Fujiya massively lived up to the hype! There was a little bit of a wait when we walked in, but we were able to put our phone number down and get a text, so we walked around Walnut for 10 minutes before we got a table. Service was professional, quick, and very impressive. This perfectly complimented the absolutely delicious food - this menu is not messing around. We got two appetizers and one entree, which was perfect to share. Every dish just blew us away. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely delicious food, with great service!!! The pork and chive gyoza are incredible. We ordered the beef ramen and the Kaisen ramen, both were gobbled up quickly. I wish we had saved some room to order some yakitori, the table next to us had some and it looked great too.

Delicious! Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Japanese flavors in the area. The soft shell crab buns, yakitori, Unagi Don, and tempura ice cream were all amazing. I will definitely be back to try the ramen!

Fujiya Ramen in Pittsburgh is a real gem if you're craving authentic Japanese flavors. One thing that sets them apart is their range of vegetarian options, which is great for those with dietary preferences.

During our visit, we sampled a bit of everything - drinks, appetizers, ramen, and dessert - and each dish was a delightful surprise. The flavors were spot on, and it's clear that they put a lot of care into their recipes.

Overall, our experience was amazing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fujiya Ramen to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try more of their menu!

YUM YUM YUM! There is a reason this place is so packed!
I got their spicy signature miso ramen and their pork and chive goyza appetizer.
Honestly I think I could get that everytime I’m there! The appetizer is perfect size to share, or eat as a meal. However I wouldn’t pass up the ramen! Plus the corn gives the perfect touch of sweetness. The egg is to die for, I think I need like 10 of them in my ramen next time! Big portions!
Highly recommend!

So delicious!
I'm pretty sure the noodles are homemade but the broth 🔥🔥🔥

Service was prompt and competent. My brothers come here at least once a month and love the lady who owns the place.

There can at times be a wait as they do not take reservations, but it is so worth it. The tonkotsu ramen is amazing, and I really enjoy the pork katsu curry dish. Amazing sake list and mixed drink menu.

Fast and good service, excellent ramen. Very clean and good atmosphere.

Very authentic ramen and lots of toppings to add. There was very little wait time to be seated, even at a very busy time. Service was excellent and very quick to be served food but a little hard to get their attention sometimes.

Would definitely be coming back.
The dish there is authentic. We ordered two lunch special. Both are very good, but the 农家小炒肉 was the highlight! The fermented soybean really lightens up the dish and adds more layers to the flavor. Service was great too. Should've ordered some more to go!
I used to love this place but it’s gone up in price a lot, most places have to be fair. The quality isn’t there anymore though. The last few times I’ve ordered the egg rolls haven’t been warm or crispy and didn’t even seem to have been fried; usually they’re
fresh and hot. Also was missing an item the last time I ordered; sweet and sauce for the sweet and sour chicken.
I do really love the garlic beef
Everything is so flavorful and pretty affordable especially for lunch! Staff is very nice and it has a very relaxed atmosphere to it. Might be my new favorite spot in Squirrel Hill
Fantastic experience. The triple green vegetable with chicken is awesome. The spicy chicken with flaming pan is tasty and aesthetically amazing to see. We tried the egg drop, wonton, and hot and sour soups. They were good as well. And finally the chicken egg roll was piping hot and crispy. Will definitely be back! This is definitely up there with Chinatown Inn and Sesame Inn, if you're familiar with those two spots.
The food is really good good. We ordered the fish in bean paste and braised pork belly. My only complaint is the service. None of the servers can understand and speak proper English. They were unable to describe or recommend any of the dishes to us. I wish they kept at least one server who could understand a little English.
This restaurant has 2 different menus. The american-chinese menu and the traditional menu. The fancier black traditional menu is what you want. ⚠️ be warned, much of the food is spicy, but my god is it good.

We had baby bok choy & black mushrooms, braised pork belly, and dry shredded beef. They were all absolutely delicious. 💯

I would say avoid the Boba tea. It was watery and the Boba seemed overlooked on the outside and dry in the center, sort of like canned Boba tea.
Love this place 💕
The food is crazy spicy 🌶 🌶 🌶 which I generally don’t like, but the flavor profiles are amazing. 🤯
BYOB bringing a nice beer is a good idea as you’ll need something to drink.
Must order from authentic menu!
Bar next door sells beer if their open.
Not sure how this place has 4 n half star reviews. Went there with high expectations just to be disappointed.
Got spicy chicken that was ok
Lamb flaming pot was decent with fries in it that was weird part
Then order a special fried rice that was ok.
Our stomach’s wasnt happy after the experience maybe it was the oil that was used.
We saw cooks dragging big dirty trash can through the restaurant filled with ppl.
To end with the server gave us the copy circled around the tips sections which I felt wasnt needed.
