Is no one ever in the office? The price and the area seem great, but days of trying to reach out to someone and still nothing except an email stating they're out of the office. So does no one work there?
I don't suggest moving here at all. The parking is unacceptable, they have different looking signs that are "reserved" but the apartment number is not painted on the ground or on the sign. Then when I bought this up to the front desk they told me to bad, nothing they could do. Keep looking cause it's all bad here

We moved here in January and LOVE our experience so far. Management was welcoming and attentive to our initial needs. We have had several service requests that were addressed quickly and accurately by the amazing maintenance crew. Also important to us is that our furball enjoys playing in the community park. The neighborhood and adjacent communities are packed with wonderful parks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a host of other useful businesses. I highly recommend Platt Park Townhomes!

Been living here for a 2+ years and incredibly happy with my home and the staff. Alex has always been helpful, maintenance staff quickly responds, and office staff is always kind.
I'm a resident of over four years. One whom can attest and very much appreciate the recent changes made. Recent events led to less than satisfactory experiences. Yet, seeing the changes being made to ensure the safety and happiness of residents is GREAT!

Many thanks to Four Star Realty and the staff of The Villas Denver!

Great place, the management is awesome. Ricky Bates is very helpful, caring, and understanding. He wouldn't give up until he fixed my problems, so I couldn't be happier or
more humble for the villas.

WARNING!!
-The Villas Denver has to be the worst apartment complex in Denver in my 9 years of renting 9 different places. The toilets are always backed up, the room I moved into was not clean, my roommates are inconsiderate, way overpriced, the bathroom is disgusting, the WIFI never actually works so I'm paying extra for a data hotspot, not to mention parking situation is terrible and cars are always getting broken into or stolen. No one is happy living here nothing but bad vibes good luck getting any packages from Amazon because the office never knows where they are the tap water is gross and the facility maintenance is slow the shower pressure is weak the walls are poorly insulated the staff do nothing whenever you have a complaint and it costs more than $500 just to switch into a different room ghetto ghetto ghetto I'm glad I left my car got stuck so many times during winter because the snow plow company is never timely.

I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

The on-site Management and Maintenance Team are amazing! The Property Manager, Monica has been very helpful and awesome at resolving any of my questions and concerns. The Maintenance Supervisor, Daniel knows his stuff and has been quick to complete repairs in my apartment and on the property. It's obvious that these guys care about this community and even more so about all of us that call this place "home." I just renewed my lease for another year. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a place to live and move in here! You won't be disappointed.

This has got to be the most unprofessional apartments I went to rent a apartment and the carpet looked like they literally just vacuumed the vents the walls was trashed they have you give them a holding deposit and then they don’t give it back in a timely manor no one in the office has answers and they have no quality of care for these apartments the maintenance does Mickey Mouse jobs and thinks he has fixed a mansion cars are broken into the trash on site is disgusting there are rats by trash cans it is a nasty place I understand people need a place to live and many don’t file complaints because they don’t want to be kicked out I am going to continue to call health department and also BBB and let them see there selves the conditions these apartments are in and the staff also I hope this helps and I hope people are able to find something better before getting trapped in a lease also Becareful there are bugs here also.
If you are looking for a super affordable furnished room with a private bathroom in walking distance to downtown Denver, this is the place for you. The community is safe, gated, and quiet. The main office staff is very polite, responsible, and helpful, and they address any maintenance need very quickly. I had a great experience living in this community and highly recommend it, especially for someone who's looking for a short term lease. They offer both 6-month and 1-year lease.

I’ve lived here for three years. The turnaround in the office staff is alarming. There is little response when making calls to the office. When I first moved in, the apartment I moved into looked NOTHING like the model I toured. My kitchen sink didn’t work for 4 months despite continued calls and trouble tickets submitted through the portal.

Most recently, they pulled an Amazon package from the locker hub. I tried calling the office and leaving messages twice. No messages were ever returned. As I work during their office hours, it was very frustrating to make time to go to the office. THEY OPENED MY PACKAGE! Last I remembered, it’s a federal offense to tamper with someone’s mail.

