VERY NICE AND MAXIMUM VARIETIES AND RICE FROM I LIKE IT MOHD SAJID FROM Northern India
My experience with this company is overwhelmingly NEGATIVE!. I opened the first Blenz Coffee location in Edmonton, Alberta, and was promised pricing consistency with BC counterparts (Blenz Coffee), but this turned out to be lie. I consistently incurred over 10% additional costs on every item, resulting in weekly losses ranging from $300 to $500 over 18months. Despite this financial strain, the company (Sevco & Blenz) showed no willingness to address the issue, refused returns, and even accused us of dishonesty when reporting missing items. Sevco Food Services and Blenz Coffee headquarters failed to provide any assistance, leading me to sell and sever ties with both entities, a decision I'm relieved to have made.

one of the largest supplier to supermarket in grocery market are crossing Canada. They do export and import. This company over 30 years located in Canada with the government high safety inspection rating. If you go Loblaws , Safeway, Costco...... Almost every supermarket you can find the supply product across in Canada.
Highly unprofessional-they neither reply to the emails and nor call back when promised. Will take our business somewhere else.

Very poor customer service for Kelowna clients. We ordered from them for over 2 years without problems but recently they became very pushy and rude, always forcing us to order way more than we need saying that they weren't making a profit by selling to us. We talked to Nicky, their general manager about our problems and she was very rude and condescending saying we had to practically double our average order total or they would not sell to us. At the end of our phone call we told Nicky that we didn't want to continue doing business with them and she very nonchalantly said, "okay." They don't seem to value their customers and put profits about customer service. How can a General Manager treat customers so rudely, no wonder their profit margins are apparently so low.
Their sales people are very pushy and rude, and they have very poor customer service. They don't care about their customers in Kelowna especially and they complain to customers about how they aren't making enough money from them!

You will have to back in off the street which is Bridgeport.
Fir those of you who don't know it is a major four lane artery that is insanely busy.
However I believe it happens frequently as the cars were more than accommodating to stop for us
Oh wait...that might have been us driving at them in their lane lmao

The food is horrible! All the food are greasy. Also, most meat has lots of fat!!! There are no healthy things, the photos are a mixed up and the sandwiches has grease on them!!! I would not recommend this food unless you like junk food. There used to be lots of choices: salad etc. I really want to eat better food, but it basically has no quality. Please have more options (healthy food) and please don't always add grease/oil in it. Thank you for understanding.
Warning to any tradesmen going into this plant to work. The owner is extremely disrespectful and difficult to deal with. They will also try to get your company in on long weekends and tell you it's a "shutdown" meanwhile half the plant is still in production and QC will be sure to hassle you for every little thing. Stopped picking up calls from this place a long time ago.
Sevco make everything easy for their customers! Great pricing and service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff!
