Top Flat Complexs in Venice, Italy

In reading these reviews (which I admit I wish I had done more carefully before booking) it seems nothing has changed in at least four years! Still a long walk 4-5 blocks over several bridges from check in location to apartment, still paper thin towels in bath, still loud street noise (although this may have gotten worse recently as the restaurant 2 doors away in same alley seems to have gotten even more popular recently- 20 people in alley drinking and smoking steps from your door). And the Venice McDonalds employee door is directly across the alley from your door- you can literally hear the buzzers and alarms they use to tell them food is ready, in this apartment. On the plus side, the price was right, the location is convenient and there is an awesome kitchen oven/vent fan that we ran all night in conjunction with a music app on our phone to get some sleep. Oh- and be careful of the step down to get out the door- could be an ankle breaker in the dark. Fine for the one night we need to fill before joining a tour that utilized another hotel, but would not have wanted to stay more than that. (Person standing at apartment door- open door is McDonalds)

Perfect place to stay. Good location. Had a room with a little French balcony overlooking the canal and fine bathroom/toilet just across the hallway. Free minibar, good bed, possible to make insta-Coffee in the morning. Would stay here again.

Questo appartamento è stato una bella scoperta! Si trova nel cuore di Venezia, a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. L'appartamento è moderno e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, ottima anche l’aria condizionata che con il caldo di luglio è stata una vera salvezza!
La cucina ha tutto il necessario ed è ben attrezzata per cucinare piatti semplici come un piatto di pasta e non solo.
Il bagno è moderno in linea con la stanza e pulito.
Consiglierei questo appartamento a chiunque voglia visitare Venezia.

L’ appartamento era sufficientemente pulito ma datato e stanco, l’ingresso angusto, l’arredamento scadente, così come la biancheria da letto e da bagno. Non c’era neanche una macchinetta del caffè ne’ un kit di benvenuto ( neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua).Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per 3 notti e abbiamo pagato più di 1000 euro; rapporto qualità - prezzo scarso. Nonostante la richiesta, dopo il pagamento, non ci è stato rilasciato nessun documento commerciale. L’unica nota positiva la posizione.

Atienden muy mal, en realidad no atiende nadie, te mandan un código para que puedas entrar. El departamento es horrible, no tiene luz ni natural ni artificial (hay unos veladores que dan una luz mortuoria nada más). No hay nada para calentar agua para un té. La ventana pequeña da a un pasillo interno, así que la ventilación es mínima. La tal Elisa te manda el código y después no contesta más los mensajes. Dejaron la basura en la entrada del edificio (ADENTRO) 3 días, así que el olor era espantoso. Lo único bueno es que está bien ubicado. La decoración es pretenciosa modernosa muy fea. Y la gente que atiende un horror, pero Venecia... arregla todos los males.

Vicino al centro, comodo e molto pulito. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Venezia. L'ambiente è accogliente e dispone di tutto il necessario per stare al meglio!

Très bien situé, proche de tout, l'emplacement est vraiment top. L'île n'est pas très grande et tout peut être visité à pied et/ou en bateau (qui passent même la nuit).

La chambre était propre, spacieuse, bien équipée et les instructions étaient claires pour y accéder.

La chambre est plutôt jolie et la disposition des meubles est assez atypique, notamment la baignoire au milieu du salon.
Cependant la chambre n'était pas aussi jolie que sur les photos.

La cuisine cachée dans l'armoire est pratique aussi, même si nous ne nous en sommes pas servi.

La chambres n'est par contre vraiment pas bien insonorisée : nous avons été beaucoup dérangés par les bruits des voisins et par les bruits des gens dehors.

Le lit sur ressorts rebondit beaucoup : en y dormant à deux, lorsque l'un bouge, l'autre rebondit, c'est pas dramatique, ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir, mais c'est un peu gênant lorsque l'on a le sommeil léger.

Les équipements sont pratiques et suffisants, bien que plus tout neufs. Une odeur assez désagréable était également présente dans la chambre, nous avons dû beaucoup aérer mais l'odeur persistait.

Le prix est élevé mais c'est le cas de tous les hébergements en plein centre de Venise alors pas de surprise.

Nous aurions également aimé avoir, comme c'est le cas pour d'autres hôtels, des réductions pour les parkings.