My lease is up and I’m not renewing. There are many other apartment complexes that offer more amenities at less cost.
Every time I put in a work order for my apartment here at the Villas on 76th Avenue apartment. The maintenance crew here is outstanding and always get the work done and a timely manner!

Coming from someone who has lived in various apartment complexes, I am appalled with my experience at the Villas. The name makes me want to vomit. Let me break down my experience for you: parking - plan on parking along the street (outside the gate which is never closed) where your car is subject to being hit, plan on purchasing a gym membership or rec-center membership because there are absolutely ZERO amenities, don't plan on ever getting sleep because someone is always having a party (cops are almost always present), don't keep any valuables in your car (cars are broken into regularly because the gates are never closed), and for your sanity, YOU WILL NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER, PERSONABLE, RESPECTFUL, OR CLEAR DIRECTION FROM ANY OF THE STAFF. The staff are rude, exceptionally hard to reach (if you get ahold of them at all), messages are not relayed and/or adhered to, and they have an arrogant demeanor of notwithstanding their end of agreements. Not to mention, the rooms and communal areas are disgusting. When I moved in, my showerhead was covered in mold, there was spilt drinks/food all over the doors, the blinds didn't budge (I was backed up to a main street), and my roommate had a dog that shed hair absolutely everywhere. I will go above and beyond the expectations to leave things better then how I received them. YOU CAN BET THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN CHARGE ME FOR THINGS OUT OF MY CONTROL OR OUT OF THE EXPECTATIONS THAT WERE GIVEN. Save your time, money, and attention, and look elsewhere! I should've stayed in a hotel before I ever moved into this rathole. NEVER EVER in this lifetime would I recommend these apartments. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will regret it. AC has been broken and they say they are going to fix it and never do. This place is infested with roaches they claim that there was someone who came and bombed the place twice but yet the problem is still not fixed. I told the office building and they never put anything in their notes to keep up with the maintenance or roaches.

I would have to say my experience at Tuscan Heights has made picking out an apartment rather easy. My family member has lived there for about 5 years and he has never had a problem. While I was recently, visiting he had an issue with a water leak coming from the apartment above him. And called maintenance. The young woman that came to fix the problem was very respectful and helpful to his situation. He also had his disposal break down and the two techs that came out to fix it were rather impressive respectful and responsive. I believe it was the same woman who helped before and her manager. I spend a lot of time at Tuscan Heights with my brother and am highly considering leasing from them… The complex I currently live in doesn’t have the same attributes as Tuscan heights
Your office staff can use some work some are rather rude..
I mainly want to live in a community that is willing to fix whatever problems I have in my apartment and not act like I’m a big inconvenience. And this community seems to be the one they at least care

They never reply, call you back or anything. I Lived here since 2019. I try my best to not get the office staff involved but sometimes I have to. For example, I have not received my Grey Star Utility bill email this month, so how am I suppose to know what to pay? Obviously they expect all our bills to be paid but offer little to no help whatsoever. I called grey Star about this and there response was "I can try to send you the email but I can't promise you will get it". I was beyond frustrated. I went to the office too because I HAVE to know what my bills will be so I can get them paid in full and on time, they told me to check the resident portal for answers, and folks there is absolutely zero info on what my utility bill be for the next month on the resident portal, and their resident portal is the most confusing piece of garbage I've ever had to deal with. There is no option to put in a fixed amount on that website, and to make matters worse there are numbers everywhere on the payment center $12 dollars for this $36 for that. How are we supposed to know what to pay?! They have no real intention to fix their mess of a resident portal. So going back to what I was saying: they never reply to my emails, messages and calls no matter how important they are. It seems to me the only way to get their attention is to write a review like this and hope they see it. They are terrible at their job. If you want a nice place to live sure they have nice units, but they lack respect and urgency and human decency when it comes to their tenants.
I love my home and it’s a beautiful place.i love the fact it has washer and dryer.the manager Jacky is the best. And the land is just gorgeous I really recommend you come a live her so we can be pals.
The staff is empathic, compassionate and most importantly professional. I truly am happy knowing that the property management team followed thru in a timely manner with the concerns I recently addressed
This place is great! The management team truly makes this an enjoyable. They are all professional, approachable and really care about helping the residents.
My Son rented unit 11-1103 at this place, his lease ended in June. When he was to move out and went to ask why the charges where so high they told him to wait until Monday 7/3 because the manager was not available. Monday we went in and the explanation was that the 500+ charge was for the 3 extra days up to July 3rd, but that charge was already showing since June 30th that was the reason we wanted to see a manager and they were not able to explain anything, on top of those charges they charged the utility bill back and shared utilities for those days. Then they sent a letter saying they are taking part of the deposit for a utility bill back (that they had already charged) In August he receives an other bill for Utility bill back and a treat to send him to collection. We called and told him they had not even refunded the deposit and they are charging more, they took the remainder of the deposit and made him pay the remainder. In total he was charged for 3 utility bill backs and the office does not now how to explain or has no answers they just said that is how it is.
Horrible Place
I was transferred from a sister property and boy do I regret it!!! Been here since November no heat when it was cold and no AC now that it’s hot as hell!!! I too, have submitted work orders and so far, got nothing fixed!!! It’s like it was fixed half fast just to shut me up. It worked one day and now I’m back to nothing!!! I wake up days, to no water??!!! No heads up or nothing!! As I type this, I’m supposed to be at work but NO FRICKEN WATER!!! An email would have been nice!!!! It’s almost like they just allow anyone to rent here! People leaving trash everywhere, having full blown parties out of their vehicles in the parking lot!! No respect for other people’s vehicles!! It’s almost like maintenance don’t exist here!!! I only gave a 1 star because I had give something in order to post this review!!!!

