Excellent work of the building supervisor, friendly and attentive to everything that is reported, I do not give him 5 stars, because there are many tenants who smoke marijuana in the parking lot, unfortunately the people who DO NOT use that, it is very unpleasant and annoying the smell
Marta on the cleaning staff is a gem and does an amazing job. She is so warm and helpful and has such attention to detail, it's great having her as a resource in the building!

Living at the Meridia is nice! I especially love how clean the building is and how hard the maintenance staff works to keep the business running beautifully. Marta (cleaning staff) is so meticulous with her work and very friendly to every neighbor. Love have her as part of the Meridia staff!

2 years of living at Meridia Brownstones. Cleaning staff keeps the place clean 24/7. Management is active and involved in the community. Maintenance team is 5 - star as well. Would definitely recommend to others.

Thank you for a great 2 years at Meridia!

I've been living here for 2 years now and have enjoyed it so much more than my previous apartment complex. The maintenance staff and cleaning staff are great and really do a great job keeping the place running and looking fresh.

They are super dog friendly here, nice little dog park (with poop bags and a trash can) along with dog treats in the lobbies!

Great amenities for the humans too, indoor pool, outdoor gym, indoor gym, community lounge, and even an indoor golf simulator.

The leasing office has been a great help with any concerns too. Andrea really gets the tenants and has always followed up on my calls/emails.
The complex is amazing! I was looking for an apartment moving from TX to NJ and what sold me on this apartment was the gym! Not only that, everything is up to date, modern, and clean. On top of being in a fairly quiet neighborhood, the amenities make it feel like its' own little community. Andrea was the most helpful even though she was working by herself for a while. I'm happy I picked Meridia Brownstones!
Nice building but for almost 20 units on each floor the laundry mat is too small. Residence also have to pay for the laundry facility. The rent goes up every year and they let you know of the change 2 months before your lease is up and in order to leave you have to give them 2 months notice. Yes do the math. That's not a fair policy. Also the increases are over $100. I'm not a tenant here but I wouldn't live here I just know a tenant. The units are cute, nothing grand for the price, electric stoves, free wifi that's not the best. Parking under a garage for a fee and pet friendly. That's it... thats the post
The maintenance personnel here is awesome. Starting with the cleaning crew who truly knows how to keep the common areas and hallways spotless. You see them around doing their work everyday. I love when I run into Marta, she’s always enthusiastic and you can see she enjoys what she does.
Same goes to William and his team. They respond to all inquiries quickly any time you need them to get anything fix or looked at in your apartment and they also make sure you’re satisfied with their work before they leave. Those are certainly two things I do love about Meridia.
My family’s experience at Meridia has been great because of Marta. She is super helpful and attentive. She is there everything we need. She explains how things work around the building. She is so attentive to detail and her cleaning skills are superb! We are grateful that we found someone who makes our experience living in this community a great one.
Lots to love about living here. We’ve been residents for a few years now. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. There are a ton of amenities and the building is very safe and well maintained by the friendly supers and cleaners that work here. It’s pet friendly and the people here are mostly young families and couples.

We had some issues a few years ago with the fire alarms going off too often, but the building has worked with the fire department to fix that.

One of the biggest improvements we’ve noticed is the new property manager and the team that have been working to address resident concerns fairly and promptly. A big step up. Thanks for making this a truly wonderful place to live.

We also appreciate the amenities for bikes and electric vehicles, the proximity to bus and train transit, the closeness to a park and a lively downtown are. All that, and still a very peaceful and quiet place to live.

Great place to stay and the staff is on task with the needs of the tenants. Plus the neighborhood offers so much from easy transportation to a wide selection of food, entertainment and services around

The maintenance staff is great! Brian came as soon as we put several work orders in and got everything completed quickly. He was able to complete all our requests and did so in a pleasant manner.
We have been be here for 3 years. The number 1 person that we trust and got for help is Nicole. She always gets things done and the super and housekeeping are great .

