hotel that is well run. The location is excellent, right next to the motorway without the noise. Metro and train lines within minutes walking distance as well as a large modern shopping centre with food court.
The restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced but the icing on the cake here is the gym

I had a really nice stay here though it’s just for a night. The manger that checked me in, he is really friendly and nice to all customers. Also the breakfast staff they all make us feel really welcome. Best crowne plaza compared to the rest I stayed before! Keep up the good work!☺️

The location is fantastic right across from the metro station, and next to a very nice mall.. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are fantastic. The bathroom floors are heated, and the bedroom is spacious and quiet. The TV has channels in English and water, and tea and coffee in the room are complimentary. Staff is very friendly. We are very, very happy with our choice.

Rooms are good but have be gone old. USB Port for charging doesn’t work, AC switches are broken and doesn’t work.

Room service is great but charging 65 DKK for delivering food to room is a rip off.

Service at Reception is quick and was very accommodating and helpful.

Closer to mall, great views.

I rated a little lower because of service issues.

The TV remote didn’t work (took more than 24 hours to fix). There was no hair dryer even though the person on the phone insisted I wasn’t looking hard enough (finally convinced them to bring us one, again 24 hours). There is an automated lighting system that seemed pretty cool until it came on by itself at 2:30AM.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by an absolutely stunning lobby. The interior was both modern and tastefully decorated, boasting a classy touch that set the stage for what I hoped would be an equally luxurious stay.

However, my initial excitement was somewhat tempered when I stepped into my assigned room. Contrary to the impression set by the common areas, the room felt very outdated. The carpet, in particular, was quite unappealing and seemed like it had seen better days. My expectation for the room was understandably high based on the hotel's lobby, so the disparity was disappointing.

That being said, the hotel's service was great. When I expressed my concerns about the room to the staff, they arranged for us to be moved to a newly renovated room. The new room was a night-and-day difference—absolutely stunning and furnished to a standard that one would expect from such an establishment. It was as luxurious as I had originally anticipated.

The staff did mention that the hotel is in the midst of renovations, which gave me hope that the outdated rooms will eventually match the quality of the rest of the facility. The excellent customer service and the experience in the upgraded room certainly salvaged our stay.

Additional to all these, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, adding an extra layer of pleasure to our stay. Waking up to such a beautiful panorama felt like the cherry on top of our experience. And let’s not forget the breakfast buffet—it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The variety and quality of food available were exceptional, setting a high standard for hotel breakfasts.

In summary, while the hotel has some inconsistencies in terms of room quality, their exceptional service and ongoing renovations suggest that they are actively working to bring all rooms up to the high standard set by their beautiful lobby, stunning views, and amazing breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel, but it might be worth inquiring about the status of room renovations when you book.

We've been here for one night. Beautiful room with view on the river. I mentioned to the staff about my partner's birthday and they brought a cake , birthday card and a bottle of wine. Very polite staff and good breakfast. Highly recommended

It's around a mile from Central Station. Being a small city it's easy to get around. Bikes, busses or trains. The rooms are a bit tired and can use updating. Though the bed is comfy. The staff are super friendly. The executive lounge is fairly standard Marriott fare.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a little bit dated but the pluses are aplenty.

The room we had was the water facing room. So good to see the activities people are doing in the canal.

The location is also very good. Within walking distance to the Copenhagen Central Station that makes it easy to venture outside of the capital.

The food they serve for breakfast and afternoon happy hours was excellent.

So, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Large room with excellent amenities. Very nice view too. Breakfast buffet was very good with wide varieties they have gluten free corner. Location is good, little out of the center but walkable distance to all attractions.

The Hotel is an Oasis of decadence and class. We were fortunate to encounter Vanbruun jewelry consultant, while we where there.. So so in ❤️

Stopped by for champagne. We were seated on the front row, the seats on the outside of the restaurant. Great service, perfectly chilled champagne. But I got the feeling that if I would've dressed a 5ad better we could have been seated at the tables in their outdoor service instead of on the street....

This is my favorite hotel in Copenhagen, stayed over 8 times there so far.. summer , winter with snow all good and the treatment is amazing . I personally prefer light colored suite rooms to purple one. As well the spa Amazing is highly recommended

All the natives of Copenhagen recognize this or view it as the best hotel in town. The location is quite exceptional and the service is top rated. Restaurants in the hotel are quite good in the food, and keeping with Copenhagen standards, is excellent. The downside is that the property is showing its age and though it appears to have had some cosmetic updates, the physical part is not so good.

One thing stands out in this hotel is the employees. Been to many 5 stars, this one is truly special. Everyone is so kind and ready asisst, start from the doorman with biggest smiles and welcoming, the receptions were amazing ppl, Razvan & Cecilia are there for your need, the concierge who is willing to spend hours attending guests curiousity.

After staying here for a week the doorman stopped me from entering and asked me what I was doing there. Not that I needed to have been staying there to justify my entering the hotel, since they have restaurants open to the public, but I reached for my keycard and finally was allowed to pass.

Of course, this only happened when I was not accompanied by my partner. Apparently a single Asian female needs extra scrutiny at the door of a public place.

Also, I had the concierge send very important documents for me. They were not sent and when I asked for the tracking, I never heard back from them.