As a current resident I unfortunately would not recommend living here to anyone I like. I was very late to work today because the neighbor decided to park their car in front of my garage and block me in. Management knows this is an ongoing issue but does nothing about it.
Update: Thank you replying. The parking situation has improved in recent weeks. I have since increased my rating.

This place is a joke, do not move here. The managers never hear every time. I've come up to speak with her, she's never here. Maintenance is never here, things never get done. Things should change around here. Manager should be here for your business hours.
Been living here since November of 2022 and nothing but a headache with these people, the passed few months I've been asking to fix the AC in my unit and still nothing yet asking for weeks now and still get the same answer "we have one company that comes out once a week fixing 4 to 5 ac units" I have not seen anyone come and fix the units. And today 07/20/2023 the assistant manager Jose told me that "we don't have to give you the AC". I have 2 kids that live with me I can't have them in the house that almost 90° in here. They do not care about the residents, also got my car stolen, the office didn't help at all or show the cameras to me. Paying a little over 1600 for a 2 bed that barely has working appliances that they still haven't fixed yet, they have maintenance that doesn't know how to fix anything .I would advise do not rent here
Current resident. This place has been nothing but a pain. At the time of this entry I have experienced not having power in my unit twice in three days. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of maintenance if the needs are urgent. Management has changed 3 times since I moved in. Current management is attempting to make everything right but they are over worked. That being said, I haven’t had AC since I moved in, currently dealing with bedbugs that don’t seem to go away as well. All this to end up paying a bit over $1400 a month for a 1bedroom 1 bath apartment. This place is worn down with no visible attempts to rectify any issues in a timely manner. It is my best recommendation for you to steer away from renting an apartment on this property as its website is misleading. Those pictures presented are not an accurate representation of the current living conditions experienced. From a safety standpoint, adams county sheriffs office constantly patrols the complex as well as private security due to being a place where gunshots are heard in the neighboring areas, stolen cars are frequently abandoned on the property, suspicious people at all times of day, and the occasional homeless person going thru the dumpsters. As I stated previously, I HIGHLY encourage you to look elsewhere as this complex has proven to be more of a burden than an asset.

I’ve been living here for three years; and last year that I renewed my contract; I asked if my carpet can be cleaned; and the new Manager that I talked to said; she would do it; Is been a year and still hasn’t been done; I called couple of months ago saying; that there is a leak on the roof; nobody has come to fix the problem; I also called about the water pressure and they said the same thing; they would send someone; still nothing!
This place is infected with cockroaches; They have come to supposedly fix the problem but it didn’t work.
I would never recommend anyone to live here.
Living at Platt Park Townhomes was one of the most frusturating and demoralizing experiences in my life. They do not care about their tenants, they will put off repairs for 3+ months after repeatedly closing maintenance requests without actually doing anything. Their employees are openly inconsiderate when you go into the office. They will laugh in your face if you ask about ongoing issues or have general questions that are totally reasonable.

