Wirklich super leckeres Essen. Waren nun schon um dritten Mal da und wirklich alles bisher hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und man kann bei warmen Wetter in einen überdachten Innenhof auch draußen sitzen.
Die selbst gemachten Limonaden sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und wirklich freundlich.
Wir kommen hier gerne her.

This place looks really nice inside. A bit small and cramped but still cozy. The location is perfect because it's in the middle of the city. Food was delicious, service could be a bit friendlier.
Zufällig und ganz spontan sind wir hier vorbei gekommen. Super schöne und authentische Einrichtung. Netter Service und das Essen der hammer und super schnell. Ich würde behaupten und ich habe schon sehr viele rote Curry Gerichte gegessen, aber das gehört auf jeden Fall zu den Besten dazu. Die Vorspeisen konnte man sich wie Tapas zusammen stellen. Und die Homemade Limonade muss man auch mal probieren. Also wenn wir in der Nähe sind kommen wir gern wieder vorbei! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ich war heute auf Einladung von Freunden im Zem und mir hat es Dort sehr gefallen. Ich hatte ein Reisgericht mit Hühnerfleisch und Erdnusssoße (was bei diverse Asiaten einfach mein Lieblingsgericht ist) und es war sehr sehr lecker.
Als Vorspeise hatten wir eine gemischte platte.
Mein Partner hatte eine Viatnamesische Pho Suppe
Ich mochte auch das Ambiente und das Dekor vom Zen. Einzig schade ist die Lage in einer Seitengasse aber auch hier wurde das beste daraus gemacht.
Das Personal war fachkundig und hatte gute Vorschläge für Neukunden.

They don't make a reservation for one person. The lie like they are full. I hate those greedy people. Viet Nam would be ashamed by you.
Although the food is amazing the service is terrible. If you can wait for hours you would get the food after the rude attitudes of the waiters... they do not even care to say sorry after one and half hour of waiting... totally terrible... and the reservation does not mean anything...

A fantastic place if you are looking for excellent Sushi. The staff was friendly, but the place is PACKED all the time because the food is great. So consider coming at off-hours, and reserve a table.
Absolutely the best japanese restraunt I've been to. The service is amazing, they have the kindest servers. The food tastes AMAZING. The restaurant is decorated so beautiful. They have an outside and inside area. I can only recommend.
Delicious food and great service. Wish it were real tempura but the cutlet were also great. Very impressed!
When we ordered our food we were informed that they've ran out of avocado, which was really unfortunate. They allowed us to replace the avocado in our pieces by other ingredients so it was OK...
The waitress was always in a rush and in the end got our facture with items that we didn't order. We paid for them and then were reimbursed.
I will give it another try one day since the place seemed to have a lot of potential and the drinks were great!

Outstanding japanese restaurant in Hanau! I would recommend for everyone regardles you like raw fish or nor you will find anything for youself. Its not cheapest but I would say it is good value for quality.

A small restaurant with a comfy ambience and tasty food. I recommend having one of their ice teas or limos with your food.
