Got in touch a couple days earlier to arrange a trophy drop off for engraving, great communication and friendly service & picked back up a few hours later. First Class!

Absolutely incredible customer service! I contacted Cameo in an emergency when I needed something engraving urgently and Joanne could not have been more helpful. Absolutely went above and beyond and arranged for my plaque to be engraved and ready the following day. Just amazing. And the finished product was perfect. I didn't catch the engraver's name but his craftsmanship was just stunning. Thank you so much Cameo, I will be singing your praises for a long time to come.🙌🏼💗

Placed an order for 9 trophies from Cameo. The lady I spoke to initially was extremely helpful and assured me that they’d be delivered to the shop in York that same week. I messed up and forgot to collect as arranged on the Friday, with both shops closed on the Saturday and the trophies required for a competition on the Sunday I chanced my arm by emailing Cameo early on the Saturday morning not expecting anyone to pick it up until they re-opened the following week. To my surprise the owner rang me later that day, he then jumped in his car and drove 45 minutes to York to open the shop up for me to collect my order. This level of service is absolutely phenomenal, I’d personally like to thank you, Alan, for going above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and a brilliant product too. I couldn’t recommend Cameo Engraving highly enough.

Amazing service, clear pricing, and professional staff. Called at 11am to ask for an engraved glass for a work project, and it was ready for 4:30!

A wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. Staff were helpful and engaging throughout, explained what I wanted and they couldn’t help enough. The care and attention to detail was of a high standard, they managed to design and produce the item in 2 days after I was let down by someone else. The quality of what they designed and produced was outstanding, will be using again in the future. Would highly recommend. Can’t thank the team enough.

Absolutely shocking service and the plaque wasn’t the same size as it was supposed to be that wouldn’t have been an issues but the plaque was a totally different shape!!!

I got it back down when I could to be told they are refusing to re-do it and they would refund me!!!

Wasn’t about the money but if they couldn’t do it (now saying it’s not possible), then why take the work on??

Spoke to woman on phone who was rude and just minimised the issue and she put the blame hone down on me!!!!

I will never use them again and would never recommend them.

If you want a job doing right don’t use camo engraving, that’s the safest option!!!!!

I have nothing but praise for this company. The service was first class and the stickers I ordered for my grandson's newly powder coated bike frame were delivered swiftly. My grandson is delighted with his bike and more so by the wonderfully colourful decals that now adorn his bike frame.

I looked around for a garden plaque that would be long lasting and found Andrews Signs online. I originally wanted a smaller one than standard and this was going to take too long so looked at other websites again but found Andrews Signs offered the best quality by far e.g. the oak was treated with a solution used for yachts! I needed it in a hurry as it was for a small ceremony to celebrate our mum's membership of a club as she had died recently and as it was going to arrive close to the date of this the staff pulled out all the stops to get it there well in time and it arrived as promised. Excellent service and thanks especially to Louise on the phone/email for her helpfulness.

Our Society needed a couple of trophies engraving, one of them quite old and 'precious'. Andrews did a perfect job within a tight time frame. Friendly service. No hesitation in using them again.

I've been using Andrews Signs for a number of years and they've produced loads of different print jobs for me. T-Shirts, Banners, Lanyards, Trophies and programmes to name some. I keep going back because they really do go above and beyond. They're always able to meet my needs which are often time specific and always at a great price. Super friendly team too!! Definitely worthy of 5 stars!