Dante names the eighth circle of hell "Malebolge" and it is for the fraudsters. "Malebolge" is where Platt Park Townhomes, their employees, and all the greater RedPeak Management belong. Mic drop.
Was very hopeful after new management but it has been 90 days waiting for my deposit back. Had to retain a lawyer from Colorado connect seems that nothing has changed with the new management.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tuscan Heights Apartments, and I must say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire leasing process.

The energy in the leasing office was contagious, and I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The staff's positive and friendly attitudes were truly infectious, and I couldn't help but feel excited about the prospect of living in such a welcoming community.

Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and outgoing, but they were also extremely informative. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of the amenities and features of the property, leaving no stone unturned. I felt confident that I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about whether Tuscan Heights was the right fit for me.

And lastly, I have to mention just how beautiful the property is. From the well-maintained grounds to the renovated and stylish apartments, every detail was carefully considered and expertly executed. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in creating an inviting and comfortable living environment for their residents.

Overall, my experience at Tuscan Heights Apartments was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's professionalism, friendliness, and outgoing demeanor made a lasting impression on me, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone in search of a warm and welcoming community to call home.

I've been living at the Villas for almost two years, when I first moved to Denver this was my first apartment. I'm incredibly thankful for how cost friendly the place is compared to a lot of the other options in Denver. I've recommended this place to anyone I know who is wanting to live in a good area that's well priced without the hassle of finding roommates. They have a roommate matching process and I've gotten along very well with my roommates ever since being here. I love that I have my own bathroom and in unit laundry. Some people have mentioned the parking situation, and yes it was very difficult to find parking when living here last year, however now I find it very easy to find a spot.
I think this space is perfect for students or singles looking to move to Denver for the first time! The staff has been polite and I appreciate that they feel like friendly neighbors to us. I definitely haven't had great apartment experiences in the past, so I'm very thankful that they are receptive to tenants and our needs.
I've loved living at the Villas. I've been here for almost two years, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. For location, it's close enough to downtown to bike anywhere, plus the RTD stop right next to the apartments is only one stop from Union Station. The Property Manager, Sadie, is super friendly and always is working hard to continuously make improvements to the living experience, and the Leasing Manager, Taylor, is always warm and inviting whenever I stop by the office or when we see each other around the property. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it is attended to quickly, and it's just overall been a great place to live!
If you are handicapped don't expect to be able to do laundry, they are all on the back side of the building up a flight of stairs, and the laundry rooms are only open during business hours theres so much crime. They can't keep good people working or even their own website and try to force you to pay $25 money gram fee to pay rent because they dont take checks/money orders. Takes them months to fix serious safety issues. There's no getting rid of the Rats because there is so much garbage in all of the dumpsters. If your on the first floor be prepared to be flooded every time theres a hard rain. OH and trying to get ahold of someone to resolve an issue is nearly impossible unless you happen to go to the office and catch the person in the office.
The maintenance team at Estrella is top notch! Jose and Daniel go above and beyond when it comes to hands-on customer service. Each time I have had a maintenance concern it has been addressed quickly and accurately. My most recent issue was with a washing machine in one of the community laundry rooms. I called the on call maintenance line and Daniel responded right away. He was able to have an on-site associate tend to my issue but said that if I needed further assistance he would be willing to come back to the property even though it was after hours to help me retrieve my clothes from the washer. I was so impressed and thankful for his speedy response and the fact that he was so incredibly nice and helpful. It is evident that both the office staff and maintenance team care about their residents and that is just one of the many reasons I am happy to call this community home. Thank you!
I did a video tour of this apartment a couple months ago and was in the process of applying and I'm so glad that I didn't finish my application and read the reviews and management replies to those reviews. This place is definitely a very bad place to live. I can almost guarantee you that every single resident that lives here hates it. I will not be wasting my time applying ever to this place you couldn't pay me enough to live here!
I went in to view a 1 bed 1 bath apartment today and the lady who showed me around seemed friendly enough. She said that she was just filling in today and floats around different apartments who need help with showings. I got to see the decorated apartment and the gym in the office. Not a bad set up for an apartment gym, seemed to have access to it 24/7? Not sure, wasn't given a clear answer. The laundry machines take a refillable card, but I didn't get to see the laundry rooms so I don't know how that looks. I'm assuming it's pretty standard.

