This is a golf park, not a course. 70 dollars and they don’t mention the entire course is under construction, until seconds before tee off. Administration should be embarrassed. I’ve played this course for years and it has only gotten worse and worse and worse. No longer have GPS on the carts. Greens have not recovered from being punched. Bunkers are hard packed clay with rocks. Areas with water are full of trash. And I get it the water is street run off but 5 years ago you wouldn’t have seen a full on baby pool sitting on the shore of the water amongst the trash. Staff members wearing terrible yellow T-shirts. Saw beverage cart on hole 1 and hole 18. Honestly can’t believe anyone would willingly play here. And I feel like I was ripped off. By September your course should be ready for cooler months there is no way they will be ready for prime golf here this winter. Would not recommend playing or booking anything at this course it will be a few years before it will be back in good shape. But don’t know if they have the staff or the ability to pull it off. Just my opinion.

Pros: Great staff and fun course design.

Cons: Course conditions. Overgrown poorly marked tee boxes, inconsistent maintenance of the fairways, standing water in many bunkers and on the cart path, many bunkers are hard packed to the point that you won’t even leave footprints walking into them, 8th green was covered in goose droppings, water hazards smelled of sewage.

I’ve played this course a couple times in the winter months and remembered enjoying it and thought it was well maintained. I know courses can be difficult to maintain and greens need to be aerated in the summer months but I’ve played many courses around here that are still enjoyable to play despite the difficulty the summer months bring to course maintenance. I’ve recently played Arizona Golf Resort and Desert Sands which are nearby and found both of them to be in much better summer condition. I hope this place gets sorted out because it really is a fun course.

Way overpriced for what you get here.

The good: Staff was friendly, I like the course design.

The bad: Golf Carts are not in good shape, the course was a mess with trash and debris, the tee boxes were incredibly uneven or just sand, the greens were as rough as south phoenix roads and inconsistent, the smell coming from the water hazards smelled like sewage, the yardage on the cards were not even close to actual yardage checked by a range finder.

Course design was fun, but for 75 bucks, not worth it. Much better taken care of courses for cheaper prices out there.

Lost on hole 17/18 July 13th Please if you've seen it, have it, turn it in. Thank you to the staff. Hopefully i see it again. Looking forward to the upcoming improvements. Always enjoy the course.

I've been a regular at Superstition Springs, often taking advantage of the Back 9 and breakfast deal. Unfortunately, my experience has steadily declined, with today being the worst.

The tee box markers were placed but not set. This is minor, but the absence of flagsticks on the first four holes made the game extremely difficult. We reported this on hole 1, yet it wasn't resolved until hole 5.

The restaurant, which opens at 7, didn't answer our calls on hole 8 or 9. Upon finishing our round, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our breakfast to be ready.

The course is in overall pretty good condition, with the greens being decent depending on the hole.

These issues may seem small, but they are basic things that shouldn't be happening. It's disappointing to see this decline in quality and service.

Came to my cousin's wedding and helped out before the ceremony. The staff was so incredibly polite and helpful!! Gorgeous venue and LGBTQ friendly 🥰

Outdoor garden areas are gorgeous.
All indoor areas need updating & cleaning. The ceremony attended only had 2 songs to play & were not played at the right time. Overall a beautiful experience, love is beautiful.

We did a luncheon for a 1st communion celebration. The venue did a wonderful job. The food was delicious, the space was perfect, and the servers were kind and courteous. Jovanka is wonderful to work with. It was a blessed day!

We loved having our wedding here ! It was such an amazing experience. The staff and our wedding coordinator Candi were extremely helpful and made our day smooth. Definitely recommend having your wedding here !

UPDATE: Had a great conversation with the General Manager - they took the time to want to schedule a conversation with me to discuss my review. It was clear this was something they were greatly disappointed with and got a very genuine response from Kyle. It was nice to be heard. Thank you Kyle for the talk today.

One note about the trash that I was not aware with. Apparently its a known problem that after heavy rain (it rained very hard the night before we played) that trash from nearby highways gets on the course pretty bad. Its a known issue that they work very hard to keep up with. Hearing that they take it seriously was a good thing.

