They are organised and have plenty of space to bring a big volume of people on board. Very gentle employees, mature and experienced people are the majority.
Only took half an hour to get through customs, was expecting longer so was pleasantly surprised. Staff were professional, efficient and polite.
.
Not pedestrian friendly. Car parking has more priority
Our experience was brilliant, from bag delivery, check in was the only blemish, (please train your checkin staff how to use the app, our experience was embarrasing)
Security and customes was efficient and quick. Boarding and the safety speil was so much better.
Very clean area. The shuttle was bus was excellent. The only drawback, was the closed pedestrian bridge over the train tracks. That made for an extra long walk out of the way. Get the bridge repaired/replaced and open.
Come on Freo, you need to revitalize your sagging economy! Cruise passengers is your only lifeline. Yet you do not bother to repair the footbridge? You expect your passengers to walk 2km unsheltered under 36C weather? I pity folks with mobility issues. You have no shuttle service to debark thousands of cruise passengers.

The 1 Star rating is to draw attention to the problem which would not be resolved "in the foreseeable future". So says the sign telling you the foot bridge is closed.
Helpful friendly staff (maybe some volunteers) welcomed us as soon as we arrived. Easy processing. Plenty of room and chairs for all in the waiting area. Inside and outside areas. Coffee and cool drinks available for purchase.
Easy to traverse. Escalators, lifts. Ample parking, pickup and dropoff areas. Older building but adequate. Pedestrian bridge over railway line currently closed off.