I recently had the pleasure of touring Reva Rahway Luxury Apartments, and while I ultimately decided to stick with my current apartment due to a better lease rate, I couldn't be happier with the experience I had during my visit. The community itself is inviting, well-maintained, and filled with amenities that cater to a variety of interests. Their leasing agent, Kyle, made the experience even more memorable, showcasing a genuine passion for their work and a commitment to assisting potential residents in finding their ideal homes. Kyle was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and transparent about pricing. Though I found a better rate elsewhere, I'd recommend Reva Rahway Luxury Apartments and its dedicated team to anyone in search of a fantastic living space.

Came in to deliver food to a resident. Being I’ve never been to this building I asked the security guard up
Front how to get to an elevator then proceeded to ask if he happened to know what floor the apartment would be on instead of kindly explaining to me it’s on the 14th floor he mocked me asked me to repeat the unit number and said well that’s ur answer rolled his eyes and proceeded playing on his phone. 1st and foremost I am always respectful! Especially with the elderly. I then explained he didn’t have to be so rude about it and he began mumbling under his breath and said whatever. To be
Clear i would expect the first person u see in an establishment to be friendly and helpful. Especially if it’s a guard or concierge. If playing on ur phone is what’s most important u should find a new job. Is it not his job to be helpful and make everything safe? Certainly didn’t receive any of that from this place today.
As a new resident living in Merida for a month now, Nicola has made my experience the best since the first day I’ve spoken to her. Without a doubt she is always willing to help and to make sure you’re comfortable in any way possible . Great way to see that management cares and is approachable. Hector is also a very great asset of the building. Any problems he is there to save the day! Appreciate the hard or little work done for me to enjoy being in my loving home. Cleaning lady makes sure place is spotless. Thank you all.

We absolutely love living here! When I toured Reva, I instantly knew I wanted to live here. The whole team is incredible, if you have questions, you get such a quick response. If you put in a maintenance order, it is addressed immediately. The building is quiet but management does a great job hosting events here and there to bring people together. Location to the train station is amazing and our apartment is beyond what we expected it to be. Thank you to the Reva team for making this place so awesome!
I have recently moved in Meridia Lafayette Village and wanted to share how pleased I am with the support of the building maintenance person, Hector Lopez. His friendliness, accessibility and willingness to assist residents on all fronts has been extremely comfortable for me as a new tenant. Hector is truly an asset to the property management and residents.
My search for an apartment seemed to be never ending. I finally came across Merdia Lafayette Village. Initially I was worried that it wouldn't live up to what I was expecting based on the positive Google reviews, however after meeting with Nicola I knew I found a place that I looked forward to calling home. She spent as much time as I needed walking me through the process of how to rent an apartment and was always available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had in a timely manner. She worked very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and kind and caring. I really felt comfortable with my decision to reside at Meridia after meeting with her. I know that if I need anything, I can always reach out to her for assistance. Meridia has proven to be a wonderful place to live.
The one redeeming quality this building has is its maintenance staff. The lobby, elevator, hallways and parking garages are always very clean. The maintenance staff also sorts packages by floor in the package room which is a huge help. I've been in buildings like this my whole adult life and this building has the best superintendent of any building I've lived in. Hector makes himself readily available at all times whether its for lock outs or other miscellaneous things. He's prompt, thorough and professional when responding to any and all maintenance requests. Anytime I've submitted a request, it was handled within a business day. Also, when I moved in, my apartment's condition was pristine courtesy of the superintendent and his excellent staff. The one thing you'll never have to worry about is the cleanliness of the building both inside and out as well as maintenance repairs.
We were supposed to have an appointment yesterday to visit an apartment. I had lots of hope for the Meridia Lafayette Apartment and was very excited to visit the place. They confirm by email, then I've received a text to confirm again the day before. No one. was there the day of the visit. We waited 1h , called many time, texted back . No one answered so.... I am glad that we didn't pick this place after all...:)

Don’t move here. The building has issues and the people who own it cut corners with the building materials
Nice living quarters, friendly neighbors, a lot of good eating establishment in the area
Great staff. The manager Craig was very helpful getting me thru the approval process. Mike, the maintenance guy is doing a great job keeping the place well maintained. The Willows at Rahway is a great place to live.