I appreciated that Kyle took the time and was very genuine in wanting to hear the whole story of our stay.

I plan on accepting his invitation to return later in the year. Thanks Kyle. Great job.

Had a disappointing time here. Course is good, challenging layout that was fun to play.

The bad. And this should be easy stuff but was shocked how much they fell short.

First - clean up the garbage around the course. The amount of litter on the water edges and basically all over the course was pretty gross.

Next, if you are going to charge 10 bucks for a hot dog, which is fine - don’t serve the thing on a bun that is stale and completely falling apart. Getting a hot dog right is easy. Do better.

Finally, and this was just laughable after the other things that annoyed us - the beer from the cart was warm. Don’t hand anyone warm beer. Not having ice in your cooler is a joke.

Clean the place up and get those basics right and it would have been a lot better.

Carla and her team are SOOOO amazing! My husband and I chose to get married here because the venue is beautiful (and a fraction of the price most venues are these days), but mostly because we fell in love with Carla haha. She saw my vision and ran with it, made the whole experience very stress free for me. There are so many details that she thought of that I would have overlooked, including tucking in my hanger strap for me 😂.
We had a wine themed wedding and as soon as the ceremony was over, her team came out with trays of wine to serve everyone and get the cocktail hour started.
I cannot recommend this place enough!

We held our wedding at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club in February 2024, and WOW! Jovanka and her staff were amazing! Jovanka ensured our experience was the best it could be with her responsiveness and professionalism, not to mention her grace with our big loud family. :-) The venue was beautiful, greens were maintained, the hall was set up better than expected and the sunset view are amazing. We would HIGHLY recommend this venue.

I played 18 at Las Sendas on 3/1/2024. My flight arrived in PHX well before my tee time, so there was plenty of time to enjoy the range and short game area. The course was very well kept, and had an interesting variety of challenges. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, from start to finish.

This Course was in excellent shape. The greens were rolling true with good wintergrass coverage. A true test of your accuracy on approach shots. Bring a sharp short game to play your best. The bunkers needed work from hole 7 on but it looks like they might be trying to improve them. We just lifted and raked under. All staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed our day of golf.
We will be back for sure and recommend you try this Pete Dye Design gem.

Loved this course. Beautiful, fun but difficult. Well kept. All employees nice even the marshal, lol. When I lost my ball on maybe the 3rd hole, an employee (may have been the marshal) was out helping to look for my ball. He even found it and brought it to us after finishing the hole. Even though I scored 15 more than at Longbow course the day before, I'd love to play again.

Great affordable, challenging course for winter play. Well kept. Greens in great shape. Food/drink and restrooms on course. No yardage posted on carts or heads. Eighteenth hole a bit odd, otherwise we'll worth the play.

Great venue for a wedding. All inclusive and all in one location made for a great event. Staff is very patient while keeping things moving forward. I highly recommend it.

My now husband and I were married here and we loved it. We booked in September 2022 for December 2023 and the process was so smooth. Tyra and Joe were so kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The packages were amazing, honestly a great deal for what was included. All of the vendors were top quality. The day of the wedding we worried about nothing but showing up and getting ready, and when I saw the spaces they were beautifully decorated and just as we envisioned. We saw the staff working very very hard with smiles included to make sure we could just enjoy our day, and we definitely did. We are so grateful we chose them to help us make the day we will remember forever.

We were at the The Grill at Las Sendas. Great indoor, outdoor and patio seating. We had a fairly large adult group for a 65th birthday brunch. The food was AMAZING! Everyone commented on how good the potatoes were. They have heaters outside if it gets too chilly. Very nice! I would definitely go back and definitely recommend to others!

What a wonderful atmosphere, calming with fountains and birds chirping. The lighting gave such a warm feel. The history of this place is truly a part of Arizona history. Please check it out. A time I will never forget.

Loved this course! First time playing it and would love to return to avenge the punishment it doled out on me. Nearly every hole the grass was in great shape. Some spots here and there where there was too much cart traffic. Greens ran true. Scenery was fantastic with lots of large cactus.

