Friendly and helpful staff just a tight yard with a semi and their delivery trucks at the same time.

Called to find out if they carry PSL lumber and they hung the phone up 5 times, this morning 9:35am.

Unbelievable that 84 Lumber requires people to inject themselves with a deadly experimental vaccine... F / U. No kind is snart enough to learn for themselves about that deadly Vax, Pfizer admitted it themselves... Plus it's against the law.
Never recommended this place & never will. I'd stick with Lowe's or HD.

Called and got price for 3/4" CDX Plywood and went there 11:00 AM backed trailer next to pile and I go to register and wait and wait while a young man stands in the office behind counter who was engaged in a phone conversation on ear buds and he looked out several times but just ignored me? Meanwhile 2 guys are stacking 2x4 on a fork truck and taking time to chat Meanwhile the guys in warehouse just disappear? I am the only customer on the premises standing at register with a hand full of money to buy Plywood? After 10 to 15 minutes I waved bye to the 2 guys stacking 2x4s on fork truck and said Home Depot has cashier's and he yelled back yes sir. THIS LOCATION DEFINITELY NEEDS A MANAGER THAT IS SMART ENOUGH TO RING A SALE WHILE CHATTING ON HANDS FREE

Tried to get a price on a 25 square order of special order siding. Called several times to get the price or at least get an update. Always the same "We'll get back to you"' and I never did get a call back. Was considering using them more frequently, no way.

I was looking to add a deck to our home. My dad, who is handy, has always said 84 lumber provides the highest quality lumber. He and others have told me a number of times how you can’t compare Lowe’s or Home Depot to 84’s supply.

I purchased a deck kit from 84 because it’s my first time building a deck and I was willing to spend extra for the quality they are known for.

I am not exaggerating when I say the wood they dropped off for the kit looked like the bottom of the pile at Home Depot. Everything is bowed or knotted. Even the The 4x4s are warped. Im choosing to believe it’s because they save the good stuff for contractors and assume laymen buying a deck kit won’t care. I know my dad was embarrassed by his own recommendation though and that I won’t be purchasing from 84 again.

Initially they wouldn't sell me a LVL but after conversation Lucas finally agreed and provided a decent price.

As my small business grew, I tried to get my supplies here, rather than home depot, but it turned out to be a pretty bad experience. I placed my first order of premium boards, was told it should be around 5 days. Called back the next week & found out they hadn't even put my order through. When they did come in, they weren't exactly premium quality.
Placed a second order, and 3 weeks later still had not received a call that it arrived. I then stopped by, and the boards weren't even the ones I had ordered & they had to cut them down to length. And some were too short to use.
Additionally, nearly every employee either wore their facemask around their neck or didn't have one at all, despite state law requiring them, and a sign at the door stating that requirement.
It's been a very bad & unreliable experience & I won't be returning.

Good place to buy building materials the staff is very knowledgeable and efficient.

Short staffed and no experience in the construction industry

For four weeks I’ve had managers and assistant managers tell me my window was ordered. I’ve called over 10 times to people telling me they will call me back and no one ever calls me back. I just want my window its been over 4 weeks and no one can give me a straight answer, everyone keeps giving me the run around. I just want my window and someone to give me a damn straight answer.

Don't give them a set of blue prints to give you a materials list because you won't get them back let a lone the material list! they have had my prints for two weeks and when I went back for the material list and my blue prints they did'nt have a clue where my prints are or even who I was. NOT A WONDER THEY NEVER HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS!