I asked about the roach and bedbug reviews that I had seen and the manager in the office said that they do pest control sprays. I asked if it was a scheduled routine for all the apartment units or just as needed and was told it's just as needed and if the pest control would let you know if it was necessary for a second treatment. I didn't feel very comfortable with that answer as I'm sure if one unit is sprayed the bugs would just go next door and be back shortly after. I have a kiddo and a cat and am needing a place that takes it's sanitation seriously and that includes keeping bedbugs and roaches under control in all units. I would have hoped to be told that the entire building would be treated when there was an infestation rather than just by the unit as needed.

Over all, it doesn't seem bad, they have a pool, laundry on site, a gym, and it leads off onto Federal Blvd for easy navigation. This just doesn't seem to be the place that I'd be comfortable in were there to be an issue with pests. I read some of the other reviews as far as repairs and maintenance goes and I would like to rent from a complex that takes those things seriously. Having a responsive and caring office staff is important to me in the case of emergencies.

Don't move here. There has been a leak in my bedroom ceiling that has created black mold. I have reported this and asked for a fix and I've been absolutely ignored. They marked the maintenance ticket as complete which is a flat out lie since there is still an open hole in my bathroom ceiling and black mold on/in the ceiling of my bedroom which is visible. The property manager does not care. She actively ignores my phone calls, never returns any of my messages and it's insane that I am still expected to pay full rent
If you can afford ANYWHERE ELSE, I would. Do yourself a favor.

The reply to this from management is hilariously awful. It's obviously mold. I'll let everyone else who sees the photos decide for themselves. Your maintenance worker even TOLD ME he sprayed mold killer on it. Wow. I would reach out, but you ignore my phone/emails so..🤷‍♀️
I have a relative that lives in these apartments. They are horrible. She's been without heat since October. There is a bed bug infestation. Management is never there and they will not fix the heat. Also the elevator breaks all the time so handicap people are left in their homes because of it.
We had a great experience with Red Peak when we lived at the Seasons but it went downhill pretty quickly at Platt Park. From being passed around during the initial leasing process due to staff turnover, to living there and never being able to get ahold of the office for help, to now, having moved out 7 months ago with no word about a balance and suddenly receiving calls from a collections agency. Once again, no one will answer the phone and it is frustrating. I understand staffing issues but this has been an issue for several years now. Positives are location and maintenance staff.

I have lived in the Platt Town Townhomes for a few years now. The place and area itself is nice to live in. Most of my time here has been pleasant.

Lately however, we have become extremely disappointed in the level of service especially when it comes to maintenance requests. We have had a work order in for over a month on a major appliance that is still not fixed and just had another item break that has made our sink unusable. We have tried our best to remain patient and understanding but the lack of communication and situation we have been put it in has made living here very unpleasant. I am hoping Red Peak can turn this situation around and I can provide a better ending to this situation but as of now we remain very unhappy.