Red Mountain Ranch is a Pete Dye course that apparently fell into some disrepair some years ago. If so, after some reinvestment and an engaged member community, they have brought it back to to premiere winter conditions. The rolling elephant mounds and deep sand traps are classic PD designs - even a center fairway drive may have a slight slope setting the ball slightly above or below your feet.

The various obstacles create a number challenges that will force you to decide to play it safe or clear a pit / sand / elephant mound or water - confidence is critical.

The greens were rolling slow in Dec 2023 - but the breaks and slopes make me happy they were.

Overall - an outstanding day on a challenging course in good winter shape.

Greens were in excellent condition.
The only negative thing i could find is that some of the homes were too close to the playing area.
And for my level of player made me nervous on some of the holes.
But I definitely will play it again.

All inclusive wedding venue (indoor or outside) for a decent price w/ GREAT people (Coordinators) + family owned in a historic building in Mesa (1911). Beautiful! :-)

My daughter was just married at the
Wright House and it was beautiful. I can't say enough about the beauty of the venue (the lights at night were magic) and the staff and service as they were all exceptional. The wedding coordinator was also fantastic. I highly recommend this place for weddings or any other event. Definitely a five star!

If you are planning for a wedding and want to have a stress free, fun, and affordable planning experience, The Landmark is perfect. We booked in January 2022 for October 2023 and met Tyra and Joseph. I work in the wedding industry and Tyra is one of the most organized, direct, creative and kind hearted professionals I have worked with. The venue itself is beautiful, our guests loved the passed champagne pre-ceremony, the cocktail hour at sunset and the vibey reception space and bar. We used most of their vendors, Santis Catering, 24/7 DJ, MayaPapaya photo, their bartenders, and it was so easy on the day of! Landmark made our planning process so simple, but the day of could not have gone better. From getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite, to the staff masterfully slowing the ceremony start time when some family was running late without myself or my husband getting stressed, to Tyra bustling and fixing my dress, the team made the whole day so much fun!

Awesome course, first time playing, the mountain backdrops on certain holes is something out of a video game! Though I'm a bad golfer, I had a blast, roadrunners all over the place watching. Course was immaculate shape, very green and cut well. Wish I lived in this neighborhood.

This was a beautiful venue. They had several events happening at once but you couldn't hear anyone else due to the distance between areas and the lush vegetation. So private and beautiful. The staff was amazing too. I would love to go back for another event. This place is so beautiful

I cannot say enough about The Wright House! My daughter’s wedding was perfect. She knew even before she was engaged that she wanted to get married at Provençal, and she was not disappointed! From the moment we visited, we were treated with kindness and every question was answered. The venue itself is truly one of a kind…you don’t even feel like you’re in Arizona — it’s like you have stepped into another world. Candi was our coordinator and she helped us so much…holding both mine and my daughter’s hands all the way through. I couldn’t believe how every detail was attended to and we were cared for every moment we were there. Spencer, the owner, was also so very willing to answer questions and so accommodating, patient with our lack of experience. Between the lush gardens, romantic lights, beautiful buildings, and their amazing team, everything was perfect and I would recommend The Wright House over and over again!!!!

My wife and I got married this past weekend- 9/23/23 and from beginning to end our experience working with Aldea and specifically Tyra was fantastic. Our families have not stopped talking about how fantastic she and Joseph were! They are such an organized group of individuals and from planning to execution everything went perfectly. We had such an amazing, stress free day and night and we could not have imagined our day going any more perfectly. We are so grateful for Tyra!

Excellent course! The course was in great condition when I played. First time here, and I will absolutely be back!
This is definitely a challenging course. Fairways are a good size and hittable, but the greens are tough - they're fast, very small, and guarded by bunkers and large hills that fall down and below the green. Good approach shots with the right distances are a must to go low.
Overall, it's definitely a course to add to your list! Better than most local courses and a challenge for even the best golfers!

The management knows the course needs some work and is working on it. Partly it’s the golfers fault. I see a lot of players here that don’t repair ball marks, divots, and drive like idiots all over the course. They don’t pick up practice balls or help keep up. The pro shop is good. Staff is always super friendly.Lounge and bar are comfortable. I have hope for the future of the course. Went to a hosted beer/food dinner. It was excellent.

Course was in great shape greens were perfect and consistent have an ok range and putting green. Course overall was beautiful though.