Lived here two years and were the first in our unit. Building is well-kept and staff / maintenance are always responsive to our needs. Shared spaces are extremely nice and a great place when having family and friends over.
My husband and I lived here for ~2 years before we bought our first home. We really enjoyed the location (ease of commuting to NYC and close proximity to so many restaurants/bars) and the amenities that Meridia Lafayette offered. The apartment was a great size for a fair price, plus we had our own washer/dryer in the unit which was very important to us. The gym was a good size. Overall, we were very happy with our time renting here and would recommend the building to anyone looking for a nice apartment.
Meridia Lafayette has been the best apartment living experience to date.
Downtown, near the train station, up to date amenities and appliances, and the team here cares about the people who live here.
Darren, one of the maintenance team members, has been amazing since I moved to the area with my roommate. Around the time when Ida came through the area and our apartment experienced water damage from the apartment above us, Darren was immediately on the scene as soon as we sent in our work order and did everything he could to ensure it was addressed (turns out it was a fish tank that had overflowed) and that our ceiling wouldn't experience lasting damage.

Whenever we have had to place a request for assistance he has been the one to go above and beyond to make sure its addressed. Even as I write this review I'm still shocked at how much this team cares for their residents. For the first time since living here I locked myself out of my apartment and when I placed a work order to request access to my apartment again he called me within 5 minutes to assure me he was on his way to help and was here in under 10 minutes.

This team here is genuinely fantastic and despite my moving elsewhere for work, if I have the chance this complex will be my first go-to to live in again.

Beautiful facility with great amenities, however the elevators are CONSISTENTLY broken multiple times a week, along with the garage doors. Makes things EXTREMELY inconvenient; playing musical elevators just to get into your own apartment can be a 15 minute ordeal at times. No matter how many times I reach out, no one seems to have any answers about it. It seems like this issue has been going on for over a year now, based on other reviews. I've lived in MANY apartment complexes and this is the first time I've ever seen this. We all pay WAY too much in rent to have to deal with something as ridiculous as this.

My boyfriend and I took a tour in the summer of 2020. Let's just say we fell in love with the property. It was clean, sophisticated and was 2 blocks away from the NJ Transit. At the time they were offering 2 months free to use in the beginning of your lease and allowed us to hold the apartment for 2 1/2 months until we were ready to move in.

We moved in August 2020 and from that day on we noticed some unpleasant surprises about the property.

- The gym was closed for 2 months with no amenity fee reimbursement. I did over hear that they are now over no amenity fee to new residents.
- The amenities closes at 7pm everyday because the maintenance staff leaves work at 7pm. This does not give the residents who work from home late or travel from work enough time to enjoy the amenities.
- The apartment appliances and paint on the walls are cheap. Our cabinet door in the bathroom suddenly came off, the paint on the walls are easily damaged with 1 touch and our shower faucet broke while I was taking a shower.
- the bedroom door constantly becomes loose and squeaky.
-There is not enough guest parking.
- The elevators are ALWAYS broke you have to walk through the garage to get out the building.
- you have to pay an extra amenity fee for the business center. (Non sound proof private rooms, and this amenity fee can be added at anytime but not removed).
- if you don't live on the top floor, you will hear your neighbors foot steps above you. Which is very disturbing.
- While in the business center, I can hear the weights from the gym banging from the first floor. Mind you the business center is on the second floor.
-The management experience can be much better.

The maintenance team RJ and Kevin makes this experience worth it because they are always helping and making sure the residents are comfortable.

Some Pros to the building are:

- Luxe package system
- the residents
- transportation
-A lot of cabinet space
- Quiet
- The apartment is not half bad, one of the nicest apartments I have seen.
- A few great restaurants and stores in the neighborhood.
- Linden Clark and Elizabeth is 5 minutes away and you have access to ShopRite, Target, Starbucks, Homegoods, Wholefoods and other great stores.
-The trash rooms are surprisingly clean.