Here is my experience -- I moved in in March of 2022. The community wasn't bad, at least it wasn't from the 3rd floor. Our doorknob to our front door broke and maintenance came after hours to fix it and quickly. Light out on building in parking lot goes out. My catalytic converter gets stolen. 4 car accidents at the the intersection in front of my apartment. A fight between 3 men, 1 who looked like he had a gun. Someone gets stabbed in the face at building 14. It went from bad to worse. Greystar has not been a pleasure to work with. Tuscan Heights was by far the worst complex I could have chose to live at based on how they treated me on my way out. I would not recommend this property.
Takes weeks before they fix anything. It’s sad. Been having the AC down for about two weeks and our place is overheating. I have a sister who’s bleeding from her nose every night because of how hot it gets. Plus they keep changing management every other month. Like that’s concerning. The backyard fence is falling apart yet nothing is getting done. They increase the rent but can’t even fix our AC or the fencing that’s been falling apart for about 4 years now. Ever since we moved in the windows on the bottom floor have been garbage. During winter all the cold air gets in and we continuously have to keep the heater on in order to keep it at least warm inside. It’s a joke here. Don’t move here and waste your money.
Usually not picky with places to live but this apartment complex is the worst I’ve lived in. There’s noise all of the time from neighbors. A Mexican restaurant nearby is very loud on weekends, and there’s always random homeless people wandering in. Never felt safe living there and the management doesn’t do anything about it. Neighbors always arguing. Cops/ambulances are called literally almost every day it felt like. Roaches infested the apartment. We even had bed bugs during the summer. Do not recommend
It would be awesome if you guys even answered your phone's. 2 plus weeks with a maintenance emergency an you don't even care... Awesome..... No emergency maintenance number. Noone at the office. Great service really......
I only lived at Estrella Apartment homes for one year, but my experience was terrible and would recommend everyone stay far away from this apartment complex.
- The first day I moved in, my closet broke and I wasn't able to use it for like a week.
- I didn't have internet for two months because they were storing refrigerators which prohibited access to the wiring Century Link uses to set up internet and refused to move them despite several in-person visits to the office and phone calls between the two parties.
- I faced a myriad of issues with pests: specifically black biting flies and german cockroaches for the duration of my lease. They had to treat the entire building for roaches during my stay and the roaches still came back, which they did nothing about (probably not even after I moved out to be honest).
- I also experienced a variety of maintenance issues such as a non-functional thermostat and water issues that took way too long to resolve
- The laundry machines were never functional so I had to go to a laundromat.
- The front office was frankly never very helpful and always rude just when I asked for help with these issues

And I am still dealing with this apartment complex two years after leaving. I was charged outrageous move out costs around cleaning and other costs that left me with owing them rather than them giving me my deposits back (which I have gotten back at every other apartment I've lived in). I tried to appeal the charges but they were irresponsive after several months of reaching out, even when I dropped off my appeal in person to them. I finally tried to just pay them to avoid trouble down the road by having my bank send them a check, which they never cashed and got returned to me. I've spent the last two years trying to pay them and they only every provided a response after I sent a dispute to Experian.

Run far far away, as fast as you can.
I was interested in leasing from this apartment. The website stated they had vacancies. I called the number for 3 days, multiple times each day. I was always transferred to an answering service. The person took my name and number and assured me my request would be forwarded. I have received NOT ONE CALLBACK ! What a poor way to do business. I found another apartment. Thanks for nothing Zuni !
This place is terrible. Management changed 3 times. In less than 1 year, random gun shots, my truck was rear ended, my welder was stolen from my work truck, my cutting torch was stolen(they cut my gas/oxy hoses) and they started double charging us for utilities FOR MONTHS... and when we brought it to their attention, they told us that we could either pay the full charge(with the double utility charges) or we will be evicted. Currently getting sewed by the apartment for the eviction!

I am a former resident of the Platt Park townhomes - and what can I say, this place is a great place to live. Having lived in a few apartments in my life, I can say the townhome style definitely feels a lot more spacious and the homes are wonderfully maintained. I would note that there are probably 2 very important areas that make or break a community: 1) How Responsive the Management & Maintenance are and 2) The feel, cleanliness and maintenance of the community.

Platt Park townhomes scores 5 in both categories. I never had to wait for more than a couple of hours to receive a response from either the community manager, maintenance lead, etc. with any issues that we had. Hell, the lead maintenance guy, Justin, even drove 45 minutes one night at midnight to help us clean up an overflowing refrigerator water dispenser. That's great service & it makes you feel secure in living there.

Regarding the cleanliness, maintenance and location of the community, this management team is spot on. There was a problem with the landscaping, and very promptly and in the middle of a pandemic, they switched landscapers and made the problem right. There's a great field that you can use as well, which is fun for both the dogs and the little ones. Otherwise, they have people shoveling the sidewalk when it snows (almost obsessively!) and makings sure the property is in tip top shape.

The location is unbeatable. It's a 10 minute walk to the light rail or South Pearl Street. You have both Whole Foods and Sprouts within walking distance, and several great coffee shops including Nixons and Downpours. I-25 is literally right there, and its 10 minutes without traffic to both the DTC and Downtown.