A bottle of prosecco and 2 bottles of beer in the room every morning was a great touch. I would highly recommend this place while staying in Venice

Fantastic apartment. Location, cleaning, space, heating, etc... its owner has been extremely pleasant with us, even he went to picked us at the boat station late in the night. Totally recomended

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! We booked an "apartment for 2 with bathroom" at Hotel Ariel Silva. The booking was not for this address in Calle Zotti but for Calle della Masena 1391/A (!) which was supposed to be opposite the hotel building where the check-in was. When we arrived there, they told us our apartment was in fact in a completely different part of Venice (800 m away) and they had no availabilities at the closer place. I had booked the room particularly because it was quite close to the station but now we had a super long walk. Assuming I might have done something wrong when booking and not having any other options, we took the room only to noticed when we got there that it had a SHARED bathroom! On top, the furniture was old, the tablecloth had a big hole, the bed was in fact a sofa bed (see pictures) and the fridge plus boiler were so noisy we had to turn them off to be able to sleep. Luckily we only spent one night. The neighbor we had to share the bathroom with was the most noisy person getting in and out of his room every 10-20 min for the whole night! I don't know what kind of business he had on the streets but this was not a normal hotel guest or tourist. We hardly got any sleep that night. We tried to get a compensation for our wrong room but the hotel was very unhelpful. Showing them screenshots of our booking didn't help. They kept insisting we got the room we booked. Just a total disaster! I feel scammed!

Our host Matteo was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was perfect, exactly as you see in the pictures. I would recommend to anyone visiting Venice!

Overall amazing location, pretty clean, pretty quiet so, honestly, a very nice stay. That said, no shower mat, lack of kitchen tools and other small details but if you're just here to have a place to sleep and wash in order to enjoy Venice, that's a good spot 😊

We stayed for 3 nights in August, Matteo was an amazing host and so helpful. The room was beautiful and so so clean I would highly recommend staying it was absolutely perfect I cannot fault. Thank you!

Posizione perfetta,vicinissima a rialto e a San Marco. Appartamento deluxe luminoso e spazioso.
Utensili per cucina scarsi...se c è la pentola per cucinare si presuppone che ci sia anche un mestolo e una scolapasta😕
Assenza di tappetino scendi doccia🤔
Vasca da bagno con idromassaggio non funzionante😤😡il che non è bello pagare e non poter usare
Per la tv portatevi un binocolo🤣🤣🤣
A parer mio i gestori non vanno mai per controllare se tutto effettivamente c è e che funziona correttamente.il cliente paga per un servizio che in realtà non c è.

Matteo was an excellent host - really went above and beyond for us. The area is perfect - a few minutes walk from Realto Bridge. The recommendations from Matteo are also great. Room is fabulous and the external bathroom is also meticulously clean.

Nice apartament in the old city center.
All main atractions are easy to reach and we got some good advices for restsurants ect.

As well from the room we got, we had a view over a canale from the window:)

Our fault I admit for going too Central. Lesson learned and would defo next time say outside the old city. With the crowds it's not worth staying so close. So expensive.

But saying that - apartments located right by a restaurant so expect to hear that being cleaned and prepared until well after midnight.

Sharing a bathroom with an apartment so you can hear everything and widows do nothing to keep the noises from the streets out.

Two terrible nights sleeps.

The room itself bar having to share a bathroom are your typical low budget European layout.

Loved this apartment. It was everything we hoped for. Clean, amazing location, so comfortable. Hosts were fantastic.

Just because I was late 2hours in arrival, the person in charge named Ivan closed the apartment, I spent the night sleeping at the door, some body called him at the night, and told him about my situation ,he said he wont come to open the apartment and come at the morning, still he didn't show up
And said He will take penalty 100% for thee days and with cancelation
I talked to him again
Was very unwise man, and disrespecting me
I left the place on the next day
This is not the treating with the tourists

Servizio eccellente, località unica. L’atmosfera che si crea in quest’isola è veramente speciale e Casa Marisa ci ha offerto la possibilità di vivere una bellissima vacanza. L’ambiente è confortevole, la casa è situata in una zona comoda alla fermata del traghetto e al supermercato. Pulizia e qualità impeccabili.

Brilliant apartment. Plenty of room for the four of us with two large bedrooms, a sitting room and kitchen. Situated amongst nice restaurants and bars, and only a few minutes walk to a river bus station giving easy access to the main attractions of Venice.

Ospitalità e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo contraddistinguono Case Vacanze Venezia dalle altre strutture simili. Essendo dell'ambiente posso dire di poter fare una recensione onesta e senza interesse.
