What an awesome place to have a beautiful classy event. Everything was on time and as promised. Mr Jude and everyone else were great

We booked Richfield for our wedding at Art factory on 5/31/24 and the entire experience was incredible. From the initial tasting, to planning an extensive menu months in advance, to the day of execution, Jude and his crew delivered an incredible night of food and service. We still have guests raving about how good the food was and how wide of an array options the caterer presented. Jude was extremely accommodating to any requests we had, also being very helpful and quick to respond in the planning process. We are shocked the average rating wasn’t a 5 star on Google. We will not only recommend Richfield, but will advocate to get anyone we know to go with them for catering events in the future!

Came here for a sweet 16 party for my sister. Was an extremely impressed with the way the venue looked and presented its self. Only had one issue with someone telling off/yelling at my boyfriend but someone came by and apologized for it. Which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

I had my wedding at the Richfield Regency and it was such a dream! Trish and the team made our wedding planning so smooth and it all came out so beautiful! THE FOOD... wow, it was delicious! My guest are still talking about my wedding and how good the food was and let's not forget about the dessert presentation, that was one of my favorite parts! Thank you Trish & team once again for making my special day so perfect!

We want to thank Trish so much for making our wedding day at Richfield Regency so incredibly perfect. This place was absolutely beyond perfect, we still cannot get over the food. THE FOOD THEY PROVIDE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Every single thing we ate was delicious, and that has NOT been my experience at most other wedding venues I've attended! They really take care of you here, just making you feel like you are the two most important people in the world. The lighting, the dance floor, the room, everything was just 100% for us. The experience was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Thank you Richfield Regency for understanding what makes a perfect wedding celebration.

If I could give the Richfield Regency more stars, I would. I live directly across the street from the Richfield, but for some reason, it was the last venue I went to see. I searched high and low for a venue that could make my dreams for my big day come true. From the beginning, Trish was excellent. She put me at ease and we had an instant connection. Besides the overall look and feel of the venue, food was the important thing to us. Trish had no issue with us doing a tasting before we booked because she knew how important it was to us. We were all set to go, but then the pandemic happened and we had to move our wedding to another date 6 months later. We actually had a micro-wedding on our intended wedding date like other covid couples had. I will tell you though, postponing and actually going through with our big day even though we were already married was the best decision we made. We did still had a ceremony and did a vow renewal during the ceremony time. We got a second chance to make our day absolute perfect. It was truly, truly magical and beyond worth it to go through with the big day after all. The staff was amazing. After the ceremony, Trish noticed that the bustle on my dress was breaking. Let me just say that Trish went above and beyond to repair my dress in the bridal suite minutes before I had to walk out and do my first dance. SHE SAVED THE DAY in addition to getting all of the details right for my day every step of the way.
Every time I turned around, the Maitre'D was there, pushing in my chair, there to answer my questions, there to get a drink order from me and my husband, etc. All of my guests said that the wait staff was the best they had ever had at the wedding. And the food was even better than at our tasting. I was blown away by everything. I'm not one for dessert, but the viennese was SPECTACULAR! My guests RAVED about it. It truly was one of the best parts of the reception. DO NOT MISS OUT ON IT.
If I could do it all again, I wouldn't change a single thing. Thank you again to all of the staff and Trish at the Richfield Regency. You gave me an experience that my husband, family, friends and I will cherish the rest of our lives.

Also, just a note: someone else below put that they think the upstairs rooms couldn't fit 80 people comfortably. We had 84 people plus the staff and my vendors and it didn't fill tight at all. I would've had 100 people in there if more people felt comfortable attending a wedding so soon after COVID restrictions being lifted, and I'm confident that an additional 20 people would've fit comfortably into the room as well.

Very friendly staff! Well organized. The best place to have a wedding. Food is delicious! I had my wedding here in May 2019. Trish you're great at what you do. You've always showed my hubby Aswel and I love and hospitality whenever we came. Till to this day Aswel and I speaks highly of you and encourages our friends and family to have their events there. I had the biggest ball room along with the chapel where we had our ceremony and then the reception. My aunt did her thing with the decor. Our guest still raves about the food and the amount of food there was to the drinks that were served to the ice sculpture. Omggggg I loved it!!! Thank you for making it a memorable night! People this is the place to have your events, you will not be disappointed.
