I am ordering from this business not the first time. The staff is responsible, polite, professional and eager to help. Communication is timely and efficient, via email or SMS. If certain item is out of stock, I am notified via email, and money returned immediately to the account it's been paid from. The staff contacts me even if the item is of different brand to make sure that I am satisfied with the change. The delivery fast and efficient: within day or two maximum.

Hi,
This is regarding the order number #000191859 and I'm dissapointed about your service. Today I received the order but nowonly I realized that you extra charged me for shipping cost $7.2. I have already paid extra shiping cost $22.75 as I wanted to get them delivered within 2-3 days as your initial mail mentioned it in that way. However, it took 8 days you to send them to me. It's no point of paying extra money for speed delivery as you take more than usual time for that. Why do you take orders when there is no available products in your stock which means your website is not updated or what? When there is no available stock you should mention it in the website as the product is "out of stock". Then when you have to refund the money u only refund me $7.75 instead of $14.95. Your reason for that is because of the discrepancy in shiping cost. That is not a valid reason as how you charge such extra shiping cost as I have already paid $22.75 extra shipping cost. This is hilarious, while you take more than usual time to ship the orders, you charge the customers extra shipping cost for speed delivery. How unfair is this? This is truly a consumer rights violation. When you take orders u mislead the customers and take orders but then u extra charge them for no reason. This ia really a disgusting customer service.😡

Last Sunday, on September 17th, 2023, we decided to dine at a bustling restaurant. Despite the busy atmosphere, the food was satisfactory. However, an unexpected challenge arose when I began choking on a piece of food. I had opted for tea as my beverage, which offered some relief. Yet, when I urgently requested a glass of water, the response surprised me. The server declined, insisting that I needed to make a payment first. Meanwhile, the queue for assistance stretched on for what felt like an endless 20 minutes.

Avoid like the plague.. do not buy online. bought a bunch of stuff online, paid $10 for delivery. Then they called and informed me the frozen coconut was out of stock and I refused a substitute. Then they said two more items were out of stock and I was happy to pick a substitute for those. After a couple of hours I get an email about a bunch of stuff being out of stock, this was more than 70% of my order. So I rang them to cancel the entire order but no one picked up, i email them but only responded when the order was delivered. they refunded me the missing items, but I paid delivery for the whole order if I knew it was just a few packs I would have gone to the shops. Do not buy online from them.

I baught yesterday Agrahar chakka varatty. It expired 2 months before they are selling this kind of foods there.. I forgot to check it before buying. That’s my fault. When I come back home I noticed. Maybe they are greedy. That’s why selling this kind of expired items.. not going to visit again..

Great variety of spices and food mixes. Limited range of fresh vegetables. Everything you could possibly want from an Indian spice shop. Very clean and neatly kept products at reasonable prices. Convenient location and great parking right outside. Location next to other indo supply shops. Very helpful staff and friendly patient service at checkout.