Throughout the wedding planning she was beyond helpful when working with vendor communication, keeping personal details organized, and made us feel completely taken care of. On wedding day my husband and I were her TOP priority and she made everything run seamlessly. She directed us where to go when, but was incredibly discreet to make us feel comfortable.

The entire staff was helpful and professional, and we cannot express how happy we were with our entire wedding experience thanks to The Landmark team. I cannot recommend Aldea Weddings enough! I picked this venue for my wedding ceremony/reception in April 2022, and I’m so glad I did. As this company has all-inclusive packages I didn’t have to worry about the hassle of contracts with vendors or decorating the space for the day of. With all the planning and attentiveness of the team here, our wedding went off without a hitch.

I found this course to be pretty challenging. I enjoyed the layout of the course though. The course was not in the greatest shape weeds and dead rough in a lot of areas. The Marshall was a constant annoyance. We had 3 groups of 4 playing. I was in the last group. Behind my group was a group of walkers. The Marshall continued to tell us we were 10 minutes behind. The group behind us was 2 holes back. So I don’t understand why he picked us to harp on. Oh btw we all played 36 so we gave the course a nice chunk of change. The bartender said it was just her today and was about the rudest person I met on this trip. This is not a course I will be visiting again.

We booked a tee time to golf here. We are out of state and just wanting to get in some nice golf while visiting. No where could we find a dress code listed for this course however, when we arrived, the designer boutique jeans I was wearing were “denim” and not allowed on the course. The gentleman at the pro shop was snooty and snobby about it actually speaking to my husband as if I wasn’t even in the room. Needless to say we cancelled our tee time and went elsewhere. I would give no stars.

I'm new to golf so I don't have much experience to compare this location to but I have gone to a couple other courses and ranges. The driving range has lots of tee boxes at the driving range, none are under shade or wind protection but the bucket of balls is affordable. It does get busy in the afternoons in the busy season and sometimes there are no spots left. There is also a putting and chipping green right there. The staff is super nice and make a point to welcome everyone and say hi. They do not pressure an upsell of the membership.

As per the course, I have only done the front nine and it is scenic and affordable. The pond need some trash pick up more often but otherwise the location is clean.

Being so new to the sport, I was very intimidated about the thought of hitting the range but I felt comfortable here quickly.

We are so glad we got married at the landmark. Joseph was so helpful during our early conversations and when there was a mixup with a vendor, and Tyra was an amazing event coordinator. Living out of state we needed a venue we could trust that would include some vendor credits, and I could not be happier that we went with the landmark. Everything was so beautifully done and well organized, we barely had to think about logistics once we landed in Arizona thanks to Tyra. At the end of the night, everyone was able to dance until the very end because the Landmark team did such an amazing job with getting us all packed up. I would recommend them a hundred times over.

The staff was as friendly as a cheap course and not at all snobby. Both the guy behind the front desk and the starter were super nice and helpful. Course was gorgeous, and the price wasn't too bad considering it's not your average "old person" retirement course surrounded by houses. Everything from the course to the staff was excellent and the food was good as well. The course was in good shape and had all sorts of fun water holes and challenging hazards. Still was a very scoreable course despite all that. I will be back next year when I visit again.

We absolutely loved playing this course. It was tough w/ all of the elevation changes and bunkers. But the course is beautifully maintained, greens are fun and stunning views.

We even saw a family of javelina, which was really cool. Got a video of a Roadrunner. It was a fun day!

I played the course and ate in the restaurant two days in a row recently. The course is challenging, with narrow fairways, and greens well-guarded by deep bunkers. The scenery is fantastic and the course is well cared for.

The food at the restaurant was really great. I had the spicy chicken sandwich the first day and the Philly cheese steak on the second. The sandwich was good but the cheese steak was really great. I have eaten at the classic joints in Philadelphia and the cheese steak here is just as good as any. Tons of cheese and a small mountain of steak...yum!

Overall, a neat place and the handful of members I came across were very pleasant as well. Will definitely come back.

Edit 2023: This course is no longer in good shape. I am sure the food is good, but the last 2 times I have played the course it has been a goat track. I can't recommend this course anymore.