I would very much highly recommend living here, especially if you are looking for more space in an unbeatable location. 5 stars all around. Thanks RedPeak for the awesome place to live!

Platt Park is the perfect home! We moved in 19 mths ago and we are so happy that we did. You can bike along the Platte, head to the Pearl St eateries just a few blocks away, easy 1-25/Wash Park access, Sprouts literally across the street, OTF + kiddos school only 2 blocks away, stunning interiors in our home, large patio, attached garage, and a super friendly neighborhood where we even play yard games in the private courtyard with our fellow neighbors. The maintenance guys are seriously on point too! Live here - you’ll love it like we do!
My family moved into Platt Park Townhomes in October. We are used to apartment living and we are thrilled to have this change. The location is perfect- we ride our bikes to the South Pearl Street restaurants, shops, and Farmers Market. We also are a short bike ride to Wash Park, Platt Park, and so many awesome restaurants and things to do. We are right next to the light rail so its quick and easy to get downtown. We could not love our location more and that is the most important part for us. We have NEVER heard our neighbors- no noise issues whatsoever. All our neighbors are so friendly. Not to even mention how beautiful our home is-with all the windows and the white modern finishes, I've never loved a home more. It's truly a wonderful place to live and we are thrilled with our decision.
I have been so pleased moving here! It's so quiet, and the management in the office is OUTSTANDING! My apartment is spacious and my kids and I LOVE it. Thank you Sharon and Genevieve in the office for absolutely everything! We are so thankful and pleased!
I have been calling for over a week now and the ONLY people answering calls (after it rings for a long time) are the emergency services line. They can't answer questions about the apartments and all they can do I send messages to what appears to be a non existent office and staff. They apparently don't care enough to answer calls or return calls or EVER be available. When you need a place to live that you can afford asap having things like this is completely unacceptable!! Hire an office staff that will actually WORK!!!!! I know that's a dirty little 4 letter word but it seems to be one that nobody knows the meaning of anymore!!!!!
This place deserves a zero quite frankly. They are ridiculously over prices in the first place and then they will nickel and dime you until your rent comes out to hundreds more than what is spoken about. Not to mention that it will fluctuate up and down a margin of around $100. The "remodel" they did was mostly a waste of money done by people who don't care about their work. They don't take good care of the property there is constantly trash, but if you you have a dog then they will expect your yard to be spotless. The mainenance crew has no idea what they are doing and you will be told that water will be shut off (or they will just do it without notice) for a certain amount of time say an hour and then be off for over 24. But don't expect to be able to get a hold of anyone because you'll mostly get the voicemail and if you do manage to get a leasing agent they probably won't know what to tell you, and if you leave a message don't expect a response. They will act like they are doing you a favor and don't owe you anything. This place is honestly a joke, don't move here.
i have been renting in this place since october, last managent was good but this one i dont like it so much plus every time i go to the office is closed.. 1 of 10 times i go is somebody there im always having trouble trying to put money on the laundry card because the machine is in the office and most of the time is nobody there i normally go every 30mins to check if is open and they just change the time to come back on the door sign.. pretty annoying.!!
SO far,not been approved yet but Erica Waddle is great at her leasing position made me feel at ease very positive outgoing personality all I can say so far good job she does!!!
07/15/13. So for the price it is not to bad of a place to live. We pay 740 a month including heat, water, sewer and trash. Staff Is a 4/5. location is a 4/5. Quality of building is 3/5. Obviously with the amount of rent I pay I'm only expecting what I'm paying. If I wanted nicer places I would be paying more per month. But overall our move in was nice. I also like that it is very quiet for the most part. The only time we hear the highway or other people is when we have our windows open. Everyone is very nice and are definitely a family friendly place so if you don't like children this is not the place for you. Staff is also average at fixing your issues

11/24/13 update. New management is no better. Never do what they say in a timely matter. Building is infested with roaches. They are spraying multiple units to try n get rid of them including ours. Will be moving when lease is up. Knocked stars from 4 to 2

01/15/14 Update
Now we have mold n there not even fixing it. We are moving out ASAP. Moved stars from 2 to 1