I lived here for two years. Neighbors and all the people that work here are great. Half way through my stay new ownership took over and they were disaster to deal with. Still waiting for my security deposit months after I left, and instead of being apologetic about it they come up with excuses and terrible attitude. Stay away if you can.

It is one of the best place i lived in new jersey. The apartment is good, well designed and affordable. The management and maintenance staff is very polite and humble. The maintainance is just a call away and they fix it on same day, thats awesome. Neighbourhood is also nice and quite
Moving out due to my work conditions but would love to live back here. This apartment has given so many good memories.

Have been living here for a few months now. Brand new. Beautifully designed and decorated inside the common spaces. The interiors feature finishes and subtle touches that live up to the luxury label. The maintenance is excellent: consistent, reliable, and responsive. The building is maintained very well with attention to detail: the trash rooms here smell better than the hallways of some other apartments in Rahway. Quiet.

Yes, we have some gripes: they’re trying to secure additional parking so that more residents can have two cars, but it sounds like the fault lies with the city dragging its feet, so can’t blame REVA for that. On the whole, we highly recommend living here — especially with the 2 months off special!

Our family of 3 has lived here for 6 years. We are very happy here! The staff is awesome and we are well taken care of. It is rare we need anything from the maintenance department but on the few occasions over the years they are always right there when you need them. Our view is very nice and the building is very solid and well constructed. The apartments are actually oversized compared to any other apartments in the area. There is a friendly concierge person in the lobby from early to late 7 days a week. We are notified right away of any packages delivered. It is all very convenient here at Skyview.

Update (November 2020): amenities have opened back up, though limited hours, so upping one star. No compensation or rent break for the time lost so three stars stay docked.

May - 2020 I currently rent here. Building is overpriced for Rahway in normal times but the amenities make it worthwhile, the main reason I rented here. However, now with covid situation, the management has closed all amenities for the last two months, and has been tight-lipped about reopening. So everyone is effectively paying "luxury prices" without any amenities and with no rent reduction whatsoever. No rebates have been passed over to existing customers for amenities that have stayed closed for two months. Even the courtyards are closed without any reason where there is no social distancing issue in an open courtyard. When management is sent emails about reopening, they are unresponsive and are avoiding addressing the issue. There has been no communication about opening the amenities even though several buildings in new jersey and new york have amenities partially opened. So look elsewhere instead of renting here since the amenities do not measure up to the rent that is being charged.

Lived here for about 3 years, great apartment just please beware they will increase your rent EVERY year. It got up to a point that I was paying as much as a mortgage by my 3rd year so I decided to move out and purchase a house instead and pay the same as I was paying at Grand Meridia. Not too many amenities to offer, the wifi is not good at all I had to purchase my own internet, the gym is really small and there is rooftop but they are super strict with it and you have to put a deposit down if you decide to reserve for a party. I even had the super threaten to call the cops on me when I had my birthday party on the patio because I was a few minutes past the time. Nice place not too much to offer just be careful with the rent increase EVERY YEAR.

We have been living here for 9 months. So far, we really like it! It’s a 10 minute walk from the Rahway train station, good for city commuters like myself, yet just far enough that you don’t hear the loud trains going by. Quiet and safe area. The 1 bedroom apartment with a den we rent is reasonably priced - perfect for 2 people. The building is clean, well maintained. Parking is assigned for 1 car and street parking is also easy to find. Small gym, Club room, patio, responsive maintenance, friendly staff. The 2 Laundry rooms in the building are clean, spacious, and with plenty of washers and driers for everybody. We looked at a lot of other buildings in the Rahway area, and found Grand Meridia to be the best value for our money.

