First time ever for a hot pot experience. Was a bit of a wait on a Saturday night. Once seated, our server was helpful, getting us on the right track for ordering. Fun experience and great food.

BEST hotpot in Madison!!!! Taste really good and fresh food, I especially love the pork pot which really really really tasty and no spicy, the broth is full of flavor and good for stomach health, the best thing is have a bowl of soup before eating.

So we came here right when they opened up. My sister took me here for my birthday because they have a special for the birthday person. Make sure u have a photo id that shows your date of birth for a free meal. The customer service was quick n friendly. The food was fresh and it’s all u can eat. We got the double broth, the spicy n mushroom. Everything was delicious! Come check it out.

The best hotpot place in town! I visit here every weekend. The food is fresh, the dessert is delicious, the service is super great! Everyone here is friendly and nice. Definitely my favorite restaurants in Madison.

Fuki Hotpot restaurant is by far the best Hotpot restaurant in Madison. The food quality was awesome, meat and veggies are fresh. Broth is very rich in taste and has lots of good flavour. I have returned to this place many times and their quality is just improving! Everytime when a customer makes a suggestion they seems to take it seriously as I have really seen the changes from when they first started. The robot server is certainly a charm during every visit, will always remind you that they are coming and also ask nicely in mandarin for you to take the food that you ordered. A really convenient feature fuki restaurant implemented was the QR code ordering system which all you do is to grab your phone and place the order. The QR code is unique for each table so no worries on ordering for someone else. I really recommend the black beef tripes in the spicy merrow broth. For the most part those ingredients that aren’t as common in the US are marked with the suggested cooking time which is really convenient and really considerate. Overall, a highly desirable place to dine and great price is you can find time to visit Mon-Thur during lunch time and catch their lunch reduced price hours(I believe that is if you sat down before 2pm on those days).

Went on a week night alone. Servers were attentive and helpful explaining the ordering system. Meat and seafood was fresh. Not as many vegetarian options with some items out of stock. Sauce bar had squeeze bottles to prevent cross contamination of allergens. Glad they look at the reviews and make improvements!

The best hot pot place in Madison. You should try it, and you will like it for sure. Come here at least once per week with friends. The Fairly All You Can Eat price includes soft drinks, ice creams, and desserts. You can choose up to three soup bases from their seven options, so you get a chance to try most of the soup bases you want. All the food is fresh and prepared quickly for us. The servers are friendly and patient with every customer.

The food was very good, came out quick, hot and tasted very fresh. I went for lunch and you get plenty of food.

We had the Hot Pot, just delicious! The concept of being able to cook your own food is a wonderful experience and really brought together our family Dinner. I love the fact your able to make your own sauces. The staff was very attentive and I highly recommend it if you’re in the area you wont be disappointed! Oh and the prices were great!!!

The prices are quite reasonable, and they serve a satisfying portion of food. While there are other hotpot establishments in the area that offer all-you-can-eat options, they tend to be more expensive. At Double 10, they offer set menu choices that are just the right amount for me. I particularly favor the spicy soup base, and I absolutely adore their sesame sauce mixture combined with garlic and chili sauce.

Amazing food! We started getting take out from Mini Hot pot and the food was delicious. We heard about the Hot Pot setup and decided to dine in. It was very worth the visit. Interesting process that was confusing at first but the owner (was was incredibly friendly) helped us out with instructions.

Hot pot was probably not the best choice on a hot summer day, but the food was really tasty and you get a decent amount of food for the price. The wait staff was also really friendly and attentive, but it wasn't super busy either. As someone who wasn't super familiar with how to mix the ingredients for dipping sauce I wish they would have had a few more recommendations and better marked the spice level of a few of the things, but they did have a couple options, and I could have asked. Generally a good experience. Would recommend and visit again.

I had been to their location on Park Street several times, but this was my first trip to their new spot. I’m very happy to report everything is delicious as ever.

I think this is a really wonderful and accessible way to do hot pot. You get to customize everything to you precise liking. Meat or no meat, the exact vegetables and other additions you want, the broth/soup base for your pot, and then you can pick sauces/spices/toppings and noodles by visiting the bar as often as you would like during your stay. You could visit a hundred times and still be able to create and try something new! Having your own individual pot is great for picky eaters or those with certain dietary restrictions.

Everything is always fresh and we’ve always been able to get started right after ordering. It can be a little bit of a learning experience finding the combinations you like, but that’s part of what makes it such a fun experience! Definitely something everyone should try at least once!

Great place to got to with friends and take your time and enjoy your food!!
I have never been disappointed here!!
We also get a order of fried rice to go with dinner and all four of us share it.
If you are on the fence about doing here just go for it and enjoy your dinner.

We arrived during a busy time but they were quick to get us a table- which happened to be their large group room? It was really nice that we had the space, and though that arrangement wasn’t planned it was something I’d definitely consider bringing my 6 person family to!

My boyfriend and I had never had hot pot but the worker was very informative and helpful. Food was delicious and we both left full. I enjoyed one of the spicy base options and it was great!