My boyfriend and I moved in this past June and we love it here! Our apartment is spacious and reasonably priced. We also appreciate how friendly and responsive the maintenance staff is—they always say hi to us when we see them in the hallway/elevator, and they respond to our requests within the same day. Overall, we highly recommend this place because it’s quiet, affordable, and safe!

This place is great! Me and my husband moved in this April and everything just had been a wonderful experience. Very spacious apartment, definitely good for the price. Friendly and very responsive staff, every time I need to fix something, they showed up the next day and get things done immediately. About 8 min of walk to train station so good for people have to commute to the city on daily basis. Lots of parking space. A small gym but it got everything it needs. We would definitely recommend this to our friends as we really have an amazing time staying in this place!
Love the place! Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. I definitely give it five stars 🙌🏽
Great acoustics for a client I worked with last season (Fall 2018-April 2019).

This place is nicely decorated and looks contemporary by design.

I am hearing that the cost is somewhat reasonable for state-of-the-art security!

What an amazing place to reside in. My family and I have been a part of Skyview Rahway since last 3 years. And during all these years of staying here, there's not a single day when I was unhappy or unsatisfied with this place or their services.
One of the best advantages of living here is the ease of public transport. Anyone working in NYC or nearby cities consider Skyview apartments as heaven, simply coz you don't have to walk miles to go to the train station, you just have to come out your apartment and there you go. The train station is right across the building. It makes commuting to NYC a breeze.
We leased the apartment from the leasing department 3 years back when the hotel was not in existence. And over the period of three years, their staff members be it Brianna, Jasmine, Stephanie, or Mike, they all have been so wonderful.
You literally don't have to worry about anything inside your apartment, the maintenance department is just too good, all you have to do is either inform the staff at the front desk or do it online, they will fix it for you in no time. The entire staff is extremely professional and super friendly.
Security here is unbelievably good.
The rooftop is one of the most amazing experiences of staying here. You'll fall in love with it for sure.
A few months back they renovated the hotel and reopened it with the super amazing bar on the ground floor. I used to go there every now n then.
The only problem anyone may have in here is lack of kids playing area. But all the while when the rooftop can be accessed(during summer), you don't consider it an issue either.
I'd 100% recommend this place.

We lived there for about a year and a half and liked it a lot. A friendly place with good people and smiling, helpful staff. The only reason we left is because we bought our own place in the city. The elevators are super fast and maintenance responds to everything immediately, the ultimate combination of convenience, location and value.

The location at the train station is outstanding.
The commute to NYC can be as fast as 33 minutes if you catch an express train - it took me 7 minutes to get from my Skyview kitchen to the train. Rahway is at the junction of two train lines, which means double the trains - a huge plus for commuters.

The neighborhood has a selection of good, friendly eateries and bars such as 'The Irving', 'Cubanu', 'Haruka Sushi', 'The Waiting Room', 'Michelino's', D'Oh Bagels... not to mention the farmers market and fresh fish shop - both family run. Now the lobby bar is open along with the hotel, so it's a lively place and has a more New York vibe.

I felt safe walking through Rahway at all hours. I can heartily recommend Skyview.

It’s a friendly, peaceful, and great location. I would recommend it for anyone.
If you read the lease carefully you will see that they hold you responsible for any lawyer charges if you do decide to sue them in future. Who does that? I lived in several cities and in various apartment complexes but this is the first time I cam across this. They have this clause because they know that because of their corrupt practices they are bound to be sued and they are covering their bases and discouraging people from any such thing y putting in this clause.
Any fair leasing practice requires them to charge only one tenant at any given time. When I vacated before my lease was up I paid till the end of my lease. They found a new tenant before my lease period ended but never refunded my money for the rest of the lease term. Plus when i asked about it they lied about it being occupied.
Heat was a BIG problem. Dishwasher NEVER worked. This is a ghetto community posing as "luxury apartments".
People are corrupt and there is no regulation on how much each apartment is rented out for. I realized I was paying more for my apartment than another another on same floor with higher sq footage. It's about how you negotiate and the management is very unethical when it comes to money.
